define that and one of the things that we we want to we never want to pressure the athlete with with always saying here's the weight you need to lift here's the speed that I need to hit I don't want to do that all the time part of the time what I want is I want you guys to make those choices alright part of the time we don't want always now at the pressure of hitting the same pace the speed over and over and over again and so I like designing workouts that are easy moderate and fast sometimes these guys I mean I give them workouts and I say here's the exact speed I want you to hit and here's the total time I want you to those workouts are a lot higher pressure for the athlete so this because you guys have a long weekend it was intended to be a really a low pressure workout thanks guys clean it up clean it up and then we'll start down here they walk do 100 Zeus will take player rest between maybe like three rounds total should we try using the broke one yeah what a justice how hard hundred Zeus row of double unders we're gonna handstand walk we're gonna kind of do what they're gonna do it water flow is we're going to do a little zigzag and then up over the mat you'll come down here you'll do twenty ring dips and then you move on to forty ghd's and you'll take a rest okay so it's a little kind of sprint gibberish style workout if you cannot double under you'll single under if you cannot walk on your hands let's do the walk the steel walk is gonna be your scale for handstand walking will teach you show you that one ring dips if you can let's do them strict if you have to Kip them if you can't do ring dips to do push-ups if you want to do it you know if you want to keep moving do push-ups is fine what we're gonna do is either an AB mat sit up for a stick sit up do you get a PVC pipe behind your head and go sit up any questions the seal walk le grab an air man for sure watch it oh yeah I'm gonna go ahead and tell you first so you can get the my pendulum now being your hands over your feet ready for this yes I cry like probably the first several days of trying we had a it was a wooden board how long did this take for you to learn probably a couple weeks yeah to get like so much so because if you fall on your face like my face has hit every step it's hit every part of it and you're fine you know what I mean yeah like the wooden board like you couldn't risk as much goodness you can take a big risk and then it's a lot easier to learn so you looking forward to this event at Water Palooza you guys have practiced a lot under extreme fatigue we'll see how it
