Massive D-DAY BATTLE! WW2 Utah Beach Invasion in Ravenfield!

welcome to utah beach now i've got to get in command of a higgins boat real quick before everybody spawns in here there we go everybody aboard okay i've got a full squad here oh sorry bill i guess there was that nice little spot right there you could have hit in we've got somebody on the mod deuce the m2 browning 50 caliber machine gun and we've got to hit the beaches here because the jerrys are over there this is utah beach and it looks like we've got some higgins boats already guys what are you doing what is that oh god guys wait to the doors to get oh my god who trained these guys i mean we're wearing rangers uniforms now as we take this excuse me that is some modern weaponry you're not supposed to have access to but look at this i've got a rifle grenade this is an anti-personnel very nice sound effects i've got i can call it an artillery barrage now how does this work actually and then i've got a bazooka too so just in case the enemy which the reports are that they've got some pans or fours out here and there's their bunker complex there's heavy machine gun fire coming from over here so let's see if i can't sneak up over here all right so we don't have to clear the uh shingle so to speak we don't need any bangalores i'm gonna load up this anti uh personnel rifle grenade which is just it's such a crazy invention you can't throw a grenade very far don't worry son oh that's a flak isn't it oh that there you go okay i'm gonna right there it's in my sight so if i aim like this oh a little bit short so a little bit higher just a little higher and oh how about there all right we're out of rifle grenades now okay we didn't do it i can't those are americans pushing up the flank so this is such a big beach i mean there's a lot of distance to cover now can someone explain to me what is this like what is this intended to do it looks like it's a gate but there's no fence so you can just like if you're driving a tank you drive a ride around it if you're an infantryman you just walk right around it all right a lot of a lot of my guys are getting cut down right here all right mg 42's right here oh i took a shot all right i don't see oh hold on ow dang it they had overlapping fire okay so now the fun part look at the amount of weaponry i have available to me okay so is the united states let's see what do i want for closer quarters um this is kind of cool a semi auto sniper i've never seen this sub machine gun here and then there's a rifle you know what let's just do a thompson why not and i think what i need to do now is bring in more artillery support look at that there's the germans taking the trenches with their machine guns okay now do we have any armor can i use this 50 cow i don't think i can climb the ladder unfortunately and i believe this is actually a sherman that was dropped off here so oh my gosh i can use this hey hey buddy would you would you join my tank oh and look at this aiming reticle this is historical so that means i should be able to okay that guy's on the gun let's see i don't know his distance but i'm gonna guess it's around there okay let's go up maybe he's reloading okay i took out the gunner and the guy that was running by at the same time so a nice little bit of a collateral there but once the shermans are on the beach man we should definitely be able to push in here a little bit easier i can stay somewhat hold down here using this sand dune oh hey there bud dang it what that one coasted to the left is this aiming reticle good or is it user error or is it critical error because it should be uh there might be a little rng on this a little spray or a little uh variance yeah there definitely is okay that's not super awesome i don't really like that i got my coaxial machine gun i'm trying to hit that guy in the head oh you turned the wrong way entropy dude this gun's sweet well what is that is that a plane oh that's a body is it a bird it's a plane no it's a german flying through the air he's exploding oh snipers using me as cover oh man that would have been so cool if you would have stayed up there it have been like a multiplayer experience everybody's climbing over me like i'm a jungle gym or something like that wait who are these guys are these germans what are you doing you guys aren't supposed to be out here i can't see the tracer fire it's yellow and we're firing over sand so it's a lot harder to see these germans now oh look at all those americans pushing in tons of machine guns for the germans to defend utah beach now what's interesting though is i'm not nearly as familiar about let's angle our armor just in case you know that counts there we go there's my tracers oh and look who's back you always turn when i'm shooting he's like here let me show you my good side and they're all hiding behind those bushes very good camouflage hold on there's a german here i just saw him peeking goodbye ronnie all right oh that bunker just got hit is that a flamethrower artillery going on i think i can't tell what that is actually hey guys you don't have any uh panzer fausts the panzerfaust is going to faust un's a mouse little mouse but i'm gonna sherman you in the face so come on wait someone just hit me with something that hurt you was a you are you rifle he's anti-tank rifle grenadine look at that look at that exploding that's a very good effect okay i'm thinking we didn't really get to use the thompson i'm gonna spawn over on the other side and just bomb rushing because it looks like we've made pretty good progress oh that guy just fired a right a rocket across the map it looks like a meteor now let's listen to thompson here oh yes oh the sound effects are so good wait why were you shooting at me i thought you would i almost lit you up soldier man you got to go back to basic training can i get a liter or cola it's for a bot all right lay down the pain train boys let's keep pushing i'll just spray arbitrarily to make me feel like you know a dude in a war movie wait is that a bad guy it's not i don't know where these bullets are coming from and they're just all around me what's on this side of it that's an american oh biscuits get down medic i need a medic all right we'll stick with the squad yeah give me some cover and fire boys i love this thing i love the sound of it i don't actually like using it too much in combat oh german just mag dumping all right we'll we'll move over here something's exploding over here all right guys come on let's secure this oh someone's throwing grenades out there we go the enemy enemy enemy where oh they're shooting at us from over there we need a machine gun we need air support we have no access to air sport and the shermans are back on the beach this is oh look at that i need a better weapon this should work oh wow the fire's pretty straight i was expecting a little bit of an arc hello jerry yeah it actually fires a little above okay point taken fool me one shame on you flew me twice oh god why'd you fool me again fool me three times well that's my own fault doubly i believe that's how the phrase goes okay so the germans are counter-attacking and i need a sniper right here oh wow okay never mind hold on oh they're they're flanking see a flanger you guys you guys gotta check your flank one of those guys was named flanker oh oh man okay i was like i need a sniper no i don't hold on whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa he was taunting me that's like something that would happen in multiplayer is this multiplayer is tabs finally multiplayer i mean is raven field it's been a long day um i don't think so this guy spawned from up here i didn't know we could go up there all right ladders oh you know what i didn't check the ladder by pressing the button unfortunately there's no real advantageous position up here so let's just go back down now where's the action right now we should probably check the map and we're definitely up here holding this there is one spot over there that i'd like to take if we can take that flag we would definitely have you know we'd definitely be pushing against the enemy here but this is a pretty epic map i'll use these trenches and i still haven't been able to find a medic medic anybody got medicine medical bags medical equipment oh look at this though storming up the beaches dang it james i don't know what you hit me with but it hurts so i've got the grease gun as my secondary oh you know what i'll use a carbine i want the classic m1903 where are you at maybe we don't have that i have this though similar and i gotta get up here and take that spot or i could use this tank i'm gonna use the tank all right boys uh we need to change up the plan here everybody attack and we'll defend that point i really need to focus on that if everybody's going for that then we'll be able to take the beach and secure the beach for resupply and then more troops and infantry to spawn are those germans just running around right there they are man who let them in here who let the germans on their own beach well technically it's the french beach oh hey boys semtex explosives indeed oh god that was a panzerfaust oh where's my tracer fire i can barely see it oh yeah that's a panzerfaust look at this that's cute that's a nice uh machine gun you got there a shame if i were to blow your whole bunker up come on boys i got you covered i've gotta block lock this down so my infantry can come up here what are they doing oh thanks on fire get out of there get off the tank oh man what is that oh you know what i do have this uh i i called an artillery but i don't know exactly where i was aiming i don't i don't know where i was aiming oh that was a nice shot all right so it's a semi-auto sniper apparently oh it's an m1 garand i think with a scope on it interesting i didn't i didn't know they made those i mean it does make sense right all right boys we we really just need to take this soldier you expect to hit anything from back here oh you're a ranger you're a ranger battalion these guys are poorly trained at least the skins ranger we're supposed to lead the way all the way and i guess we kind of are leading our way up this beach man the germans are definitely like this is definitely where they're dug in the best all right is that guy this is tough i may not be a very good sniper with this gun unless they're stationary there you go right in the nuts what and then he's like hey man hey we've achieved victory though but we're it's not done yet you know what what if i tried to get down the uh this looks like it would be pretty effective uh the the m19 1930 cal i'm gonna come in from the flank again i feel like that's a decent idea whoa whoa whoa whoa what the heck the germans are here in our spawn point that's that's bad that's what you call bad all right lots of fire coming from over here so can i mount this here all right yes i can and this thing's pretty awesome especially if you just have a ledge or sandbags or something to lay it on all right here we go all right i'm firing ow ronnie it's spelled it spells the german pay ronnie oh my gosh this is this is nuts okay wait is that armored vehicle or is that a sherman stuck there but what's crazy is like if i wanted to be the royal italians and use some crazy stuff for the canadians i could do that a lewis gun okay thompson with a drum mag yes please i don't know why the canadians get that and we don't jeez now i feel like an old gangster from chicago hey there you wanna problems with this uh all right let's try this artillery shell again all right there oh that's beautiful i don't see any artillery going in though you know what i mean oh god oh what did i do i just called in what should have been an insane amount of artillery oh okay i'm getting some friendly fire there oh my god oh my god okay what oh no i got mg42 man man pushing this beach is even more difficult than i thought i don't know if i want the bazooka anymore um i'm gonna go some frag grenades and then we could go with some classic uh medic bag all right now do i have a different tank over there i think we only have sherman's halo there hans what you doing hanging out this guy's is he smoking or is that just the engine idling oh no he's smoking we're almost dead and that's an anti-tank gun man we are so close so i'm basically just driving this because i'll be able to repel small arms fire okay don't stop in front of a tank uh-oh clean those trenches out boys man these bullets it's like shooting bbs at them all right let's get out i'll probably get sniped by those guys over there unless i just take one or two of them out now getting up here is gonna be tricky this is not gonna go well oh okay i'm here and i'm sneaking around need another drop mag boys only got like three drums left oh all right we're going slow and sneaky look at this these guys are firing i can see their muzzle flashes right here oh hey how's your day going oh yeah the flanking spank is working oh oh reload and i'm at 23 health oh interloper got me you know what let's try this from the germans position so i'll show you what we're working with here so the map is called utah beach heroes of world war ii and it's pretty decent now we're gonna be raven there's no there wasn't a preset configuration though which is unfortunate so i have like my own here now if we're going to be the germans then i think we've got to go to severe martial oh my god mg42 what do you think this is a game yeah people use to see uh walther as our secondary no i don't even know do i get artillery support oh it's a panzerfaust or is it flieger faust i'm going to use the fleega faust obviously we have to have the potato mashing grenade oh yes it does look like we get a tank so i'm going to take that and move up gentlemen that tank is mine where is it if it is there it is mine okay there it is it's a panzer iv it looks like these two guys are crewing it dang it i told him it was mine nice vine mind that's not how you count since the german but you know look at that 250 rounds and then 250 back of browns but with the way with how fast this thing fires i mean it's gonna go super fast okay so they've already taken the first beat see that's the one thing this one would be better if we could have been defending against the amphibious landings but i see what they were going for here yeah the enemy took it under no opposition we've just captured a but it's probably balanced right but that's why i feel like raven field needs like a a wave defense format or a landing invasion in defense you know attack and defend format that way people can design maps for it well i want to use the orlikin i wanted to use it all right you hold your you hold the lines there oh my gosh oh this is this is just this is just silly all right we'll get in here get into the bunker why are you guys running out on the beach that's a bad idea dude this thing this is unfair no wonder i just when i met one of these i got chewed up so quickly it's got some serious kick on it though oh my gosh this thing is incredible are they over here yeah they are actually oh my gosh i'm firing right over my teammates heads by the way and it's just like it's a little nervous oh i'm seeing bodies flying up over here that means the americans over there maybe they're hitting some land mines dude this has some nasty kick at distance ah get to the choppa i wouldn't advise firing it that way look at the barrels red hot i love it all right we've only got 48 rounds left and then i'm gonna have to switch to a luger i think yeah i will defend the beach oh god this is bad but i do have the flear flagger or whatever you call it who's shooting over there do they want to get fleegled oh wow that thing's sweet oh don't run in front of the machine gun please ah but it has infinite ammo nobody's using the tank al oh oh that's the americans right there oh god they're here get fleegled i didn't legal them very well i'm sorry i let the fleagle down hey that was a better fleegle who wants to get flea gold all right aiming this is kind of tricky yeah clearly all right uh i've got no bunkers to run to and i'm kind of in a position where i'm not in a good position the position i'm in is bad it's just kapoot and i really want to use that 20 mil then i have to go up there and if someone's on it i'm going to kick them off and i'm going to use it because the static defenses are really the joy of the germans defenses right now oh look at this hello hello tommy oh this reminds me of the game uh meteovoor assault squad 2 my favorite vehicle i think it was the sdkfc 222 because they had a 20 mil on it which was good enough to deal with light weapons uh like light vehicles as well as infantry really well oh god rick what are you doing rick get out of survey you're not supposed to be here rick oh my gosh yeah this is a little bit unfair james would you guys do you not see this ai needs to be like oh this guy's firing i should not run in front of him because this thing is just glorious this is what it's all about i feel like there's a dude right in front of me slug you had one job it was to not die i mean technically two defend the beach and not die and and you just literally oh my gosh the ragdoll physics with this glorious now let's fire a few more into that sherman he's lighting up he's gonna blow anyone in there is getting cooked if there's any tommy's in there they're getting cooked no lots of rangers moving out the beach over there yeah so defending the beach and attacking the beach is pretty good overall i'd say the map it's pretty decent uh there's a few things that could be optimized but uh i think this is one of their first maps i think it's pretty impressive can i use this one is this one destroyed no wait i can't use it huh maybe this is destroyed all right i will charge them with my pistol and get taken out by my friend if that's not the most raven field thing i
