MINIMALISM | Makeup Declutter | Reduced by 75%!

although muchachos welcome back so if you didn't see one of my previous videos I did the 30 day minimalism makeup challenge my challenges to be very beauty based and while it was I did a huge makeup to clutter got rid of like 60% of my makeup easy and I swapped my channel around and rebranded and start bringing out more lifestyle videos and just whatever I wanted to do there was no limits I didn't have to just be beauty based anymore which was really refreshing for me but then I still had so much makeup and I just want to take steps towards making it smaller not so small because I still want to bring out beauty videos for you guys and have a variety of products to talk about but there's still so much makeup that I know I can pass on to people that would really use it so if you haven't seen my 30 day minimalist makeup challenge I can link that down below where I literally went from having drawers upon drawers of makeup to living out of a small makeup bag that challenge made me realize that I don't need lots of makeup and I need to look at my products and see what I really really love enjoy to wear and then look at the other products that I'm like you know what I kind of like this I'm not crazy about it I'll let those ones go so today step two of minimalizing my makeup all the more so we are going through again and doing a declutter if he did in my previous declutter I can link down below it was crazy it was disgusting it was almost totally disgusting how much makeup I have or had and then I still have a lot but hopefully this will just kind of help me reduce and just keep products that I really enjoy just like I do with the rest of my house my wardrobe I don't keep anything that is not useful or that I believe to be really important so Wow long intro I hope you guys liked this video be sure to subscribe to my channel if you're new I have yet to go into any of my makeup drawers since doing the minimal makeup challenge it's been just over a month and I'm pretty excited to get into these so let's go ahead and get started mom is excited [Applause] I'll be the first one to tell you this is not okay not even everything fits into the screen there's just so much stuff here and even though I decluttered tons a couple months ago there's still so much more I can declutter here so I'm gonna kind of organize everything start off with face go from there let's see if we can minimize this a good amount so here I have face products base products as well as some bronzers and like blush bronzer palettes I'm just gonna start here because I can I can see right away when I'm going to give away now let go of by Terry as was my least watching bronzer I like them I don't love them I just want to keep what I really really love I'm actually gonna let go of both of my coolest by benefit as well as my Kat Von D shade and light palette and and they certify makeup geek I think I'm going to just let these go too because even though they're so good don't use them that often we're gonna let these go I am keeping my Smashbox contour palette it's really loved by me I'm keeping my Gabriel powder natural organic so good I'm going to this pains me now let go my lease watch a once so tempting but I don't use it enough I can't like it that much of I don't use it enough I'm also gonna part with my it cosmetics palette and this is just a powder by Besame that I'm also going to let go of okay so I can already see from these that I'm going to get rid of Urban Decay all nighter and the wet and wild photo focus setting spray not used products whatsoever someone else will use them I will let go my pore fessional electro love lumi glow shine what else do I not use too much l'oreal infallible powder i am gonna keep laura mercier as well as my nude by nature transparent powders these are really really good and my dr hauschka this is their color correcting powder beautiful natural biodynamic really nice of course keeping my raw skin suta khals and i have some concealer I'm gonna let go of Maybelline instant age rewind it cosmetics bye bye under-eye Becca concealer Maybelline master camo these just don't suit me in my shade anymore I'm letting go my Laura Mercier and my essence camouflage just because I feel like they're drying out or something they don't work as well as they used to so these can go I used to be crazy about peach blur still kind of am but I notice I haven't reached for it in a couple months also not huge into cream highlighters so these nude by Nature ones I'm sure they're beautiful but I just don't really like liquid cream highlighters and same with the YSL - chic laughs it's like a Giorgio Armani eye tint just never use it this I'll keep it's a misting spray from savvy minerals that have some nice ingredients in there and I know I just said I don't like liquid highlighters but these I so so enjoy everytime I use them so I'm actually keeping both of them one of them is revolution Pro and the other one is cover effects on to the next thing I've blushes here I cut down my blushes like crazy during my last declutter but already looking here I see I can declutter so much more and then declutter my still I see Bahamas palette as well as my by terry palette kind of hurts a bit but I just I don't love it as much as I love some other blushes I let go of my essence mosaic blush Maybelline fit me I'll let go of the L'Oreal paradise enchanted I'll let go of I just want to stick with things that I really love I'll let go these essence plushies as well I'll let go of California it's not that flattering on my fair skin right now and I'll let go of Dallas I've hardly used this I think it's just time to pass it on I'm keeping benefits gold rush this is really beautiful as well as the nude by Nature blush this is stunning I let go of this little elf blush and I feel like this one this is CoverGirl's trublend blush this is beautiful I'm pretty sure this is expired passing on to face sweetiepie like these are products that I've really just loved and talked about but going through my minimal makeup challenge I'm realizing what I actually really love and will actually want to wear like it's just so interested like I'm gonna be keeping these two so far oh my gosh my NARS duo I haven't used this in forever this has got to go - I have some bobby brown shimmer bricks I really do enjoy these I think I'm just gonna keep this one it's more nude and neutral and this one I haven't used in such a long time Elizabeth Arden plum perfection I can't part with this sucker I use this so often as well as the Physicians Formula butter blush this is great this is a Bobby Brown blush and nectar and I'm keeping that for sure as well as it cosmetics this is their ombre blush so pretty I'll let go of Papa don't peach because I don't use it I'm keeping this by Terry blush actually very similar to the Bobby Brown you know what maybe I should let go to the Bobby Brown and keep this one oh this one is so beautiful by wet and wild I haven't used it in forever though so I'm gonna pass it on makeup revolution blush I feel like just not too crazy about it so I'm gonna let this one go - oh my goodness alright so we're letting go of all these oh and we're just gonna keep these ones highlights also if you're curious why you haven't seen some of the products that I was using in my minimal makeup challenge in my bag they're actually all still in my bag I haven't taken them out yet and I like all them and I'll be keeping all of them oh my leg is falling asleep okay we can let go the wet and wild and let go without this wet and wild which is more purpley we can let go of tart we can let go of and I'm actually gonna let go of the master chrome as well makeup geek I'll let go of and this Urban Decay one - yeah Milani Oh essence pure nude Mac mineralize skinfinish is expired this is so expired I'll let go the Becca Jaclyn hill palette know why it's so hard for me let go when I don't even use it that often my honest Ostia ones I really do use both of them but I use sugar so much more than gleam so I'll let go lien keeping some Chevette keeping natasha de Nonna so beautiful keeping my Basanti such an underrated product it's amazing keeping Dior nude by Nature this is such a like a delicate highlighting palette it's beautiful I think mary-lou manizer is expired so we should let this one go I think I'm gonna let go of the food of beauty one even though I do like it I don't use all the shades in here I mostly just use this one so we're gonna pass it on honest rasa and breezy kind of want to keep all these I'm not gonna keep the revolution one it's just really pink toned I think I'll keep dandelion it's it's peach tone and I think it's really really flattering ah wet and wild highlighting powder I prefer it over the revolution one so we're keeping that one okay super minimize in our highlights I think we're gonna move on to eyeshadow okay these are my eye shadows I really did clear out tons of eye shadows but I know I can do a little bit more not a lot more but a little bit more I'm gonna start with these by Terry shadow sticks I'm not a huge cream product person I'll let go the L'Oreal paradise enchanted palette and I'll let go this Tarte Pro palette soft glam we're keeping Modern Renaissance keeping this is a dupe for the modern renaissance palette by wet and wild so good I don't really need to keep it because I already have the modern renaissance but I feel like I should but you know what let's pass this on to someone who really use it and I'm gonna pass it on this is Kristen with an answer palette as well keeping Urban Decay Naked basics such a go-to palette and I'm gonna let go of the gist peachy mattes don't use it Google this smells really good the persona palette is so beautiful this is something I do want to keep if I want to do a darker kind of shadow look it's just beautiful keeping dr. Josh cos eyeshadow as well as new find nature their little trio now pass on it cosmetics and actually pretty palette and I think I'm gonna pass on the Urban Decay Born to Run palette it's such a great palette but I feel like I have other shades that I'm choosing that I prefer over those okay let's see my hood oh oh man my hood of beauty palettes these are so loved but I feel like I haven't touched them in a while but I also have to remember I was on my 30-day challenge so I couldn't feel like a long time I'm gonna keep these because I did spend a lot of money on them and the mats are so superior these I'm going to talk about in a second but first let's just go through here I've a lot of little wet involved i shadow quads that you know I'm gonna let these grow and go let Nick slid lingerie huda beauty palette this honest hacia one I can let go another wet and wild call it the revolution Pro palette some more wet and wild palettes that I'm just I'm not touching some of these are not even open yet I've just a bunch of singles here then I let go of the essence metal shock shadows just because I'm keeping my hoodie Beauty palette so I don't need these now let go of just a couple of these shadows because I really do should let go this one - I'm really do dig into some of these pretty well okay let's just keep these over here alright so what I need to do is go through these and just pick out the shades and keep them in one palette that I would use [Music] I'll be keeping this palette I wanted to keep some greens because I actually do like wearing green through the fall time and this one just a lot of shades I won't use kay let's do mascaras liners and brows I don't want to have any colorful eyeliners so I'm just gonna pull those out right away I have some kiss ones I have some wet and wild ones I just don't want to be using colorful eyeliners I have a taupe liner I've like a kind of bronzy eyeliner and a black one I'm gonna keep it at dot I have these highlighting pens that I'm going to let go and as for the mascaras I like all these I have Lancome Hypnose I have lash paradise and I also have dr. house notes Volume Mascara I'm just gonna use them up until they're done some of them are about to go pretty soon but we're just gonna keep these here I'm gonna get rid of most of these if not I think maybe all of these all the tattoo studio by Maybelline they're starting just to dry out and expire I don't want to use brow pomade anymore this is drying out these are the nude by Nature brow products I just don't reach for this is my wrong shade 3.5 shade the gimme brow sin 3.5 - which isn't really my shade keeping 3d brow tones also keeping the goof proof brow pencil though because benefit has the best brow products okay guys I don't use lip liners at all I have tons of different lip liners and I'm kind of tempted to keep the red but I think I don't even want to keep any red lip products I'm gonna let all my lip liners go because I just don't use it especially as a mom I don't have time and then also red I only wear it a couple times a year it's not worth it I will keep a couple things that are engraved with my kids names on them just cuz I'm almost sentimental and they'll let this one go a little too bright what I should do is go through my lips and see how closely shaded some of them are these all look really similar that's the funny thing I am keeping my wife's a lip balm that is so good Wow these all look very similar this is a lip primer by nude by nature I'm actually gonna keep this I would like to use it I've yet to use it and I'm keeping the benefit they're real double the lip lip product this is really pretty I'm gonna let the l'oreal color riche shine products go I can see if there's already some colors in there that are the exact same as those I just realized that my camera cut but just to give you a visual these are the lip rocks and keeping I'm gonna go into these I'm gonna let go of anything that has like glitter sparkle shine in it that is a lip gloss because I feel like I just really won't use it I put a beauty lipstrob Giorgio Armani lip topper I have aa Nastasia Beverly Hills like I'm just gonna let these go I'm gonna keep these three glosses I have Marc Jacobs nude by nature and the wet and wild rocks buxom your expired baby mostly the things that are in here are like a liquid lipstick this one that's actually the Lancome shaker it was really fun I do like that but I don't wear liquid lipsticks very often so there's no reason for me to keep a lot of these I do really like the NARS when I let go of the wet and wild ones the huda beauty one maybelline one other girl Rimmel NYX and I am definitely keeping my stealing ones okay so this is the step I'm keeping and this is all the stuff I just hooked onto my computer table that I'm giving away this is 25% of that so awesome so awesome here's being a little more minimal thank you for watching today's video I'm really getting to the point of wanting to try different makeup but like cruelty free makeup and organic makeup and vegan makeup makeup that's just less toxic you know I think that I go so non-toxic with so many other things in my life and makeup has always kind of been put on the back burner so I just want to introduce some more products and try some more product lines have organic beautiful ingredients so if you have a favorite let me know what it is in a comment down below because I want to know about it so I can try it out and then somehow accumulate more makeup but it's like good makeup you know and this is stuff that I can bring to you guys on new channel so I hope you guys like this video have a great day and I'll see you in the next video bye
