(line catching) - Whoo. Oh my gosh. (bright, lively music) - Good morning, everyone. Welcome to Family Camp. Today, Bailey and I are going
on the giant ropes course. I've been on this once before. I don't think I vlogged it though. But Bailey is just now old enough to go on the ropes course with me. And so we're going to go
on the ropes course today. Are you scared of anything? - No. - [Chris] You're not scared of anything? - I mean, I'm scared of fires. - [Chris] You're scared of fires. There are no fires on this ropes course, so you should be all right. But some people are like
scared of heights and stuff, you aren't scared of any
of that stuff, right? - Nope. Unless I'm freefalling of off a cliff. - Jacob and Parker are
also coming with us. They are not big enough to
go on the actual course, but they're going to watch
us, they wanted to come watch. And Jessica and Duncan are
taking a nap right now. Beautiful day, we're in a redwood forest. Let's go climb some stuff. So this is where we're going on. (exciting music) And you can kind of tell from the people how tall up this is. How are you feeling, Bailey? - Awesome. (giggles) - Are you excited to go on this? - Yes! - [Jacob] Bailey, are
you excited about this? - Yeah! Dad, what about you? - I'm great, I'm excited. Jake has a camera, too,
so you can see us do what we're doing over here. - [Bailey] Now you're on camera, too! - [Chris] And Bailey has a camera, too. - [Parker] I have zero cameras. - [Chris] You have zero cameras. That's okay, though. - [Jacob] There's Daddy. Bailey's over there. I'm so excited to see them do this. (exciting music) (music swells) - Okay, Bailey, we're all suited up. - I'm so excited. - We just went through training. Bailey did excellent. - Not really. - Yes you did, you did great! You did great. We're about to go on the course. - I had a lot of trouble with my clips. - [Chris] But you'll get it. By the end of this, you'll be a pro. You'll be teaching your
friends how to do it tomorrow. Bailey gets to go on the
little course tomorrow with her class. Without me. Can I join your class? Can I enroll in your class?
- Yeah. Yeah. - Okay, I'll do that. I'll enroll in your class. - You can be a counselor
and eat whipped cream out of the other counselors' armpits. - I'm going to pass. You can do the ropes
course all by yourself. - [Jacob] That is the whole course. It's so ginormous. That is some more. Wow. (exciting music) - Hi, guys! So, I'm going to go on this course. I'm going on the hard one right now. It's so fun. (heroic music) - I don't know if it
translates how high up this is. But it's very high up. Bailey chose the harder
of the two courses. This is the next element. This little piece of string here. - [Bailey] (giggles) Okay. (exciting music) - [Chris] Whoa. I'm doing this so pro-tastically. (giggling) (exciting orchestral music) She has no fear. No fear at all. This is, this is intense. This is a very wobbly course. You having fun? - Uh-huh. - [Chris] What are we doing next? Which direction?
- This one. - [Chris] Okay. - [Woman] Oh, no hands! - [Chris] You're not
even holding... no hands. - [Woman] Whoa. Good luck.
- [Chris] Okay. All right. Have fun with that. (laughter) - [Woman] You got this, big
step, big step, big step. Whoa, whoa. - [Chris] Oh, oh, oh! (relieved laughter) Oh, my goodness, Bailey. - This is so fun. - [Chris] How high up do
you think we are, Bailey? - Not that high. - [Chris] Not that high? How high up are we? - [Woman] Um, I think we're about 100. - [Chris] 100 feet? This is 100 feet? - [Woman] Maybe, maybe 75. - [Chris] 75 feet in the air. Bailey's no-handsing it on the abyss. - It's a swing! - [Chris] Wow. - [Woman] You got this. - [Chris] Good work! - This one looks awesome! (heroic orchestral music) (music swells) - [Chris] Nice recovery. Nice recovery. (heroic orchestral music) How was that? Was that fun? - Awesome! Now I'm ready for the next one! (heroic orchestral music) - So these clips are really cool. I'm connected to two
clips at the same time. One clip has to always be closed. And so, I won't be able to
get this one off of here until I connect this
one to something else. So I connect it to here, and now this one comes off super-easy. Pretty cool little safety feature. (exciting orchestral music) (music intensifies) (clips clicking) Okay, side by side, you ready? - Mm-hmm. - [Chris] Okay, so we're
going across this thing next. It's got a lot of holes in it, Bailey. You want to be careful where you stand. - Exactly what I like. - Exactly what you like? (lines vibrating) Whoa-oh! - Fine! - Bailey, stop wiggling it! Stop wiggling! - [Bailey] I'm not wiggling. - [Chris] I think you're
wiggling the whole platform. (heroic orchestral music) (giggles) This is the one you want to fall on. Of all the courses, this
one hurts the least. This part right here. (exciting orchestral music) I'll see you later. (zipline zipping) I'm going backward. I'm going backward. (exciting orchestral music) (zipline roaring) - [Parker] (laughing)
She's on the zipline! (zipline roaring) - That was awesome. - I'll see you at the end. - Bye. - Whoa! (exciting orchestral music) Going backward. (music swells) (zipline roaring) How was it, Bailey? - Awesome. - [Chris] So, Bailey, we're on one that's a little higher up. - This one? - Why? - Because, I wanted to. - We finished the course down there, and there's one that's even higher up, and Bailey was like, "Let's do that." (heroic orchestral music) Aww, you went around the wrong way! I think that's the
hardest part of this area, you have to be aware of the
thing that you're attached to. Cause if you go the wrong way
around one of the elements, then you get tangled, and
you have to go back around it and then go back. (exciting orchestral music) (music swells) Bailey, you're tangled. You got to go around the
other side of that rope. So you got to to back between them. You got this. Don't go through there again. You got to go around. There you go. If you grab the next one
with your left hand, always, you won't get tangled up. You got this. Nice! (exciting orchestral music) Two feet! Be strong, do a pull up! - I can do a pull up, I
just don't want to do it. - [Chris] Good plan. - I did it! - [Woman] There you go, nice job, baby. - Ooh, nice move, Bailey! Good work. (heroic orchestral music) (clips rattling) You all right? - I'm going to retry. These are trickier than
regular monkey bars. - [Chris] Okay. All right. - Whoo. Oh, my gosh. (clips rattling) - [Chris] I'm glad I'm
wearing a helmet for this one. (heroic orchestral music) Nice job. - I like this one. (music swells) - [Chris] Look how high up we are. That's the zipline you went on. Way down there.
- That's awesome! - We are so high up right now. - This is so fun. - [Chris] Look, you were
on that little platform like way down there. Now you're way up here. (clips rattling) - That was easy. - [Chris] Did you have fun? - Yeah! - [Chris] All right, let's go. All right, we just finished
on the ropes course. Bailey, was it everything you
hoped and dreamed it would be? - Yeah. It was really fun, and my
legs are really tired now. - Yeah. You're worn out. I have to do this again
tomorrow with the boys. Uh, not this one, but the smaller one. And speaking of the boys, I want to find something fun
for them to do right now, because they've been waiting
very patiently for us. How was waiting, buddy? - It was hard. - [Chris] It was hard? - Yeah. - [Chris] What was hard about it? - I wanted to run up there. - [Chris] Oh, you just
wanted to be up there? - Yeah. It's hard
sitting in one spot, too. - [Chris] Guess what? - What? - [Chris] Next year. You'll be old enough. - I know. - [Chris] And you get to go on it. - Yeah. - [Chris] It's very NinjaZone-y. I thought about you guys the
whole time I was on there, that it feels like NinjaZone. Look who woke up! Duncan. Duncan woke up. - Heh. - Heh. Heh. Oh, heh. So Bailey was super-tired
after the ropes course. She decided to stay and rest with Jessica, so now I'm taking the boys, and we're going to go
find something fun to do. Can you think of something fun to do? What's fun? Running around? - Yeah. - Yeah? I agree. All right, we found
something for the boys to do. But Duncan can't really do it, cause he's a little too little. But he can cheer his brothers on. They're going to play this game. It's like dodgeball, but with arrows. Which doesn't sound safe, but
I've been assured that it is. Basically they're going to
shoot arrows at each other, and the last man
standing, or in this case, little kid standing, is
going to be the winner. How do you feel about it?
- Good. - [Chris] Good? Who do you think's going to win? - Parker and Jacob. - [Chris] Parker and Jacob? I think Parker and Jacob
are on different teams. So it would be interesting if they won. But do you think red's
going to win, or blue? - Blue. - Blue? So that's Parker's team. Is there a Parker in there? Are you on the blue team? - Yeah. - [Chris] Ready to play? - Yeah. (dramatic orchestral score) - [Chris] Go! (music swells) (music intensifies) Oh, good catch! You caught it! You caught it! Good job, dude! (bright guitar music) You're going to climb it, Duncan? You see how Parker's doing it? - Yeah. - [Chris] Can you do it? - Yeah. - [Chris] Try climbing these rocks. See if you can do it. (bright guitar music) - So we're going to go to dinner now. I can't wait because I'm
hungry, and I'm ready to eat. Tonight, there's going to
be a game after dinner. And I played archery today, and I saw my sister go on a ropes course. (huffs) I'm out of breath. - It is nighttime now. Duncan is going down for the
night, he's going to sleep. But they still have more
activities for us to do, so we are actually
going down to the field, where they're going to play some version of "Red Light, Green Light." Some of you may remember last year, when Bailey tried to play this game, fell, and broke a growth plate in her wrist. Before we go any further, Bailey, please promise me that you
will not break your wrist. - No promises. - No promises? - I'm trying not to break my wrist! - Okay, good, cause that was not fun. That was not fun last year
when you broke your wrist. - It was kind of fun having a cast-- - No, it was not fun, It was not fun! There was nothing-- no, it's
not fun to break your wrist. Don't break your wrist. So it seems like they're
changing things up. It's not "Red Light, Green Light," it's more like "Simon Says." But I don't know if
that has anything to do with broken growth plates
or not, but I appreciate it. You going to win? - Yes! - [Chris] Jake, are you going to win? - Yeah! - [Chris] All right. - [Announcer] All you Tragadeeres get down to this last line of cones. That's the objective. (children yelling) - [Announcer] Foreman Says... stop! - [Counselor] Stop, stop, stop! - [Announcer] Go! (kids yelling) - [Announcer] Oh, Foreman did not say-- - [Chris] Oh, good
going, guys, good going! All right, round two. (crowd clamoring) You ready for round two? You're yawning! Are you tired? - No, I-- - [Chris] Do you need to be asleep? - No! - [Chris] I don't believe you! - I'm yawning because
people yawn sometimes. - [Chris] When they're tired. (kids yelling) - [Announcer] Foreman Says stop! Wow, that was pretty good. Okay, go! (kids yelling) Oh, Foreman didn't say. - [Chris] Good job, Parker! - [Announcer] Foreman Says... Go! Foreman Says stop. (crowd clamoring) - [Chris] We're all linking arms now, this is what we're doing?
- Yeah. - [Chris] This is how we're doing it? - We got to run as fast as
we can, just drag Parker! - [Chris] Don't break any
bones. That's my rule. - I won't break any bones. - [Chris] This isn't last year, Bailey. (kids screaming) - [Announcer] Foreman Says stop! (kids screaming) - [Chris] Oh, he got you guys! He got you so good! That was a good try. That was a good try, Parker. Let's high-five it. Oh, good job. All right, Bailey, we did
not win an ice cream sundae playing the Simon Says light game. - I didn't, either. - Yeah. But we also
didn't break our wrist. So let's count it as a win. - So, what happened was
there was four of us-- Me and my three friends,
and we were running, and they said, "Simon Says stop!" And so I stopped, but I was
running so fast that I slid, they told us to go back to the beginning. - But did you break your wrist? - No. - So it's a win! It's a win all around, everybody's happy. - But my bottom hurts. - [Chris] Did you break your bottom? - Maybe. (laughs) - Hi! Let's talk about what we learned today. (guitar chord) We learned the strange rituals
of Bailey's camp counselors. We learned the three things that you need to succeed
in dodgeball with arrows: aim, dexterity, and cool twirly moves. And finally, we learned that everyone's a winner at Simon Says, as long as Bailey keeps her wrist intact. (guitar riff) Thanks for watching, everybody. We'll see you next time. (guitar strum)
(giggling) - Show this. - [Chris] You want to show that? Ooh, it's got a handle! That's fun. So last year, you did it no hands-- What are you going to do this year? - No upper body. - [Chris] Whoa, whoa, whoa! Okay, here comes Jacob. He's trying to go no hands. Yeah, you can remember this day forever!
