entertaining game very happy young man arizona wins at nine five we're back in the stadium in a moment on the new york yankees radio network one two pitches lined toward right biscotti loses it and he's still caught oh chopper over to first pull holes tags the bag fires a second it's attack players that's the old break of the double blade just to make sure you don't get hit with the throw there goes bets ortiz takes a pitch high and the throw is going to be late that's takes off he sees third is open and he will be safe the pitcher zimmerman was headed over to cover come on somebody just gold gloves in his playing career and as a manager and that sliced to left field and it's another chance for mitchell and he makes a bare-handed catch with his outfielding willie may's the only other guy i know that's ever done that three times he won all of them quality starts and vr who had his nine game hitting streak ended last night gets the hit he's gonna try to go for a two skips away but with the throw got him double play ends the game some slick defensive work by johnny mack and mark reynolds one striker 1-1 and this one popped in the air first baseline guzman lets it drop and that's gonna be in there off the end of the bat it hits the back utley twirls around finds it and feeds my ada deflects now how do you know that's where it goes but chase suddenly has eyes in the back of his head he knows exactly popped it up again to polanco and he slips polanco falls down and the cubs win it goes through his bat at that he popped the foul out of the range of aguilar yeah that's one it's the only pitch you don't swing at move to the pin then he strikes out caesar molina trying to find the ball and it's connected to his chest protector [Music] since a little jam shot oh my goodness what a hop santana is going to reach with a base head that ball took a left turn and went straight his first time and he's hit by a pitch and the ball ricochets and hits weeders this and it's neck offside not that for ricochet you gotta wait for a gap [Applause] there's a little flare down the right field line bautista in a hurry he's not going to make the play but he goes man for some reason envate throws it home popped it up behind second [Applause] hypnos out to make the catch here comes donaldson home and he's safe runner goes the pitch is popped up is it going to be a play for wheeler yeah appears so he's going to make the catch and this could be a double play yankees out of the inning nice play by the captain where's the ball here to center field looking for the single instead he's got lottery what a catch by gary matthews jr don't forget the cycle you might have seen the catch of the year swing at strike two and suzuki gets another uh now he's got the other foot oh goodness gracious go right back to it again is daniel mccutchen and he ground ball to third breaking for the plate the throw and they got him no he caught him safe he caught him safe unbelievable stronger at the v8 spot what was he doing he was going to take a pitch but he forgot there was two strikes wow i have no explanation and it is a perfect punt by reyes can't do it any better and now with home plate vacated coos coming to the plate safe base running by coo fastball punched on [Applause] he bobbled it goes down falls down and while ready to put his face in the dirt darling castro here who hits a shark grounder carries the bull guards he has it throws and gets him just a typical five six three you see that every day yeah you see him practice that in spring training he's getting hot he'll hit third he drives it to deep left center field back goes commits to the warning track leaps and he has it he falls over the fence he made the catch but since he left the ballpark it's a home run 98 mile an hour fastball hey underneath it is polanco peters tags from third here is the throw [Applause] elvis backpedaling into center lets it fall and they're going to have trout out at second that is a good move the dodgers have won the ball game i wonder if he touched it with his mask that ball hit deep into left center field wise back back makes the catch knowing he has no room to spare he goes up over the wall and then juggles it throwing his bat at that ball and a foul did that get pain you hit the the catcher's mitt but he throws the bat right here he ought to be out for interference bourne goes from second the oh the throw hits lee her finger he got rid of the ball every single day you see something in this game michael you haven't seen it i don't know that i've ever seen a foul ball i don't know if wood's going to have a play on this one it is caught he races back to the ivy and made the catch and easier i don't know the last time i've seen her one out remember ground ball the play at the plate is on a bounce for one back to first not in time and he swings and lines a base head and gives the mitts the lead he shattered his bat he lost his helmet he dumped it into right field and fastball away out of the strike zone by a foot cut a little capper foul right off here he does things that other people can't do on the field and that's one of them that surprised him [Applause] [Music] the last thing that jason thought as he was coming to the field today is i might have a chance to play right field needs more alone fouls off the bun strike three there's the second strikeout for him and he uh saved the ball as a souvenir i've never seen that before jansen that is into center field here comes kier meyer phillips has tied the game a rose arena coming around throw home now he stumbles but the ball gets away tampa bay wins it three tonight drove in a couple of runs that's off the pitcher's foot murphy snags it the backhand flip [Applause] forward may never see again [Applause] and murph right in the middle of it had two sounds did he hit him he did i think he just did all three again he got the hitter the catcher and the umpire did he do it again he did
