what's going what's staying and what's with the cars here at the sh Museum that you haven't seen before like the bus in speed Legend and the Tesla Model 3 Performance we've got a lot to run through in fact at the moment there are some of the shim mobiles in the United States there are cars all over the place plenty that are not here right at the moment but it's also looking quite full so what's the future going to look like with lots of new things on the horizon some Ferraris that have been announced something coming very very very very very soon perhaps even the next upload that you don't know about yet and plenty more there are a few things here at the sh Museum itself I'd like to tell you about but having been on the road a lot recently I think we need an update I think we need to run through the collection run through the cars figure out what's what hi guys I'm shme hello and welcome back to the channel where today we need to work out what's happening next it is hard to believe that I got the keys to this place to the museum in its original state remember completely different from what you see now almost exactly to the day 3 years ago that time has flown by and of course originally we had our gazebos over at the back there that's where we were working from before we did all of these building Works to make the space to have all of the color to do the floor to have the lifts in and we recently had a bit of a swap around so some of the cars particularly the Ferraris that were on this side and now over on this side and maybe due to a small technical oversight that's been a touch more comp complicated to work out than it probably should have been but I'll explain that a little bit later on but of course with I think about four or five of my collection currently absent and obviously a fairly full garage we need to work out a little bit more of what the future is going to look like of course from a person point of view we now have our amazing office space and I've actually got some new projects and exciting things in the background that I want to reveal all about in the not very distant future and I think you're going to understand quite a few of the things that have been going on something really exciting the team has grown a lot but today I want to talk about what are we going to say farewell to which of the cars are going to be leaving it's been three years here some of course have been present throughout the entire time that we've had the museum throughout the entire time that this has been growing but some that have come some that will go some changes are always going to be a foot the first of the cars that's kind of popped up out of nowhere the busing GT speed Legend now if you're not familiar with these let me explain a little bit I drove one for the first time in Abu Dhabi a year and a half ago after the Gumball 3000 in the Middle East and actually drove one very recently at the hackenheim ring during the dur group day where I actually drove one of the GTR versions for the parade lab now there are eight of them in total three of the GTRs this is the only right-and drive one and the idea was to go and take it for a drive make a video enjoy the open Baretta style experience in the car that basically does away with the roof and has in its place a speed bow which is kind of like a Halo on a formula one car but there's been a technical hitch the technical hitch is that this car isn't something I can ensure under my regular car insurance policy but nor can the policy that covers this car add me to it and it's something I often don't really talk about but insurance from one country to another is incredibly complicated and here in the United Kingdom especially so because in most cases you need to ensure the specific person to drive the specific car and of course all the usual criteria and things so at this moment in time I'm unable to take this for a drive maybe we can sort that out and at some point I can take it for a drive if you see me driving it at some point you'll know we managed but right now it's kind of just got to sit there looking pretty in temporary storage we could say it's been out at the shelsea Walsh event with Gumball 3000 I don't know if it's going to be on the rally later in the year but unfortunately right now it's just kind of looking pretty parked up here we can move it around but taking it out on the road is a bit of a nogo talking events next up is to hit the road with the Zeno to Supercar Madness I'm going to be heading to Circuit zolda in Belgium on Saturday the 6th of July the event is Saturday and Sunday there are going to be tons of things going on supercars hyper cars action out on track classic cars loads in the paddocks you name it and having been at the Brussels Auto Show with the Ford GT and at Supercar Madness last year I can't wait to get out there with the tsrs you'll be able to come and take a close look at this get up close post with it and take a look around and there's going to be so much more to see as well so I'll pop the link down below I'm going to be there on Saturday the 6th of July and I can't wait to see you guys with the zembo out in Belgium the next car that you might be wondering about why is it here at the sh museum is the Tesla Model 3 Performance now this car is from Tesla they've lent it to me to take out get a little feel behind the wheel I've not actually driven it yet at this point but I am intrigued because it's been a while since I drove a Tesla it's actually probably been longer than even I've had the k to this place that's quite terrifying and of course back then I didn't have my own fast charger like we do with the CC charge storm connected to which by the way we've actually just recently reinstalled so after doing the full Dura Furniture Workshop Corner we obviously had had to take it down and little bone to pick with the original installer because the cable that ran from here to the circuit board was nowhere nearly strong enough for the amount of power that this thing can draw but luckily we didn't have any issues we've now done it all correctly even managed to find some shme Cerulean blue electric charging cables which are obviously wrapped around the wheel that we did at whoops it's all looking beautiful there is actually a new model coming soon maybe we'll upgrade it but obviously as you can see we are plugged in the Tesla is charging and hopefully at some point I can give some more feedback because I know if you're a petrol head electric cars oh Don't Go Near them horrible horrible but in reality for many different environments whether it's commuting whether it's driving to cities whether it's just short easygoing Journeys there are major benefits and having experience the pros and the cons of the regular car charging infrastructure I guess Tesla superchargers are always the big topic of conversation so maybe we'll have a run out with this soon to get a little bit more of a feel for what it's actually like living with something like that now in 2024 moving to the cars that are here let's say temporarily and the cars that are missing because there are a fair few of the shim mobiles currently off site although I quickly want to mention that the Focus RS has just gone through 10,000 miles now I know for a Mark II RS 10,000 Mi on its own is not a lot but out of the 50 Heritage editions I can't believe more than maybe two perhaps three have probably done 10,000 miles so there's something kind of cool about that of course we've had it for 6 years it's very much daily driver duties so the Tesla is of course here temporarily a couple of weeks the TVR from dub Customs the t350 that's been here for I'm going to say over 2 years is very soon to be heading back to dubs Bas they've got a new building that they've just put together that's going to be stored at their location in the not too distant future coming past this lot though the car that's tucked away and kind of hidden behind the pur sangue right it's my friend Richard from challenge the roads Lamborghini Merci Lago SV now this has very much been in hibernation it's been here to just admire to enjoy my first ever video was with one of these in this color but living on the kuir tire cushions just taking it easy basically that might hang around for a bit longer we will take it out for a drive at some point soon soon and believe me I can't wait to get behind the wheel then over on this side the only temporary Edition is of course the bus Inc GT speed Legend which I'm not entirely sure maybe it's a couple of weeks maybe it's a bit longer so there are four cars here that aren't mine so if I wanted to clear some space we could open up four spots but there are five current cars absent then there's what's coming in the next upload and then there's a Ferrari that's about to arrive as well so we could clear out four but we would be adding seven and this is of course maths that isn't mathing but of the cars that aren't here the 4 GT and the Mustang Dark Horse are out in Colorado and I'm aware from our road trip in Texas heading north up to hu's garage we didn't really finish everything we didn't really finish much of what's going on with the cars so we're about to head back out to bring you more updates with those plenty more going on lots of cool Collections and things to go and see so stay tuned for that in the meantime of course we came back over here for the hackenheim ring and for milia with the SLS Black Series now post Millie the SLS needs a few things looked over so it's currently at topaz's detailing getting a bit more ppf refreshed at the front of it then after that it's going to be going over to Avant guard where Steve who did all of the mechanical work on it before is going to be giving it a full check over service maintenance run basically because it it needs it needs a good look over it's had a had a hard outing let's say then tucked over here the fourth car or at least what we have of it here I should say is my 914 the Porsche that's up at Yorkshire car restoration where we've kind of kept the interior trim parts you could say where the car might live in Future these need to be retrimmed but obviously the car was completely bananana bent and twisted in every direction the guys have been putting it on the jig straightening it out that's taken the last couple of months we will have an update again with it soon the fifth car that's missing right now I've actually missed another one the fifth car that's missing right now is the msrt Transit custom the pink Van exciting things coming for the future you might know there's a new generation of Transit a new generation of msrt Transit custom you can probably put two and two together we shall get to that in the near future as well and there is another team car that's about to arrive also that isn't here right at the second that I want to tell you about as well so yeah simple maths it's actually four more cars we need to work out how to squeeze in here and maybe maybe something's going to have to move on to make some space up here it is all change there are a lot of projects happening at the moment a lot of very exciting things but a lot of things that mean we need more desk space more people around lots of things going on so as you can see the first room that was the meteor office has become a temporary desk station because we're kind of going to swap that to here the main office and we're going to swap the main office to the room at the end which has been the Collectibles room with all of my swatches on display so I haven't yet come up with the plan for what I'm going to do with all of this we'll figure that out but there is room in here to have the desks we've done the kind of layouts and worked out the plan for that but what that means is that everything is kind of shuffling and there's Furniture everywhere there's all sorts of temporary setups and there's a lot that I'm going to need to tell you guys very soon about how we're going to do it all but this is going to become more of a almost in a strange way a kind of traditional office a typical office the kind of office you expect but obviously an office with a very cool view which if you're doing anything to do with cars is always really quite exciting in fact it's still you know what a very very much a case of being a pinch moment every time looking out here especially as the garage is quite full at the moment just like seeing all of the cars and looking around and being like H H how this is ridiculous this is absolutely ridiculous really really cool environment to be motivated to work hard and to push on with different things like I say that I can share with you very soon it goes without saying that it's really quite convenient having the kitchen and the bathrooms up and running that was basically the last big building my dream garage update and that's kind of changed things a lot we had facilities outside but to have them all here Game Changer when it comes to the Halo Bay you might remember if we wind back one of the ideas with this space was that it would effectively be home to the newest car to join the collection or a temporary visitor the downside of that is when you're upstairs in the offices you obviously can't see it now we did consider putting in some kind of glass floor but what you don't think about is that the floor of the mezzanine is actually kind of chunky and not the easiest given the layouts and stuff like that anyway so what's ended up happening is that the F1 show car basically lives here which has a double benefit because number one if we're using the projectors up here to project onto the ESG switchable glass which gives you this amazing view like a 200 in screen it's pretty cool to watch F1 over the top of the F1 car but also when you have a taller car here it obviously comes up a little bit more and slightly impedes on the bottom of the projector so it's kind of a double win and it works quite nicely having it done that way so that's basically living there which I think just looks super cool anyway things like the table football and other stuff all around has kind of found its home in the lounge there's one thing that we are still kind of work in progress with which is to go between the Valencia home theater seating a coffee table of sorts and I did get a coffee table glass which means you can probably tell I've got an idea and something's in the works something very engine themed I wonder if you can guess what engine block I might go for to make a coffee table here at the Museum what it could be based on but generally just the books and memorabilia and stuff on display has been accumulating and growing and just expanding and even like random things without showing you in too much detail in here are actually the x-rays that I had when I cracked three vertebrae about 15 years ago which for some reason I still have I need to find a home for because in a weird way that's kind of cool although I wouldn't recommend it don't break your back if you don't need to it's not it's not a good thing to do so yes we've kind of settled in really haven't we things are now finding their home finding their ways doing what you want what you like and obviously it's summer it's not boiling hot we're in the United Kingdom but having the AC that uh SBA air conditioning installed has been a game changer as well to the office space and the livability of using this Museum let's talk about the existing cars of the ones that are away the 4 GT obviously never going anywhere Dark Horse I'm not going to keep it forever but it's certainly got quite a few more legs to stretch in it SLS Black Series again another keeper the msrt transit well there's going to be a new one at some point so we'll obviously get to that the 914 don't know what the long-term plan is we need to get up and running and enjoy it at some classic car Events first then of the cars that are here 675 LT hard to believe this by the way next week needs to go for a service 8 years old how is that an 8-year-old car totally crazy GT Black Series we've still got a whole lot more miles to do with this 32 33,000 in counting at the moment again actually needs another service GT500 I'm I'm a bit unsure about the GT500 we do need to talk Mustang GTD at some point which obviously shares some things with this but this is a car that has so many personal memories and even if I don't drive it all that much I mean I literally just had it serviced after 200 and something miles since the service a year ago it still feels special we drove Gumball with it in in the US we drove wmi USA across the country Coast to Coast it's done so much else the two astons similar story very personal cars those are the two actually that need a drive both of those have been sitting parked for just over two months and they need a run the 1M we've got more modifications planned with the 1M the Cleo is also kind of just it sits there it's got an expired mot I never drive it doesn't do anything so it just sits up top Cleo V6 I love but again what are we going to do with it next I don't know some kind of tour with all of these and the Amira the Amira is the one I don't know how to explain because I do actually really enjoy driving this but my commute if you can call it a commute is literally a handful of miles so even if I commuted every single day to and from in one car in the whole year and I don't drive every day cuz I'm traveling a lot it would do less than 2,000 miles so my daily isn't really a daily it doesn't kind of work like that on the Ferrari side then the Pura sangu is obviously almost brand new the 29 is still almost brand new that's got about 4,000 Mi that's coming up to 2,000 Mi sf90 is going to stick around until at least the XX is here because having the two together is going to be really cool just to drive them basically back to back on which topic let me explain the I'm going to call it problem and why they never lived on this side of the garage so these are hybrids right they need to be plugged into the Ferrari specific Chargers so you have to use the car the one that comes with it it's the only option for it cuz it can't read anything else the problem with that is that I thought You' plug that into the wall and then you would plug an extension onto this the same cables that you use for charging an EV but the cars don't see it the cars never see it so I had to figure out how to firstly get these plug sockets wired up because the plugs along this wall have only recently been installed and weren't powered until very recently and I didn't want to daisy chain the Daylights out of these so I had to get a 13 amp single one gang extension to make sure that's kind of safe and sound to Zenvo obviously this thing is now 2 years old I cannot believe I've owned this for 2 years already I don't necessarily think it's going to be forever from a financial point of view it's a massive massive massive commitment but certainly still enjoying it and I've actually got some pretty cool plans with it so I'm just looking at the uh the handprints on the roof over the coming months so obviously taking out Supercar Madness and then a big tour with it later in the year Supercar owners Circle and you know how much fun that is unfort Ely it does clash with a certain big rally that I like to do every other year but we're in the off year so that's kind of okay so I'm not going to be on Gumball 3000 I'm going to be taking that to Supercar owner Circle Focus RS obviously the daily I don't know if it's forever forever but we're 6 years in love it I love the fact that it's obscure Unknown People don't really know what it's all about and that kind of gives an extra fun because if somebody does recognize it they come up to it and they're like no way that is a Heritage that someone's driving because as I think I said recently of all of those it's it's like nine of them that are still registered on the road of the 50 cars which is absurd like nobody uses them they're either stored on zero miles or they've left the country because there were only 50 of them they were all here in the United Kingdom but I believe that cars are for driving as you know that's what we do and we'll have a full update again at the end of the year with all of the mileages of every single car but it kind of leads us back to the question of what's staying well that's kind of easy lots of them what's going what is going to go is is it going to be just like plucking something out of a hat is it going to be just kind of the cars that are a little bit older I don't really know because the future involves a Roma spider a car that we're about to get a car that you don't know about as the team car yet a new van a uh sf90 XX uh and I can think of at least two maybe three four more yeah it's a it's a strange problem to have but uh there'll definitely be some swapping around that needs to be done here when we talk about space here right we've got the Halo space and we've got kind of one space next to the stairs then we've got the seven lifts the bpack auto stackers so 14 on the lifts two in those areas along this side we kind of have the five I'm going to say like span out beautified spots and the one behind so another six and then the two daily Bays so it's basically 24 spaces in total but what we've been playing a little bit with recently is that at the back of the garage here you can kind of stagger one car d Al and then at this end you can basically do the same effectively here and it actually doesn't take away anything so you can fit 26 cars in here comfortably with only having to move one to get another one out like the cars that are on the top of the lifts so 26 spaces and even if we add everything that I've mentioned so far in and take away everything that's going to not be here there's a good amount of room there's still a good amount of room for the future so maybe we should see some other friends hypercars visiting I think that would be kind of fun I think that would be some nice additions and good things to add in the meantime when it comes to this corner this is the corner that I'm still trying to work out what the future will look like because obviously there are different ideas we could even enclose this and make it like a room we could even make it a mezzanine remember originally I couldn't put the mezzanine here because of the height to the rafters so we use that as the storage space but obviously this is the area that the moment is kind of for chill out the stock cards all of the Lego the arcade machines we've got the seating area but I don't entirely know what the future's going to become now when I said there was a little bit of an oversight with the charging of the Ferraris there is actually a much better solution to that which would of course be to hardwire something and effectively have a charging block back here which could then be used for all of the CC charges and everything of the cars on this side so that's something to toy with but then if I want to change this layout in the future and if I've gone and put something on the floor I'm a little bit more committed to it so that's something I'm still trying to work out for this area of the garage but obviously this is really just I'm going to say kind of refinements at this stage because everything's so much how I ever imagined it you know the view from here looking around it's so ridiculous but a complete dream and you know exactly what i' had been thinking when all of this started originally so here we are now with this just absolutely epic display layout environment space still a few more boxes and things to tidy up and we've actually still got quite a bit of stuff in the storage room to tidy up as well we're going to keep that off camera cuz it's looking pretty messy right now but in any case it's cool to have like more of a plan of where it's all going or more of a like settled in feeling for where it's all gone up to this point when we've been building everything here at the Museum one thing that I don't think I've shown you yet at all is what's in these so I'm going to get these boxes out and come and bring them over probably being a little precarious with this I showed you the top box but I never showed you on a video what's recently arrived from Ferrari and it's one of the things that Ferrari do really well with customers and just giving you a feeling of being involved in the brand is giving you lots of goodies and gifts and things throughout the journey so these connect to the sf90 XX just to show you what's in here given we have had a quick look at this before this is the wave form of the sf90 XX that they gave us at the original custom of viewing so they presented us with those and remember that's before you've actually seen the actual car so kind of cool to have that they then recently sent out this follow-up package which is quite cool I have the XX St Al coming soon and inside here I even the packaging is cool right look at that is a particularly lovely metal sculpture of the XX with The Branding on the underside and what I like about this is because you have to remember that means they thought about this before it was public is that this actually fits in there as an ornament to keep on display and I just love that attention to detail I mean these are little trinkets right these are small things that don't have necessarily huge value as an item but they certainly have huge value in terms of how you feel about the car about the brand about the products and the excitement for what's due and that's probably only I think it should be later this year I don't have an exact delivery time frame but I think maybe if we're talking October November that's not going to be too far off so yeah that's really quite exciting in terms of the original questions what's staying and what what's going well the what's staying is much easier to answer right uh obviously the temporary cars will all SWAP around and whatnot what's going to go I don't really know I feel like it would only be logical that something goes and with a lot of other things happening as well like I said a lot of things that need some investment right now it wouldn't be the worst idea to offload a car or two maybe it would be quite fun to like auction a car off something like that these kind of things to toy with and to play with but still each and every day coming in here is like a dream it's an absolute Ely crazy place to see all of the cars and I really quite like as well right now having the three Ferraris in a line there because that's like childhood dream stuff I mean obviously the Zeno the 4 GT all of these things are are absolutely like straight out of the dreams but I don't know there's something about having a little collection of Ferraris that kind of gets me excited at the moment I enjoy what they do and I think the team at Marinello are creating some amazing cars do some very exciting stuff and I've got some very crazy specs for future cars that I'm going to need to share with you at some point soon as well espec the sf90 XX and I think when you see that there's going to be a moment of really but we'll see what you think when the time comes for the time being I guess that's been a bit of a garage update a bit of an update of what's going on here obviously lots of things in the works for the near future heading down to Supercar Madness with the Zeno so make sure to get over there if you're in Belgium or nearby come down to circuit zolda on Saturday the 6th of July we've got a very cool new edition coming up next a very cool new edition so I'm looking forward to sharing in that with you and then of course back to the United States more from Colorado we're talking Shelby American Pike's Peak the Mustang with the Ford GT and plenty more also but for today I think that is all thank you very much for watching guys I hope you've enjoyed this kind of informal update on what's going on at the Shum and what's going on with the shim mobiles and what's happening next with everything sh 150 that's it for now though thank you very much for watching and I will see you again very soon cheers
