it's really funny and it gets personal I'm a kind of Grace I've been very honest in this album I've been listening to a lot of Lana Del Rey and Taylor Swift you know as one teenage girl does hopefully lyrically I've grown I like [Music] that I really love red but that could just be biased because of how much I love all too well I think that I love Fearless is that the one that I'm thinking of I feel like I'd have to pull it up on Spotify I need to see the cover Arts I feel like for me just based off of the songs that I write especially lately probably a breakup one I'm a sucker for um for a sad song before I do a scene where I'm like out of breath or I'm like super upset or something a lot of actors will like jump up and down or they'll do push-ups or something like that just to get your heart rate up and I always thought that it looked I was like oh that looks so silly and now I do it all the time I find myself doing that sometimes before I sing which I think is funny if I'm not getting the take and I'm like I'm not into this I don't know this take isn't right I'll just jump up and down a bunch and then I'll be like okay let's do it and then I'll do the take and then I'll just like it more I'm still figuring that out for myself I've been in the entertainment business for 12 years now which is a while whenever you're 17. I've been growing and figuring out my own fashion I've been told you know like you need to stick with one thing and you need to figure it out people don't like that you're always dressing differently I'm figuring it out and I'm experimenting and going along with it all I know is that at this point in my life I really love old Hollywood and the classiness of it and sometimes I don't even know what that means exactly I just know that I want it to look nice if I'm writing a song I want it to be honest and if it's based off of something that's happened in my life I want it to feel that way I will just sit there and I'll have like 20 minutes of me just ranting or telling a story and being like okay now with that I'd like to go into this part of what happened so it's nice to work with people who already know and it's really funny and it gets personal I would grab press-on nails I'm terrible I like bite my nails as a nervous habit so I hate like getting them done because I feel like I'll just ruin them so before any red carpet any press event any like music video I put on like 99 cent press on nails it's so easy they come off in like a day and it looks nice for like the three hours that I'm doing press it is right here this is like my favorite I just love this red lip I love a red lip I feel like that's something that I want to like always wear I've never really felt this as much with acting with so so many more people see you when you're acting and the film I think that it's just scary telling my stories versus somebody else's because now people are listening to my life and the things that you know are private to me that I've never gone out and talked about now I'm like sitting here and I'm talking about my life and it's weird so I think that that's been fun but also like a little intimidating for me there was a second also where I was like wait what if this is not the right song like I don't know if I want to come out of the gate with these lyrics and say these things and I was like you know what I'm just gonna do it I love this song it has some of my favorite lyrics I've ever written it's hopefully gonna be a good bridge between my old sound and some of the newer stuff I'm creating hi pop sugar viewers listen to Casual kisser [Music]
