or are we gonna sit here till midnight there's no time limit the board has the right to a commotion as it doesn't all other instances okay is there any procedure that we can do to end this and the waiting you mean it's ridiculous is what it is it's not funny that's ridiculous yeah if the board determines that the time limit for making a motion is done someone can make a motion to determine that there has been no second I'll make that motion that there is been no second ample time has been given and it dies for lack of a second no second thank you okay.thank something no because there was no second they just well they just on a motion to move forward not on the original motion we can discuss the motion to move forward yeah okay forward I have to say from all the emails I have received from many many residents and phone calls I have received for many many residents that I am very disappointed in this board that members of this board have attended many meetings talking about improving our image and your lack of wanting to discuss this issue shows that you do not care about this community nor our image as I have said not only have I received emails and letters from residents in this community I've received them from across the country this is not setting a good example to our community this is not setting a good example to any community this is not what I want for our community this is not why I ran for office this is not the example I want to set for this community and I'm ashamed of this board because you are saying this is acceptable behavior in our community and as president Sardo said you are very much saying this is a sanctuary city for abuse you know I would just add to that and I and I and you know we call the question we're not calling the question we're talking about this this matter here because all the course he's got a right to call the questions right to call the question but I'm just saying that I also have a right to be so you don't have a right to do what's not legal this has not been seconded this board does every and with no 72 weeks there has no discussion there was a second to can this thing not to do not to back that way of general what's your interpretation was of the second but that's not what the second was trustee sit waltz motion to that the move on died for like a second so we were moving on that's what the second was and we're discussing we're discussing the lack of a second we had discussion by trustee Ramirez Lewinsky we got our lecture now trustee humper called the question he has every right to call the question and Robert's Rules of Order is when you call the quest we're not there is no more discussion we're not operating under Robert's Rules of Order oh because it's convenient to you know because we have trustee sorrow is who's correct we don't operate under Robert's Rules but our rules read our rules I'm sorry president sorrow but our rules do indicate that when you call the question that issues non-debatable right so you have to under our your rules call the call the for the vote the vote is to determine whether or not there's been sufficient debate on the issue of determining that there's been no ii don't want to hear what other people have to say no no debate a shot we don't want debate we don't want the bait in this town only when it's only when it suits certain people don't worry they will happen believe me so whether you guys wouldn't want to take care of this where somebody else is going to do it we could we could clean our own house as we ought to do but oh no not this town not this this board not these people if there was a month of voters out where you're watching on voters are out there watching this because they're gonna see what kind of representation they have on this board Sardo president sorrow the voters vote every day of the week they also know of the double standard where your police report says you threatened to kill your wife and this is misdemeanor not bad with anything trustee i was not charged I was not with anything the questions been called and don't you ever defame me want to talk to my attorney oh please it's okay for you to
