Millionaire's Neighborhood Garage Sale for the WIN!

guys I picked up so much good stuff at this neighborhood sale I'm about to show you all half of it is still in my truck but I just went through the footage I'm going to show you guys about half of my day where I spent 67 and have almost 800 in flips it would be a little bit more but I did break something on the way home but there is at least three 100 items that I didn't pay more than like eight bucks for a single one so pretty good video for you guys today and also just an FYI Matt over at part-time Pickers is going to be releasing a video today from our picking adventures together so if you guys don't get your fix from this video I'm gonna pin his video in the first comment below and you can go watch some more of our picking Adventures but for now let's just hop into this neighborhood sale first yard sale of the day guys plushies plushies I don't want to go through those right now still walk through first good morning Graham tripods for eight bucks [Music] these are probably 40-ish sorry I'm going to take your boots here oh yeah thanks okay thank you thank you appreciate it good luck with your sale good morning oh hello you're just shopping shopping I know you're my familiar face oh man fifty dollars I'm not excited for a second darn hello um test it out make sure that gives you out of price tag it was accurate how much on your juicer um a dollar okay this blue stripey one's in good condition the brown one is a little bit up the 50 on that thing scared me but now I'm like well like if this was a dollar I might pick it up it's probably not that great I don't know a lot about Pyrex Limited this sweet lady over here has some myspender's booths I run into her all the time foreign foreign okay okay was that little sticker on that on the little pumpkin there fifty dollars is that accurate okay okay I was just making sure no we looked it yeah no they're good yeah um how much are these those are three dollars a piece okay good ones okay yeah that side over there okay and this side I think she's gonna give probably half of it okay let me know when you're buying this stuff okay sure good to know good cause got it missions in Uganda noted I'm not sure about three dollars each on that Pyrex but then they hit me with that so maybe where did you tell me your booth rat are you Meadow Thorpe metaphor which booth number 49 49 I was trying I was in there the other day and I was trying to remember which one was yours I'm in the back I got about a booth and a half okay 49 gotcha we pay 223 but she has gone up since they may go out of business because they bought the guy that bought all that section over there oh what the heck is that electric pencil the time I go in there I find stuff it does and that's what people like is unique yeah and compared to a lot of the other little antique shops they're priced pretty reasonably for the most yeah foreign [Music] [Music] yeah he's trying to move the car and doesn't know where his cartoons are yeah he said you remember what I wore yesterday I said you had an orange shirt that's all [Music] oh man it gets tough okay a lot of stuff for myself and put it in my little garden up front I just don't know my kids the other day I had the doctor's appointment anyway this was unattended so all my sons said was on my on his cell phone I but just for your just be just so you want to know because of their unattended garage sale some man came and put four dollars in a can and went off with four boxes no way he came to school this is accent the positive he didn't get anything today that the guys got balls let me tell you wow I'm here again doing that yeah and so he just took stuff unpriced four boxes and just slept four bucks wow he does have nerve coming back yeah I can't believe I was unintended because we just got up oh my gosh that's my little pile right there on that table dear I know right no but I'm buying it okay I don't know about this Pyrex but I'm gonna take a chance on for three bucks or three six nine ten plus another six so I owe them 16 and the person I really don't know about either but the style alone it's got a nice tag in there and it's from Hong Kong so we're gonna give it a go and I already forgot my total of 9 10 16. [Applause] thank you I said was out there okay so a dollar a dollar a dollar okay I owe you 16 I'm taking three of you okay okay I was gonna tell you but all on this side bro yeah oh God yeah everything on this side I got the purse for three three Pyrex bowls all right it was nice meeting you nice to meet you good luck today thank you I don't know where I'm headed now decisions decisions have a good day you too oh are there okay great thank you well dear I really hope you find your keys I understand that frustration that is um have you heard of Apple tags okay so they're like do you have an Apple phone or like an iPhone okay so the Apple tags are like little bitty they're this big and you put them on your keychain and you hook them on your keys then whenever you lose your keys you just pull up the app on your phone and it will take you right to your keys who whoever invented that yeah listen and they're only like 20 bucks so it will save you a world of headache you too oh look at that little wicker Cat made how to film those pirates are not gonna be that great but the more you buy the more we start to do the more you learn so we're gonna take a chance on it probably should have looked up at the sale but I was too busy chitter chatting Olympic let's see how much this little cat bit is 15 bucks I would say that that is probably worth at least 50 bucks somebody might pay a crazy amount for it so I'm not going forth I'm gonna move on to the next one so I just pulled up an estate sale I was supposed to start at nine but it looks like it is already open so let's run in here and see if we can find anything hi hello uh they're not for sale I mean I was looking you don't have like time um that whole set is fifty dollars yeah sometimes we're sitting on the washer and dryer Teddy rumpkins 50 bucks each okay 50 bucks is a running thing on the stuff that I'm looking at that wind is something else I know true true better wind than rain yeah oh there's a spider look at that big spider on the box how much is the bag I'll ask my mom okay yeah yeah there you go thank you appreciate it you as well so I'm kind of surprised I said five dollars for this bag I guess maybe because it has a little bit of condition issues like you can see a little bit of wear on the bottom corners and there's a little bit of wear like on the straps but with some leather polish or um with a little bit of leather oil it'll make it look a little bit better but honestly like this part looks amazing I will say it always stinks when they don't have like the adjustable like crossbody strap that's supposed to go right here so for that reason I would say I would think I should still be able to get 50 bucks for this bag so for five dollars um that's a pretty a pretty good deal I did look it's like a little two side by side here maybe yeah I think so good morning you're the perfect weather for a sale today I can't believe how much it is very glad to not see rain in the forecast heck yeah and the whole neighborhood's doing it tomorrow huh yeah yeah heck yeah all those early birds is where it's at work I don't know what it is about this small boy pan It's gotta be more fun though it's snow I don't think I see anything else so I'm gonna pay the lady and we're gonna head next door I'm gonna take your small bar pan there thanks so much appreciate it so it looks like this little Pampered Chef thing is selling for about thirty dollars there's thirty dollars plus shipping 32 dollars plus shipping another 30. I think one down here it even sold for yeah that one's 45. except for five bucks it's a pretty good deal that is really beautiful oh good morning let's see where do I start oh I need one of these how much is your calculator okay I've been needing one of those oh I see is that your price tag right there clever clever I don't think people really realize it oh yeah maybe not it's too funny I just looked for one of these calculators the other day at Target and they didn't have any that was my lucky day they didn't have any turns out heck yeah that's right saved me some money and didn't even know it foreign in Europe this little purse here didn't have a price sticker on it it's like dollars eight dollars okay that is precious all right I know day by day got this there's another roaster pan what in the heck is going on what does that say eight dollars this size all right I think I'm finished Teresa how much was this trying to figure out how to this was eight for JW oh that is 12 but 16 17 18 19 24. 24. I got eight plus eight sixteen plus four is twenty plus three is twenty three oh well that okay that's what it is that's what it is that's what here I need to draw a line song perfect that's all right there you go 23 I got you right thank you foreign they really are and a great deal thank you so much oh man I cannot believe I found another one of these roosters now that little oil stuff off the top that's all on that lid will come off with some Bar Keepers Friend the rest of it honestly I'm just gonna list it I might not even clean that off I might even just list it as is and just sell it for a lower price because I'm at the point now where it's just so hard to manage everything I have to get done I used to clean everything to Perfection I just don't have time for that anymore so I'm probably just gonna list that exactly as it is now I have not had time to look up the other one but I did look up this bad baby as I was walking to the last sale and let me show you all the comps on this that is a two and a half quart in blue stripes so check this out you guys two and a half quart Stripes sold for 110 with free shipping or here you can see it also sold for 70 bucks with free shipping which I think is probably going to be more where mine's at I mean it is in amazing Condition it's not faded out like the brown one over there and here's just lots of them that have sold in between the well 60 to 70 dollar price range plus shipping this one obviously has seen better days it's got tons of dishwasher wear so this is going to be like at the bottom of its value as opposed to that one being like close to the top but um for four or three bucks each that one right there is going to save the day that little brown one is at least decent I would I mean without looking it up I would just guess maybe like 12 to 15 which I normally wouldn't pay three dollars for something that sells for 12 to 15 win that you have to like bubble wrap it and use a lot of supplies but um you know it is an excellent excellent condition so hopefully it's more like 20 cross my fingers it's like a rare color or something like that one was that's the hard part about Pyrex you never know well at least for me I can never remember them all I only know the ones I've come across in the past and I just learned more as I go so even if the others aren't worth anything it's worth the education that I just got from it this if I just had to guess would be like a 25 wristlet this right here though I have never come across this little bitty style I would guess this is going to be a winner but I will obviously look it up and put the comps up here for you now and this might be the best condition Dooney and Burke bag that I have ever come across so this is going to be at the very top of um the pricing I'm going to price it probably higher than everybody else's listed because it is minty let's go see if we can find any more guys we got another one this is like the fifth one on the same street hello good morning foreign how much are your bunny bookings okay have you had a lot of business this morning well a lot of business a lot of people though yeah well I shouldn't really even say that we've had a steady flow but not like crowds yeah there's just so many out I think all over town that it's got everybody divided up there's I think the most I've seen those on this street right here oh really yeah I don't know if maybe people are turning that way but there's just a ton I think there's like six right here on your little block or your street I should say there's five bucks okay thank you very much I appreciate it you as well you know how cute are these little brass bunnies bookings I mean somebody might not use them as bookends but I think that's probably their intended purpose super heavy quite large these are probably like seven or eight inches so pretty nice size I'm not sure on the value if I had to throw out a guess I would say like 35 ish to 40 bucks not 100 sure I'll throw up a comp now I love my little haul so far it's small but my teeth here we go good morning probably gonna steal this is so cute I think I've sold the same old Triceratops before I think it sells for clarity hmm I think I'm just gonna get both of these super clean I'm doing very good how about you good all right well I'm gonna take your two squishmallows here change uh let me saying they pick up squishmallows constantly and it's nice when you find two because then you can pay for your child's addiction and then flip the other one to cover the cost so I know for sure that tries ceratops sells for about 30 bucks this little deer I have no idea I'm honestly a little scared to look it up I hope it doesn't sell for a lot because there's no way that's going to make it past my kiddo we are dear obsessed Sheena it's like another cell's right there so this is where I'm going to cut in um so you guys don't have an hour-long video today but um the most surprising find of the day were those bunny bookends I would not have thought that those were selling for like 100 to 125 bucks so that was my biggest surprise of the day I also cannot believe I found a second Magnalite roaster pan over the course of the past month but let me show you guys what I broke all the way home and funny story so how I broke them I probably shouldn't tell you guys this but how I broke them so this guy was getting ready to run a stop sign actually he partially came through it already and I had just picked Kinsley up from school so we're going down the road and the sky is running the stop sign and I look over at him and he's like throwing his hands all up and right in front of me was one of those speed tables so I hit a speed table going like 25 miles an hour and unfortunately the Pyrex bowls announced thankfully I didn't lose the blue stripy one because that's where all the money was at but the brown one is so that is a little bit tragic but I'm just counting my lucky stars that it wasn't the blue stripe one so all is well and that brown one you guys saw it it had seen better days um but this is where I'm going to leave you guys today thank you all so much for watching
