guy I haven't met before Mark Rober we kind of met with the Mr Beast hide and seek video but you don't get opportunities to meet with such smart people very often so I'm gonna pick his brain and I'm of people are really scared of it including Mr Beast can I try it yeah I feel like of all people I'm so down oh my God way braver than when Mr B sure this was an experiment we did yesterday it was through here there's so many Secrets this is the world's largest Nerf gun and they go 40 miles an hour they actually like stick the stuff okay that's my first video ever this is the world's largest Super Soaker and then up here now normally this is like the tennis ball cannon from American Gladiators have you ever like been just chilling like while people are chilling like went and shot them or would that just hurt at full power it like put a hole in the wall across and of course the foam pit with the rock wall it's a tough one like those are tiny little footholds right like how yeah already I feel like you're better than me so yeah I mean that's basically the tour well you know while I'm here I thought maybe I could teach you something torsion I would love to try and learn some contortion I'm gonna qualify that with try and learn some I mean I think by the end of this I can potentially teach you you know how to do this I think we're gonna start off with something very basic I feel like you and I have different definitions of basic and easy but okay so we're gonna be doing it back then by laying on your back and pushing up into it oh boy there you go oh I'm doing it oh my God that's actually not that bad I survived okay what's next this is what I call an optical okay okay you're just gonna do this yeah and then twist grab your foot grab your other yeah that seems easy enough wait what's the opportunity you're not really bending not much you're twisting I see this hand's supposed to touch that one and then this one and now I push this your hips gotta go wait why if they're trying to go away I feel like there's a mirror in between us this is like identical okay so for this next one I can do that this I can do it let's go in your stomach like this now you're gonna grab your back foot oh boy and now from here pull it to your head okay hold on got it whoa I feel like you should try this one oh yeah I got it I'm doing it you're doing it I can't believe you're doing it okay and just about also since you know you're so good at contortion you're already a master at it you know I thought I would ask you a question yeah I feel like science is more my thing but exactly so I do this thing where I go into a back bend and people stand on my hips and I've held 270th pound guys on my hips before and like really I feel like there's weight on me I can explain this all day but let me just show you like stand on my hips like where so basically you stand like right here yeah you're cool with this right I'm positive I'll do my first step there as I get up yeah there you go oh my gosh this is wild they don't even feel it at all no like literally nothing I've never surfed someone like this that is amazing so your question is why is that so doable we actually evolved to be on all four so like we eventually became two-legged but we're not necessarily supposed to be too like like our backs haven't evolved for that when you wear a backpack when you have something on your shoulders that weight has to go through your spine and then through your legs your legs have about like they are big fumers right yeah so when you either have a backpack on with a belt or I'm standing on your hips like all that weight it doesn't have to go through your back it goes right into your leg we have like hundreds of millions of years of evolution to make from here down strong not so much for the back part so that's why when you're doing this it's like it's not really my back holding that's right it's basically you take your back out of the equation hips down and this is designed organically to be really good to carry a lot of weight so that's why you could put Terry Crews on your hips and it's no big deal I don't weigh as much as him I know you're very like yeah our muscle mass index is like slightly different but uh yeah I have one more question too this is a trick I do and everyone always asks me how I do it kind of doesn't look like it should make sense but I'm able to do it wow I can tell you exactly what's happening here first of all you're amazing that's the first part of what's happening what you're doing really well that most people can't is basically good control of where the center of mass is so you put your head out here when your legs come out here that shifts where your center of masses when your legs came out your head came back more there's like you're very good at that and you just have an intuition about it but ultimately you're keeping that right above your two hand support so like you do it once more so now before you put your legs out your center of mass is right here now put your legs out and I bet you so when you do that you're this spot you you kind of angled this way a little bit to keep it right in between yeah that's super cool and very impressive it's just physics very for anyone else yeah now we gotta go shoot some feed arrows yeah now we gotta shoot some arrows and blow up things yeah let's
