either they they did it in a way that didn't ruin or demean any of these characters it's not like the anime peeping scenes which are just uh sometimes relatively tasteless like they did it with as much taste as they could with having the actual gravity of the situation done which I just think is very impressive he saw the VY a chat stop [Music] it she has a bed and she just floats above it h my life the remember remember how I told you in the past when when doing these episodes that one of the things that I respect so much about Adventure Time is the fact that they will build up to a climax and then completely subvert your expectations I think the first time I really noticed that they kept doing this was the last episode of season 1 with the uh where Jake was the monster and then it turns out that there was another monster that was just the wife of the mayor who wanted money like a to total random plot twist that had nothing to do with the actual lore like that's gimmicky go-to Adventure Time Shenanigans the fact that they are going to build up uh an obvious obvious moment where she is going to be furious that they peeped on her all day and then completely throw it all on its head which makes sense for her character she's an thousand-year-old vampire she doesn't give a crap about this stuff right like it fits well in the character too but what an absolute Peak story this subversion is so beautiful what I hide in your house all the time white just gets better bro what all right dude this is the most most reasonable forget women most reasonable human of all time except for the whole hiding in what w woman W woman she's incredible she's perfect she's awesome I wish you'd hide in my house Chad get your head out of the Goon folders for a second please anyways no traumatized them so much they are just so confused that's incredible though what that comeback a full episode of hiding in fear all the things they saw and the fact that she like when she recorded so good what this is one of my favorite episodes of all of Adventure Time I think the plot twist at the end was just beautiful it was so perfect like this is a Max Level subversion Trope this is how you write subversion oh my God actual incredible character writing and one of the greatest tropes subversions I've ever seen in my entire life wow bro that was beautiful if you made it to the end
