Sanchez and choo is just not happy he is tired of people throwing at him and he's just about had enough and now the bench is empty because too frankly is just not going to take it anymore and now we got some serious pushin and shovin in the center of the diamond Jack Hannah Hannah's squaring off against somebody and they've got him horse collar trying to keep him from getting into a scrape here so that'll get everybody's blood boiling here in inning number three hey let's not forget she was hit by Sanchez last year and it cost him a big chunk of his season he's been thrown at at least three if not four times now already this year and he's just probably completely fed up with it he's fed up with it as right it is he's frustrated more than anything that there's no doubt about it this is the third time a left error I mean it comes inside hits him in the knee first base was open and cheese just saying throw the fall over the plate and then you know the bench is emptied and I think I think choose teammates at Hanahan being the one he's the one that really was frustrated he comes out and he grows ahead and grabbed Sanchez it starts talking to him and then Moustakas takes on Hanahan and now we're all started they get him away from the the circle they asked him to bunt and no play no play they're watching the play vampire that the plate umpire [Applause] the ball hits the bat as it drives in out of the box it looked like the ball landed behind home plate see the way he held his arms up as if say no the Padres are still appealing clapping to the ninth inning you have two on and nobody out you want a bunt to stay out of the DoublePlay and it said you wind up with a bunt and a triple play Guerra deals squares to punt and it hit the bat and a double play and if it's a fair ball it's a triple play it is a triple play the Padres can't believe what they have just seen the Dodgers did exactly what you have to do go ahead and complete the plays let the umpires sort it out right in the back or did it hit the bat no way that hit the bat and that's going to be a triple play you've got to be kidding me was a foul ball we're gonna have to look at that again Dale Scott saw it as a fair ball trying to get out of the way how did it even hit the bat look like was gonna hit him in the small of the back you know what that's after second look that's a legitimate bun that's a bunt he tried to get out of the way that ball hit the bat wouldn't a fair territory that's the right call we have the luxury of replay that's that's a triple play folks span squares it's called a strike and switcher nowhere near the bag with span squaring Swisher was coming in and you can see the the catcher Stewart say hey that's my bad he threw almost behind the first baseman showing bunt right there at least you know he got it up in the air Stewart did it allowed Swisher to get back and catch the ball as you said Swisher new to the team and probably hasn't been out school with tissue with a Swisher at first base span I think is questioning why that pitch was called a strike and spans Bennett tossed this is related to the balk and I think it has all that everything to do with the expand questioning the strike walk halt if you've been around the heart span you know there was no cussing involved very short fuse for home plate umpire Greg Gibson and now the manager is going to pick up the argument that's no more than a toss of the coin here as to where the Guardi is going to survive this discussion at all because the managers we said was agitated about the fall call on the last week about the strike zone and he's thrown him out and now he's coming out to protect Markakis because he knows if he doesn't Markakis is gonna get he because Nick is about ready to explode he is really upset about this road trip and all the calls that have been made strikes on him that he thinks aren't even close the Showalter's going to get all of it out right here Campos the home plate especially here in Anaheim Dale Scott obviously started it off first game of the series but the frustration obviously it builds up I mean how can you be that consistently bad and like I'm sure buck is kind of reiterating that to the Empress right now so Showalter heaved out of the ballgame timing that one to protect Nick Markakis snick said the other day to me said is it going to take me dropping my hat and belt and helmet at home plate and getting heaved out of a game goner to make the point and I said probably well no it's about Joe Walter getting the game there he goes good jump alene in a bench was questioning balls and strikes that if there is a question you can throw them out that's like he's throwing somebody else out on that dugout bench as he waved somebody else off the bench now pearland our Joe West is going to come over and get involved and it's like Omar Vizquel just this gown has been long now so his gal was singled out there's the put the trailer on that Bush and he will plate umpire and Clint Hurdle might be next they had an issue but with the free call stolen base they had their first little spat and now her toe was gone [Applause] the barajas ejected and neck Clint Hurdle by the home plate umpire angel Campos two breaking balls tried to freeze him with a fastball and you see there it's on the plate tell maybe a bit down I'm guessing that's what composted said bross not really showing anybody up there you see this all the time or attention catchers and umpires have many many discussions behind those masks sometimes it's turn around or just conversation or just talking and sometimes it's anger and frustration and obviously barajas frustrated here early and he had an issue with him over exchanging a ball in the j at bat Myrtle and it certainly protect his player and come out you - - and hit him somehow it grazed Ella's stale Swaim doesn't think so well the only reason I would say I have my doubts is the fact that geo was able to catch the pitch yeah you have to assume if it's going to hit AJ Ellis it would deflect a little bit but that ball looked like it squared up right in the middle of the mint now Dale Swain has been ejected no I got it who's already hollered and tried to show him up and nobody else in the ballpark really was aware about Mattingly but Don getting it all out the pitch of the plate a check swing which of course well let's put it this way there was a wonderful umpire who one part for many many years in the National League jockle Conlan was his name and Conlan felt there is no such thing as a half swing because there's no such thing as a half strike so his part feels straight away for Pigott leaps what shallow center redick's not going to get it what run scores Posey he's going to score and going the second his cookout and it's boarded up so a 2-run signal forms you'll click on and the big hits are coming for the Giants here in the seventh inning oh you have to play deep and once again a ball that was not hit extremely hard getting started with Burris a ball in the hole and they tried to cut it off and get the hitter going to second base could not do it bow for just did not put a hit away with two one close you could tell Nelson immediately was looking down at first base umpire bill welke for some help on that but clearly he caught the ball and it was Bill welke who made the call from first base it appeared and now Leyland will continue his argument with Nelson it didn't even look like a Vilas tipped it either to me well it sounded like it but it didn't look like it you're right no balls one strike driven high in the air to Center Nerys on Iran he's looking up that ball is off the centerfield wall the veal is coming around his score and it's a double and an RBI for Daniel Nava at that ball a long way he'll one shot the other way off the glove of fielder he they go to short centerfield they're gonna try and score another run Danny worse throw not in time he'll go to second base and he's safe Troi hustling all the way and the red sacks now all of a sudden leave four to one slow tap to the right side Pfister will cover and fielder will throw him out big inning three runs come across for Boston Jim Leyland now chatting with Tim Tschida the third-base umpire because that missed strike three cost the Tigers three runs and apparently the skipper is still hot over and Tim Tschida probably saying right now Jim it's not a whole lot I can do with this but a very frustrating inning for the Tigers Leyland meanwhile make him do problem wait Doubront is done warming up and in case you missed it this is what happened Avila said account of Owen - swung and missed on the pitch and they say that he found it on and what ensued was the feel of singling in Iran Nava doubling in a run Pedroia singling in Iran and now time called and the first base umpire has just 99 well welke is thrown out Leo oh you know Wilkie was gonna take much of it who they thrown out I guess what Leland said I'm here comes the skipper down he wasn't always thrown out [Applause] sooner or later on I guess this had to happen it well didn't continue you had a feeling that it would because Jim had that down the crowd will serenade jim leyland off the field [Applause] meanwhile Doubront this continues to take a few more tune-up tosses they are making him wait he's probably thinking can we just get going here second time on this road trip where the skipper will have a chance to go into the clubhouse and put his feet up on his desk and check out the - not exactly the way he wanted to watch this
