THIS IS ONE IN A LONG LIST OF TROUBLES THEY HAVE HAD RECENTLY, I UNDERSTAND. >> Reporter: YEAH, JIM AND LAUREN. THOSE RESIDENTS ARE PEOPLE THAT HAVE LIVED HERE FOR OVER A DECADE. SOME OF THEM I SPOKE TO EARLIER TODAY. YOU CAN SEE THEM HERE AT THIS PRESS CONFERENCE WHERE THEY ARE DEMANDING CHANGES. THEY SAY THE CONDITIONS HAVE GONE DOWN BUT RENT HAS GONE UP. DESPITE ALL OF THAT, THEY DON'T WANT TO LEAVE THE PLACE THEY CALL HOME. A COMMUNITY STANDING TOGETHER IN THE FIGHT TO STAY HERE AT THE PUBLIX MOBILE HOME PARK. THEY SAY THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY HAS GIVEN THEM UNTIL JULY 22nd TO GET OUT. >> IT IS NOT FAIR THAT THEY HAVE BEEN PAYING THEIR RENT AND LIVING ON THE PROPERTY FOR SO MANY YEARS AND THERE ARE SO MANY ELDERLY AND WOMEN AND FAMILIES AND CHILDREN WHO ARE THERE AND NOW THEY ARE ALL BEING DISPLACED >> Reporter: ACCORDING TO A LAWSUIT FILED IN MIAMI-DADE COUNTY COURT, THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION ALLEGES THE PROPERTY OWNERS WON'T PROVIDE A CENTRAL SERVICES TO THE PARK, INCLUDING GARBAGE PICKUP, SEWER AND WATER LINES, OR ADEQUATE STORM DAMAGE. THEY GO ON TO ALLEGE THE PROPERTY OWNER IS WILLINGLY DOING SO IN AN EFFORT TO FORCE PEOPLE FROM THEIR HOMES. SHOTS FROM ABOVE GIVE YOU AN IDEA OF THE AREA RESIDENTS SOON WON'T BE ABLE TO OCCUPY. AT THIS TIME THERE IS NO COMMENT. >> THEY HAVE TRIED THROUGH DIFFERENT MEANS TO GET A CONTACT WITH THE LANDLORD, INCLUDING THROUGH THEIR ATTORNEY.
