Welcome to my channel Today I will show you how to grow shiitake mushrooms in a simple way at home.... just a few plastic bags First, prepare a basin full of water Use 200 gm of lime powder mixed with 30 liters of water put straw or hay in the lime water mixture After soaking for 30 minutes, we take it out to drain... Then cover a layer of plastic on top to incubate the straw After 4 days of incubation, the temperature of the straw at this time is 65-70 0C After successfully incubating the straw, we proceed to close the mushroom embryo Growing oyster mushrooms using plastic bags (polyethylene PE) size 30 x 40 cm. The bag is folded square bottom.... Stuff the ingredients into the bag; bottom layer 3-4 cm high transplant a layer of seed around the wall of the bag the following layers are 6-7 cm high, continue to plant seeds around the wall of the bag on each layer until there are 4 layers The top layer sprinkles the seed evenly over the entire surface. each bag inoculates 40-50 grams of mushroom seed Use clean cotton to roll into a knot with the mouth of a drinking cup to close the bag, then tie the mouth with a belt. After transplanting, immediately transfer the bags to the fiber nursery. Arrange the mushrooms 3 - 5 cm apart Use newspaper to wrap the mouth of the bag need to cover the plastic around or close the door to keep moisture and warm When you see that the mycelium is covered from top to bottom and the mushroom bag has a uniform white color, cut the bag and hang it. Make an incision from 6 to 8 incisions around the bag, staggered incisions divided evenly around the bag, The incision is 3 - 4 cm long, 0.2 - 0.3 cm deep. Slit vertically or diagonally After 1-2 days, sprouts appear in the incision At that time, we sprayed directly on the mushroom bag, kept moist evenly, watered 2-3 times a day Oyster mushrooms grow in clusters, when picking we pick the whole cluster, not leaving the root. we turn the mushrooms counterclockwise and the mushrooms will come out After harvesting, stop watering for 2-3 days for the fungus to sprout, fruiting bodies, and take care of the second and third generations. This second harvest the mushrooms have grown more Continue to turn counterclockwise to harvest mushrooms.... and here is a simple way to grow shiitake mushrooms at home that you can try...
