can we shout to God with a voice of triumph oh we are living in the days of great victory thank you God thank you God thank you God I give honor to all my elders my pastor hallelujah and our bishop not bless you sir and all of the elders here who are great examples for the Hanscom multicultural ministries for putting this together and the delegates that are here he has heard our cries for freedom of those that have found people that's why we have a multicultural ministry God will keep his promise and at some point you and I must arrive at the place that in the last days that he will pour out his spirit on all flesh regardless of color culture creed religious background situation emotional bondage it doesn't matter God wants to save may be seated a divine window has opened there is right now if you believe with me there is right now such an intense unprecedented Awakening and a community-wide nationwide worldwide revelation of the name of Jesus people that you did not expect that to get the Holy Ghost are getting the Holy Ghost Mis are coming home people that have been away from the truth our children are coming home tonight God wants to empower you he wants to empower me so that in the last days we will partner with Jesus Christ our general our captain of the host to heal and deliver those who are bound blind and held captive in these last hours before his triumphant return he has heard our cries for the freedom of all mankind he has called you and me and the nations of this world to turn to Him because He desires to dwell among his people that's all he wants to dwell among us to have a church that will worship Him voluntarily to send you to go forth no matter the cost to every community every community and be an instrument of healing first of all and intruments of an instrument of acceptance so that every man and woman hears the only name under heaven whereby we must be saved he wants to use you to bring on a harvest that encompasses every persuasion race and ethnicity everything I do must be redemptive my people everything I do must be redemptive what I say what I do how I reach I want Christ to speak through my words from now on I don't want it to be my words I want my hands to to bring forth the miraculous I don't want to go into a store without taking the supernatural and the miraculous with me I don't want to go to a doctor's office without taking the supernatural and the miraculous with me I don't want to go into a restaurant without taking the miracle and supernatural with me it's not about me and it's not about you it's about the power of the Holy Ghost this divine light this divine power that is in me that will go forth and touch people I I want to and I think the ladies here would appreciate it but I want to go to a Kroger's not to buy groceries but to be an instrument of healing while I'm buying the groceries I want to go to a pharmacy not to fill out my prescription but be an instrument of redemption while my prescription is being filled i need a paradigm shift my priorities must change it must change from multicultural to continue for souls to be saved whether they are Buddhists whether they are Muslim whether they are Hindu whether they are whatever and without a paradigm shift then we are just going to have another conference and this conference will not change me unless I have a made up mind my mentor my mentor and that's she's not here but that's sister Mangan best to manganese my mentors been my mentor for many years better than my pastor and I asked her sometimes how do you do it how do you go to all these restaurants and everybody knows you you're more famous than the mayor she said she said baby I've got a made-up mine I want to be like I've gotta have a made-up mind everything I do must be redemptive enough enough of living for myself to try to take care of my little lot so will you tonight will you give God permission to place your agendas on the anvil of the Great Commission and seek his face for the end time harvest of souls did you know that Dallas tonight has 30,000 international students that's not thirty thousand migrants total it has many more than that but thirty thousand international students just Dallas alone spread out in campuses across this great city Houston has around twenty thousand international students 70,000 in Los Angeles thirty-seven thousand in San Francisco thirty-five thousand in Washington DC Virginia combined another thirty thousand in Chicago the number of foreign students in u.s. colleges and universities went from one hundred and ten thousand to in two thousand one to five hundred and thirty thousand in 2013 the exponential growth is because America is still seen as the land of the free they want to come here they think they are coming here to make a little bit of money and send it home to mom they are coming here to hear the gospel of salvation they don't know it but that's why they are coming they don't know it but that's why they are coming and and most of these students are from China they are from growing economies like China 45 percent of foreign students I don't want to bore you with the statistics but I work with stats we need to get practical we need to have a plan oh I can get excited and you can get excited we don't have a plan it's not gonna happen so we need we need to have a specific plan thank God for the seminars that have been happening in the breakout sessions please attend the breakout sessions because you will have a plan 45% of foreign student graduates you know what they do after they graduate some of them go home many extend their visas to work in the same metropolis and area as their university a fourth of the world's population has never even heard of the name of Jesus you know if 3,000 people someone wrote in 3000 people would have be saved every hour it would take 40 years to reach the current lost generation the task before the church is staggering it demands my attention now and the call to seek and save is our call to turn our lives outward from focusing on ourselves to focusing on others I have come to accept one thing I will always have some little trial or challenge happening in my life I'll always have it I'll always have a sorrow or you know some challenge or hurdle or loss to deal with but if I can make up my mind to turn my focus away from myself and my own needs to focus ink on a trouble co-worker a lonely refugee or a struggling Indonesian single mom in my neighborhood I'm telling you depression won't have the time to get a hold of my mind I won't have time to be anxious the United States of America greatest nation in the world my husband and I are blessed to be here blessed to be in this nation and blessed to be in one of the greatest churches this nation has made the evangelization of the world possible why because of its generosity its big-hearted acceptance of migrants don't let that scare you but let that mobilise you let that mobilise you to take the step forward to reach people thousands of refugees coming to the United States every year ninety eight thousand displaced foreign immigrants arrived to seek refuge in North America last year alone I know that that's not good news to a lot of people especially in a depressed economy but thank God that in almost every state in many cities around the u.s. we have resettlement agencies that meet the help of volunteer organizations they don't have the government funding or anything to actually carry it forth not anymore so therefore they're looking for actual they're looking for churches to help them because they know that the church is the single most powerful entity that is not motivated by money motivated by pain it's motivated by heaven I want to take them with me the 21st century modern church that is sensitive to the felt needs of its multicultural community can provide vital services to foreign students become an English Language Center you can't it's easy it's not complicated it's not rocket science become an immigration assistance facility fill out forms fill out forms in English to someone who cannot read or write it and then take them out for coffee the felt needs of the lonely Chinese restaurant worker or the South Asian business community the displaced refugee running away from famine war or religious persecution can only be met by an intensely harvest focused Church these people have left family in homes to come to unfamiliar territory do you know that most of them in I met some of them they are desperately terrified of not fitting in they are terrified of not belonging they desperately want to belong and the spirit-filled Church is the most powerful entity that can step in tonight that can step in immediately and make a difference there is now an intensely supernatural wave of God's Spirit moving all around this nation everywhere we're experiencing it in our church a window in the heavenlies has opened my friends it's open and just like any other entry exit way a window can close I believe in seasons and this window has opened and people are receiving his spirit and healing and restoration in unprecedented numbers if you want to reach if you want to reach a multicultural ethnically different person it's now something has happened God's favor is suddenly miraculously being poured out if you want to go right now run out to the highways and byways now is the time to do it now is the time to do it that is why that is why our African coordinator African outreach coordinator brother faux pas not many people may know him brother faux pas in the African ministry have had over 200 African immigrants baptized and under the African Ministry and his leadership the 20 daughter works of African immigrants are established 20 daughter works have been established not many people might know him but God does he's doing a work in the last days that's why that's why brother Benji terribly and the Filipino evangelism ministry has had over 1,000 Filipinos baptized in the wonderful name of Jesus and 4848 Filipino churches have been established in North America in that 1000 is conservative that is what I hear and that's why brother bun Qian and the Burmese evangelism ministry has had over 15 apostolic Southeast Asian churches established brother Israel Kang and the Chinese evangelism ministry has seen many Chinese immigrants baptized that is why we have had many filled with the Holy Ghost at the United Nations and even even an Apostolic goodwill ambassador to the UN why don't you shout to God if you believe it's your day it's your day o missionaries delegates pastors it's your day pastors wives it's your day I mean whenever we had a UN goodwill ambassador God is doing something he's coming back and he's doing it quickly and that is why in a little city Alexandria Louisiana my home population about 46,000 maybe under over 250 Asian students few years ago and refugees had received the Holy Ghost and have been baptized in Jesus name it's us it's not a big metropolis it's not a big city it's a small city it's hard to find multicultural in Alexandria but if Alexandria can have 250 Asians what about Orlando what about San Francisco what about Dallas what about Houston Austin what about Raleigh Detroit what about Detroit of course I'm very thankful and I know he doesn't like me doing this but I'm thankful for my pastor who has an all-consuming I wish I could even define that tonight but I'm not going to because I'm gonna get out of the way who is an all-consuming vision and passion and love for Souls he talks it eats its listen in Part C challenges us to do it pushes us to do it weeps appraise it for every color culture and ethnic background is important have vision it's important to stir up vision it's important to turn up vision and now I close I would like you to stand with me for a few moments I close that in the all-powerful name of Jesus I want you to do it with me with everything you've got right now because when in a city in a city you know why I think Alexandria it is it is actually very liberating to go there and reach souls because the spine of Satan in that city has been broken by 60 over years of prayer and fasting if you can't do a multicultural anything without prayer and fasting my husband and I can go into a restaurant talk about the gospel they'll come to church get the Holy Ghost and I'm thinking wow we did that no you did it because the 60 years of Prayer the spine of the devil has been broken there the enemy is paralyzed I want in the name of Jesus that our cities the devil spine to be broken leaving paralyzed paralyzed him so in the all-powerful name of Jesus I take authority against every demonic spirit that seeks to hinder the revival that you Jesus have promised in the last days before you come back to get us we come against every doubt every unbelief every apathy and spiritual blindness we take authority over every idolatry every false religion every false religion in Jesus name we find every seducing spirit that will try to take them away in Jesus name we come against any attempt of Satan to intimidate your children we will not be intimidated we will not be intimidated we come against father we come against anything that exalts and promotes evil law right now in all of the cities in the United States every city every parish every borough every town every village send your warrior angels now drive back the forces of evil send mighty angels drive them back to the north to the south to the east and to the west drive them that give us victory give us victory in your name
