This morning, a disaster emergency in the Heartland following catastrophic flooding in Iowa. 21 counties virtually underwater following massive rainfall which appears to have blindsided. Many residents early Saturday now forced to be evacuated. Drone video capturing the aftermath of the torrential downpours.
