My EXTREMELY MINIMALIST Long Native American Hair Care Routine // The Best Hair Oil I Use // 2021

hi guys so welcome to my channel my name is jessica and today we are going to talk about my minimalist hair care routine [Applause] [Music] hey [Music] okay so my hair care is super minimal i did make a video last year talking about my routine what's up girl hey you want to talk about your hair care didn't make that video last year i'll put that in the description below if you want to check that out but my hair care now has changed it's still very minimal but it has changed and guys let me tell you my hair feels great because i did change my routine so little hair history my hair is medium thin so it's not thick hair but it's not super thin hair it's like in the medium range so this is kind of how my hair it's looking see it's not super thick it's just kind of medium-ish yeah i don't cut my hair i do trill my hair um about every three ish months kind of depends on when i feel like my hair is getting um really breakage down there then i will trim it and i wash my hair once a week so about seven days sometimes i will go longer without washing my hair but usually just once a week so before i go and show you guys my hair routine i'm gonna go ahead and tell you what i do so first i go ahead and use some oil oil oil it literally this oil by earth to you is a game changer we'll talk about them in here in a second but i'll use that oil put it in overnight and then the next day i will wash the oil out and wash my hair with some shampoo and conditioner and guys that's it super super minimal that's that's all i use um yeah so let's go ahead and do some hair care all right so first of course i'm going to brush all the tangles out of my hair and then i'm going to use the organic hair and scalp treatment mask and this is from earth to you guys i love this mask [Music] so then i'm going to take this little wood spoon right here that it came with and then get a small amount from the jar and then rub it right in between my fingertips to make that mask really warm and it turns into that oil as you can see and then i would just rub that oil into my scalp just making circular motions and guys this mask helps so much with dandruff making sure your scalp scalp am i saying that right scalp it just like makes your scalp that'll always sound right but it makes it feel so awesome and i literally noticed less dandruff in my hair dandruff editing jessica here and um my husband and google just confirm that it is not dandruff it is dandruff yes um i'm so good at english then i'll have that mask oil and just rub it throughout the hair as well all right so after the mask i will now use this organic intense hair treatment elixir and this is really awesome too of course i'll just take a little bit right there as you can see it doesn't use a lot just a nice little bit of oil [Music] i'm just going to warm up the oil into the palms of my hands and then rub it through my hair and with this oil i'll make sure i pay close attention to the ends [Music] and i'll just really make sure get the oil in my hair sometimes i'll use like some more oil like another drop of the oil and just keep rubbing it in my hair and then after that i'll just make sure i brush the oil through my hair making sure it gets like all of my hair because that's a lot of hair [Music] and after that guys now it is time to do my twisty bun twisty or twisted twisted don't do the twisted bun so of course i'll just brush my hair out and then twist it up as you can see and then twist it around my head [Music] and then i secure that with of course these clips these clips are from amazon i'll link it down in the description below and of course i'll link the oil on earth to you all that down in the description below as well if you have bangs of course you want to use some bobby pins to put your bangs up and secure that so the oil doesn't get all on your face just in your hair so this is at night time and you can leave the hair mask and oil in for just three to four hours and then wash it but i like to leave it overnight and so that's what i'm going to do to get the full benefit of the hair mask and oil and so of course i will cover my pillow with an old towel making sure the oil doesn't go on my pillowcase and there's my dog she's like what are you doing all right and so now it's the next morning yes my hair does look crazier than that actually but still crazy in the morning i'm not sure who wakes up with nice hair but i don't [Music] now i'm just going to brush my hair and then wash it so now the shampoo that i will be using is sister skye you probably heard me talk about them a couple of times and guys i actually really love this shampoo and conditioner the smell of it is wonderful and it makes my hair feel really good i'll link that in description below too if part the middle making sure that's nice and [Music] [Music] straight after we got that part nice and straight i'm just going to let my hair air dry i do not blow dry it and plus we are not going to brush it yet we're going to wait till it dries and then we'll brush my hair because brushing your hair while wet can damage your hair and then now about every so often probably about three times a week i will use this argan oil that earthqu also sells and this feels so good on my hair and it really helps my hair with its nutrition that it needs and this oil actually helps my hair become more
