My Family Breeds Sharks and Other Predators | Animated Story about the Dwarf Shark

hi everyone my name is rick and my parents breed different predatory animals including sharks and once an unpleasant story happened to me because of my own inattention i almost killed our shark you're probably wondering how this happened let me tell you everything in detail my parents are very wealthy people who decided to save predatory animals at some point when they saw any animal in poor condition or an announcement about it then they immediately bought it to take care of it so for several years we've collected a lot of predators including sharks my parents liked taking care of the animals but i was not at all thrilled with it the thing is that i'm terribly afraid of them despite the fact that all animals are in huge enclosures once i came too close to the aviary with a lioness who scratched my hand badly i had to urgently go to the hospital where i got several stitches since then i have had scars as well as started to fear our predators terribly by the way i'm not the only one who's afraid of our unusual pets my friends are also afraid of them although at first they often like to come visit me and look at the animals but after our huge python managed to get out of the terrarium and scare everyone friends tried to show up at my house as rarely as possible i was not afraid of the dwarf sharks that lived in our huge aquariums i knew that through the thick glass they certainly could not do anything to me so from time to time i was feeding them and looking after them however my parents could not completely entrust me with taking care of all the predators but i was not upset about this i enjoyed playing video games more than cleaning the enclosures and feeding our dangerous pets but one day my mother still gave me a very important task since she was at work and i was at home my mother instructed me to give the new dwarf shark nancy special food to strengthen its immune system she began to explain in detail where the food was but i hardly heard her because of the poor connection i could not call her back so at random i took the food which seemed to correspond to my mother's description after feeding a shark with it i peacefully engaged in playing video games again but when i returned in half an hour to look at nancy i saw that she was swimming very listlessly near the bottom it seriously alarmed me i tried to give her regular food but she refused it then i went back to the rack where there were various medicines as well as animal food and began to look for what i needed in panic and when i did find the coveted box i hurried back and fed the shark but unfortunately this did not improve the situation it just looked at the food approaching her and did not move i didn't know what to do i didn't have a phone number of a vet and my mother's phone was still unavailable a terrible thought that i accidentally poisoned nancy popped up in my mind and this thought haunted me until my mother came i immediately told her the whole situation she reassured me and convinced me that nothing bad would happen to the shark end in a couple of hours she would return to normal however my mom was wrong nancy seemed to be getting worse and worse after calling the vet and thinking for a bit my mother told me to go to boston to buy another medicine at the central pet pharmacy she wanted to stay with the shark in order to help her in case of anything i immediately called the taxi and went to boston but on the way i noticed that my wallet disappeared from my jeans pocket apparently murray our kinkajou stole it again if you get too close to his aviary then he will surely steal something we got used to it and tried to approach him when there was nothing valuable in our pockets but because of excitement i was restless and walking near the enclosures i guess at that moment murray managed to take my wallet i was really embarrassed in front of the taxi driver because he still drove me from brooklyn to boston i explained the whole situation to him and the taxi driver was very unhappy he said that i just didn't want to pay and that he would contact the police if i didn't give him the money for the trip i didn't even have a bank card with me and this greatly complicated the situation then i decided to give him my expensive watch which my parents gave me for my birthday luckily he agreed to take it as payment but there arose two other problems where to get the money for the medicine and how to get back home i called my mom and told her that murray stole my wallet and i didn't notice it in time in response she just sighed heavily and said that she would come to me soon i understood that she was very unhappy because she did not want to leave nancy alone i was very ashamed in front of her first i hurt nancy and we had fears that she would not survive secondly i left for another city without money and forced my mother to come for me thereby leaving the shark all alone who knows what could happen to her during this time i was very scared for nancy my parents literally saved her from poachers and have been fighting for her life for many months since the shark was in poor condition and when her health was almost restored i ruined everything my train of thought was interrupted by a call from my mother i felt happy that she was able to get to boston so quickly but i was wrong it turned out that her car broke down on the way she said she didn't know when she would be able to get me i checked what time it was and realized with horror that the pharmacy that i needed would soon close mom also understood this and she was getting nervous she said that if on that day we didn't buy the necessary medicines then nothing would help nancy i tried to calm my mother down although at the same time i was being gripped by panic i stood not far from this pharmacy and wondered what i could do but nothing sensible came to my mind i found myself helpless in the situation out of desperation i was ready to cry because i was terribly sorry for nancy however i am very lucky the owner of the pharmacy mr pills has seen me for all this time he overheard my conversation with my mother and decided to help us he handed me the necessary medicine and said that he would give it to me for free mr pills added that i could repay the debt to him as soon as the opportunity arises i was very happy about such an outcome mr pills called me a taxi and gave me money for the trip so that i could get home when i called my mother and told her everything she was incredibly happy she also told me that she was helped with the car and she would soon be able to get back home too when we were both at home mom gave nancy the medicine exactly as instructed we had nothing to do but wait at night we all could not sleep as we were worried about the shark during all the time one of us came and checked how nancy was her condition has not changed and we have already prepared for the worst but by morning we noticed that nancy was feeling much better she was swimming quietly in the water and did not even refuse to eat a huge load was really taken off our minds my parents and i were very happy that our shark was gradually recovering as it turned out later i mistakenly gave her the medicine that was intended for other predatory fish the vet said that sharks are negatively affected by it and this can even lead to death he also added that we were very lucky because we were able to help nancy on time since then i have decided to help my parents in caring for predatory animals so that similar situations do not happen again i became more attentive and also gradually learned more about foods and medicines as for mr pills we immediately repaid the debt for nancy's medicine also my parents through their agency
