so here it is another time another year another month when some guys going up inside me to try and straighten out my whatchamacallit now you better believe I'll be sound asleep tomorrow morning heart asleep if not you'll hear the damnedest Tarzan scream you've ever heard I don't like people going up inside my whatchamacallit they used to be a very private thing or place or subject they tell me now I have a heart blockage and this just showed up this week so they will go softly inside my whatchamacallit now all that happens tomorrow morning and I'm not happy thinking about this you say your best friend is your whatchamacallit any man will tell you that and you are sensitive with it and about it in PE classes back in early school days they made you wear a cloth protection cup called a jockstrap same in high school athletics and in college nobody had heard of iron cups way back then so now it's a long time later and they start whacking at it at least once every year or 16 months it looks so small and so vulnerable and so helpless curl up down there how could it be giving me all these problems doesn't it remember the great times we had why does it now look exactly like a small red wriggling Nightcrawler or an earthworm starting tomorrow morning no workouts no exercising of any kind for 56 hours that's for the rest of me my whatchamacallit will be sound asleep where he's been for years I might add so it's Thursday morning now everybody keeps asking me where are we going for a bowl under this hour I don't know no way at all I just want to be sure my whatchamacallit is gonna go to the bowl with me I know why he's doing this to me and I have not put him in any kind of a boat bass boat John boat duck boat nothing near any water at all since March 14th he's striking back at me he sure knows how to hurt a guy surely after tomorrow morning's operation he will be a new man an approach life and his responsibilities with vigor and stand up and count his blessings Larry Munson inside on sports you
