today my daughter finally gets her braces off say  goodbye to this just in time because she hasn't   eaten sweets in a year yeah right but first she  has to complete five challenges by dental digest   so her best friend can give her a very special  gift okay salish now it's this closing time do   your best reenactment of a dental digest  video that sounds fun it's gonna be fun   watch it short i am it's this closing time fat  glob this is dental digest let's get brushing   wow he's really good today we're gonna find out  which toothpaste is better it's this closing tile and now i'm going to use the elsa toothbrush now we're going to try this bubble  gum toothpaste because it's pink   fat club and salish matter let's get  brushing the toothpaste tastes terrible let's check the after results  look at our tongue it's not red   so now let's try the charcoal one this  toothbrush is dirty so we're gonna use this one it's this closing time i'm excited for a sweepest because it's  animal cruelty toothpaste up my nose so i don't   recommend it if you're gonna get braces i'm  gonna tell you all the things you need to know   one it really hurts when you get them tightened  two it's really fun because you get to pick a   new color every time you go and after you get  them off your teeth look so good if you have to   get rubber bands it's annoying at first but you  get used to them in summary i didn't really want   to get braces at first but i'm pretty happy i did  it the next challenge is make homemade bubble gum   what how do i make it i don't know you're gonna  start off with gum base is that gum base no oh is   this gum base first you gotta add a little bit  of corn syrup corn syrup okay i found the corn   syrup you have 10 minutes to make gum or you have  to pay for your braces oh wow that looks so cool   how is that going to be gum you can use food  coloring food coloring oh got it did you measure   that or did you look to see how much you're  supposed to put in probably like two drops yeah   that try is so good next is the tutti frutti  flavor tutti fruity flavoring i found flavoring   bubble gum orange or watermelon obviously  bubble gum i'm gonna go all of them do you   want to measure this out or no dad that's about  to spill eat it eat that eat that there we go good   and throw it in the microwave for 10 seconds  how did i end up doing it why do i always end   up doing everything it's not working it's time  to make some slices we got some powdered sugar   i actually hate powdered sugar oh it's like slime  so we just need a little bit of powdered sugar   whoa wait a little more oh salish no no that  it's good every single last drop do you think   maybe overkill with the powdered sugar say oh  it feels nice who's gonna be the brave person   to taste it you yeah surprise that looks like  a piece of gum now it's time to test our gum i'm scared that's legitimately good   i like it salish's bubble gum i think i  should start selling mine salish just   had braces for a year i'm so excited to see  what she's gonna look like you're so emotional   she's my little girl wait this is huge this is the  biggest giveaway i've ever done should add glitter to this thing we got the chapstick on the bottom  we got a little hairspray action   we got the comb to clean salish's hair during  gymnastics competitions and an extra wide supplies so we've got a board  thingy canvas yeah canvas food dye and some   toothpaste okay i think i'm gonna paint you dad  oh so salish is making paint out of toothpaste   and food coloring it smells bad i should  probably do orange that's the color of your face i'm gonna paint a portrait of my dad okay this is kinda gonna be hard i  think cause you have like so many   you know wrinkles kids wear your sunscreen so  you don't end up looking like my dad right dad   his hair is kind of i have more hair than that  say i'm being generous why is my head purple   you ask yourself why is your head purple browny  face frowny face i smile all the time yeah but   you don't look good doing it is this just a roast  now it's a little splatter that i would step back oh a double chin i don't have a double chin  okay say say hurry up let the artist work okay   finish three two one what looks like you i was  generous dad i was nice i think you got the hair   it's pretty huh my eye is bleeding you're crying  because you don't have anybody who loves you   all right now sell your penny to a stranger for at  least twenty dollars to pay to get your braces off cindy what it looks like just yesterday that she was   getting her braces on in this very same spot and  now she's getting them off a year later my little   girl is growing up and it's awesome to see i can't  wait to see what she looks like with her new teeth you guys just saw salish's new smile nidal hasn't  yet whoa you look way better without races   oh wow so i didn't look good with them so  we got a surprise present for you now that   you got your braces off we got to make sure you  have clean teeth so show her what we made her   this is the toothbrush i would definitely  rate a two out of ten but for the
