So... does any feminist here realize that having a feminist participate in such a debate is a no-win scenario?
That's not a joke, I really want to no if anyone else sees the dilemma this creates.
Now I'll joke and say that feminism would do a lot better if it hired some men for marketing.
It's quite telling how a lot of these people respond to the statement: "women are unequivocally better than men."
Incredible how often the woozle/factoid about women doing 2/3 of the work and earning 10% of the income came up. Surprised CHS let it pass, actually.
Overall, it was a pretty poor debate. The resolution was stupid, and both the guys were lousy speakers. The best thing about the whole debate was watching the moderator get annoyed with the increasingly irritating audience questions.
