hello everyone welcome back to the channel chisler here with another shadower guide with ignition being released in another grandest area being introduced as odium I wanted to take the time to answer frequently asked questions for where the best training areas are in grandis as a whole for both regular servers as well as reboot there are many good maps that are great for shadow Wars to train in so I didn't want to put out a small guide that only has one map from each area as such I've prepared a few rotations for each area in grandest to provide some training flexibility options depending on map popularity or your sacred power for both regular servers as well as reboot I've recorded a three minute battle analysis in each selected map to get a general idea of approximate mobs that can be defeated in that time multiply that number by 20 and it will give us an approximate mobs killed per hour for that map rates and time stamps for each server and map will be included in the description for quick reference before we get into the rotations I wanted to lay out a few notes and assumptions that were considered when making this guide first these rotations assume that your aired a fountain will one hit KO mobs as well as dark flare 2 hit koing or three hit koe mobs if you are training in maps and can't achieve this level of damage output it may be best to train in a slightly weaker area where you can do this this training guide assumes negligible meso explosion damage to demonstrate this even at my funding I will be performing each rotation with pickpocket turned off entirely this of course is not recommended for when you are training you will want pickpocket turned on and using meso explosion to help with killing mobs at all times this may also help for cleaning up mobs that might not be killed from Air to Fountain or dark flare as described above allowing you to train in tougher Maps this training guide demonstrates fairly basic rotations primarily using only shadowvale dark flare aired a fountain and cruel step there are many skills that can also be used to help increase mob kill counts such as sudden raid mobbing trick blade Shadow formation and will and sarin skills it is recommended to work these other skills into your rotations as you start getting comfortable with the map you are training in for even better mob kill rates I am a regular server player my reboot rotations may be a little rusty mob HP is a significant factor to consider with reboot so keep in mind that this video was filmed entirely in Bara and that the mob shown in the video have less HP than in reboot all mobs shown for regular servers are on frenzy totem spawn rates thanks for your help Mimi all maps shown for reboot are on base spawn rates finally no consistent experience multipliers were used when recording these rotations I implore you to only consider the mob kill rates as sometimes I had extra 2x coupons to use as well as some rotations being performed with Rune experience effects the important number to remember is the mobs killed we will start with the regular servers first many of you may not be willing to sit through a three minute Battle Analysis for a dozen maps to figure out what is the best map for the area so I'll give you a quick list that summarizes my best recommended map for each area or cernium Eastern City ramparts 2 or bernium Eastern City ramparts in battle 2. for hotel Arcus train with no destination 1. for odium laboratory Beyond lock doors one please keep in mind that the odium recommendation is based on an educated guess as the sacred power required to train on that map is currently not possible this is for the sake of future proofing this guide feel free to skip to these maps from the timestamps in the description otherwise we will begin with the training rotations for each Surname map first on the list is Western City ramparts one and two I am combining these both into a single rotation as the maps are literally identical except that their platform layouts are mirrored I start my rotation at the bottom of the left platforms beginning with shadowvale and assaulting upwards to immediately place my air to Fountain I jump to the right and place my dark flare on the middle broken platform then head back to the lowest level to cruel stat back and forth that's really all there is to this rotation simply repeat the process every time your summon skills come off cooldown the map is surprisingly effective now that shadowverse cool step can actually hit multiple platforms pushing rates to nearly that of the eastern city Rampart Maps this map will be very easy to find 100 burning map with as well and is a solid option to consider foreign foreign next up is eastern city ramparts one the rotation begins with using Shadow Veil under the right platforms and assaulting upwards to immediately place my air to Fountain after that I jump to the left and place my dark flare on the second platform from the left then assault back to the lower level and begin using cruel stat back and forth when I place my air to Fountain I like to place it close to the right of the platform I assault to as it is rather centralized and can evenly clear both platforms above as well aside from that it's a fairly basic rotation this map previously was much smaller but was increased in size as part of the ignition map changes this map is small and simple yet still gives very solid rates like its neighboring map the last map to cover for surname is eastern city ramparts 2. the rotation begins with using shadowvale underneath the left platforms then immediately assaulting upwards to place my air to Fountain after that I jump to the right and place my dark flare on the rightmost part of the left platform this is because the small right platform doesn't actually spawn any mobs after that I assault to the lower level and cruel stat back and forth this map is a little more spread out than eastern city ramparts 1. it has more flexibility with how it can be cleared since it is larger there is an opportunity to boost rates even further by working in additional skills but even using this basic rotation it's probably the best map to train in for certainly foreign foreign the first map I wanted to mention for burning cernium is Western City ramparts in battle too the rotation begins with using shadowvale under the left platforms then assaulting up and placing air to Fountain between the two ladders facing to the right this will put it in a fairly Central position for the upper two platforms from there jump to the right and place a dark flare at approximately the top of the ladder to clear the upper right platform from there assault back to the lowest level and cruel stat back and forth to clear out mobs the rates in this map are decent the reason I wanted to Showcase this map is it is a good transition point for players just finishing in cernium where they may be able to one-hit KO mobs here don't have enough sacred power to transition to later mobs and bernium it's also worthwhile to transition to these mobs ahead of cernium as soon as possible as the base exp Granite from these mobs immediately makes it better than any Surname map foreign is eastern city ramparts in Battle 2 and comes after obtaining enough sacred power to transition to the 100 sacred power bombs the rotation starts with placing shadowvale under the right hand platforms assaulting up to place air to Fountain on the second platform from the top then jumping across to place a dark flare on the second platform from the top on the left hand side of the map from there assault back to the ground level and cool stab back and forth once you reach this map I think you should stay here until you are ready to transition to Arcus with erda Fountain being available in ignition while clearing this map is much easier and the spawn density here is better than any map infernium this map is probably the best a frenzy train on and will make the rest of bernium feel pretty fast especially with them higher mob base exp over the mobs in the western City ramparts foreign foreign the final map to cover in burning cernium is eastern city ramparts in battle 5. the rotation starts with shadowvale under the right hand platforms then assaulting up and placing air to Fountain from there jump to the left and place dark flare on the second from the top left platform afterwards assault back to ground level and cruel step back and forth this map was regarded as the best shadow where map in bernium for a long time but I think with the air to Fountain changes in ignition it now drops to a very close second just behind eastern city ramparts in battle too you really can't go wrong with either of these Maps but I feel the spawn density in eastern city ramparts in Battle 2 is slightly better as well as there being No Easy Way in this map for dark flare to cover multiple upper platforms since they are spaced so far apart if you stick to either the previous map or to this one Arcus will be right around the corner anyways foreign foreign the first map to cover in hotel Arcus is Outlaw infested wastes three the rotation starts with using shadowvale under the left platforms assaulting up and placing dark flare on either of the two upper left platforms then jumping to the center platforms and placing air to Fountain on the central platform from there you can jump to the right and tag the mobs on the upper right platform otherwise assault back to the ground level and start cruel stepping back and forth some people may be confused why I'm not recommending Outlaw infested wastes one and that's strictly from how crowded of a training map it is Shadow war is one of the few classes that excels at this map especially with multiple summons you will still get equivalent rates without law infested wastes one just with less stress of leaving the map this map also further excels as your meso explosion starts doing meaningful damage as it can reach the upper platforms to complement the clearing of your summons foreign foreign the other map I wanted to cover in hotel Arcus is trained with no destination one the rotation starts with setting shadowvale under the right platforms assaulting up and placing erda Fountain jumping to the left and placing dark flare either on the top from second from the top platform then assaulting down to ground level and using cruelstab back and forth this is the Pinnacle of shadow where grinding in Arcus if you have enough sacred power to train here then the rates dwarf that of the outlaw infested wastes Maps it is a fairly lazy map but is also fairly popular one for other classes as well if it's too crowded this rotation also applies to train with no Destination 2 just with slightly worse raids this map will comfortably take you into odium when you are ready for it or will still make for an excellent placeholder if you do not have enough sacred power to start an odium just yet foreign foreign the current Pinnacle of training maps and MapleStory as of the posting of this video the first map to train in here will be road to the Castle's gate 2. the rotation begins with placing shadowvale under the left platforms salting upwards and placing air to Fountain jumping to the right to place dark flare and finally assaulting back to ground level to cruel stat back and forth the rotation of this map is very similar to some of the earlier maps in Grand is namely eastern city ramparts 1 and 2 in cernium if you were familiar with training in those Maps then you will feel right at home in this map as well even with my low sacred power and only doing 60 final damage I was still getting decent mob kill rates here I imagine the rates would be significantly better once my sacred power gets higher but based on map feel alone I believe this map to be the best map to train in the lower sacred power Parts in odium foreign foreign foreign once your sacred power gets higher the next map we will be transitioning to is captured alley 3. the rotation starts with placing shadowvale under the right platforms salting upwards and placing air to Fountain then jumping and clearing mobs As you move left to place dark flare and assaulting back to ground level to use cool stat back and forth unfortunately I can only demonstrate the rotation of this map and not the actual clear rates as I'm currently only doing 30 final damage in this recording this map has a very similar feel to vc3 and moon bridge and once I get enough sacred power I feel this map will be a Powerhouse when it comes to odium clear rates at least until I get enough sacred power for the later Maps the map is a little more spread out but once the summons start doing more meaningful damage will allow for better clear rates compared to the other captured alley Maps namely captured Ali 1 where many other classes will like to train as your sacred power continues to increase the next map to transition to is sunny laboratory one the rotation begins with placing Your Shadow Veil under the left platforms assaulting up and placing air to Fountain then jumping to the right to place dark flare under the top platform before assaulting back to the ground to cruel step back and forth similar to the previous clip I can only demonstrate the rotation as I only do 10 final damage in this clip the mob density in this smaller map feels very high and with air to Fountain and dark flare able to hit three platforms each I feel this map would be amazing to train in once my sacred power gets higher the final map to train in odium is laboratory Beyond lock door one the rotation begins with placing shadowvale under the left platforms then jumping slightly to the left and assaulting up just under the top platform to place air to Fountain in this spot air to Fountain will clear three platforms from there jump to the right and place dark flare on the top platform an assault back to ground level and cruel step back and forth again I unfortunately can only demonstrate the rotation as I do five percent of my final damage against these mobs as of this recording this map I think will be my favorite to train in once I get the sacred power for it as the mobs have massive hitboxes and the summons King player 3 and 2 platforms respectively since it is one of the strongest maps in the odium the base exp is the second highest in the area I think this will be my favorite map to train in until we have access to the next grandis area suspected to be Shangri law now that regular servers are taken care of we will now move on to reboot as before many of you may not be willing to sit through a three-minute analysis for a dozen maps to figure out what is the best map for each area so I will give you a quick list that summarize is my best recommended map for each area for cernium eastern city ramparts 3. bernium burning Royal Library section 6. for hotel Arcus train with no Destination 1 or odium laboratory Beyond lock doors 3. please keep in mind that the odium recommendation is based on an educated guess as the sacred power required to train on that map rotation for each Surname map the first map we will look at in surname is Western City ramparts 3. the rotation begins with using shadowvale under the left platforms then assaulting up and placing dark flare on the leftmost part of this middle upper platform from there we will jump to the right and place down air to Fountain on the upper middle platform then assault back to the ground and Grill stab back and forth the reason we are using dark flare on the left platforms is that air to Fountain cannot reach both Platforms in the upper left corner so we will need dark flare to cover it instead I use my rope lift to bring me up to those upper left platforms to help where dark flare cannot cover this map is pretty decent from what I've heard is not overly populated either so maybe a good map to train at when burning is high thank you foreign foreign the next map is a similar map to train up from regular server that map is eastern city ramparts 2. the rotation is the same as before start with shadowvale under the left platforms assault up and place air to Fountain jump to the right and place dark flare then assault back down and use cruel stab left and right I use my rope lift to help bring me up to the upper left platforms between spawn waves to occasionally clear mobs that aired a fountain may have missed this rotation is fairly lazy but still gives solid rates if this map ends up being rather popular it may be best to return to Western City ramparts instead it certainly isn't as busy as the next map however foreign foreign the final map to cover in surname is eastern city ramparts 3. the rotation begins with using shadowvale under the right platforms and using an up jump and upwards assaults to ensure we reach the top platform to place air to Fountain from there jump left and place dark flare then assault back down to the lower middle platforms not the ground level from there jump across the platforms and use cruel step when in the air and when on the platform this map and these mobs are unique and that cruel step will hit the lower mobs from the lower middle platform so clearing above and below as possible this map gives the best rates in surname however is also the most popular map and may be prone to congestion and low burning foreign foreign next up is burning cernium with our first map being Western City ramparts in battle 4. the rotation begins with shadowvale under the right platforms then assaulting upwards and placing air to Fountain at about the Gap in the two upper platforms from there jump left and place dark flare towards the left of the lower middle platform from there jump down and start using cruel stab left and right this map is a good transition map with lower sacred power the rates are solid and may have some burning channels as this is not the best map in the area the mobs are also targetable as soon as their black shadow appears you don't need to wait for them to fully appear before you can start attacking them foreign foreign the next map is eastern city ramparts in battle 3. the rotation starts with using shadowvale under the right platforms then assaulting up to the right hand side of the middle platform to place erda Fountain from there jump left and place dark flare on the lower part of the upper left platforms then assault back to the ground level and cruel stab left and right it is important to place erda Fountain as shown if you place it on the platform to the right it will not be high enough to reach the upper platform I also like to up jump and cool stab at each end of the map to help with Mobs that may be missed from dark flare and air to Fountain this rotation is a little more involved but the rates here are solid and can be further exemplified with other skills as well as meso explosion foreign foreign foreign the final and most recommended map I have for burning cernium is burning Royal Library section 6. the rotation begins with shadowvale being used approximately where the lower portal is then assaulting upwards and using air to Fountain between the two ladders on the upper platforms from there jump left place dark flare where the other portal is followed by assaulting back to ground level and using cruelstab left and right like with the previous Maps if I have some time I will also up jump at the ends of the maps to help defeat mobs that the summons may have missed this map will also benefit greatly from meso explosion assisting in clearing out the third level of platforms even from ground level this is a very good map and will comfortably take you to Hotel Arcus when you are ready for it thank you foreign now that you've hit level 270 we're off to Hotel Arcus the first map that I would recommend is Outlaw infested wastes 4. the rotation starts with using Shadow Walker under the right platforms then jumping left and using dark flare on the middle platform just below the upper level from there jump left to clear the mobs and assault downwards to cruel stab along the lower level every time you return to the left platforms be sure you up jumper rope lift to clear them off before the next wave spawns this map is amazing in reboot almost full uptime of mobs allows for some very good KO raids in this map even if you don't have enough sacred power for the later Arcus map this map will very comfortably take you into odium this map also greatly excels from additional skills in meso explosion for best rates so be sure to use those when training as well foreign foreign foreign Hotel Arcus map I would recommend is trained with no destination one the rotation is the exact same as regular servers use shadowvale under the right platforms assault upwards to place out a fountain jump left to place dark flare on the upper platform or just under that then assault to the ground level and cruel stab left and right the spawn density is very good here meaning that even with lots of downtime between waves the mob KO rates are very high to assist the air to Fountain I will sometimes up jump to the mid and upper right platforms to knock out any stragglers this map can be very crowded but the other train 2 and 3 maps are also good backups if you cannot find the spot here foreign foreign we are going to start off odium with the rotation of road to the Castle's gate 4. the rotation starts with Shadow Veil Just to the left of the Rope then assaulting upwards and placing air to shower on the left part of the rightmost platform from there jump an attack across the map to place dark flare either on the upper left platform or just under it then assault back down to ground level and cruel stab left and right this map has solid rates and is a great way to start an odium especially at the lower sacred power requirement it may be tricky to reach but at the peak of your double jump you can reach the middle platform Mobs with cruelstab that issue can be mitigated with the help of sudden Raider meso explosion though this map is very solid and the largest of the road to the Castle's gate Maps I would recommend this over the other three foreign foreign next on the list is captured alley 4. the rotation begins with shadowvale under the right platforms then assaulting up to the left of the upper right platform and placing air to Fountain from there jump and attack to the left and place dark flare before assaulting to ground level and using cruelstab left and right it's tough for me to demonstrate the accurate rotation for this map as I am only doing 40 percent of final damage to the mops in this clip however this map is the largest of the captured alley maps and should be clearable within a spawn cycle using up jump on the left to clear out the platform just left of the dark flare platform will also likely help for optimal KO rates this map is predicted to be very good when you have the sacred power to consistently KO here definitely transition when you are able to do so foreign further past captured Ali the next map at even higher sacred power is sunny laboratory three the rotation starts with using shadowvale under the left platforms an assaulting or up jumping just above ground level to place air to Fountain facing left from there use dark flare just under the upper middle platform then assault back down to ground level just beside where you started the rotation from there start using a new feature of these large Maps which is Portal grinding they are marked by the small glowing totems at the corners of the map take the lower left Port which teleports you to the upper right corner of the map clear mobs around that portal and down jumping cruelstab as you clear out mobs to the portal at ground level that portal takes you to the upper left of the map which is cleared out by a quick cruel step take that portal again which brings you back to the starting point of your rotation this map is very unique it takes a fresh new take on grinding rotations for reboot curious to see how the rates end up being here as I am currently only doing 20 final damage to the mods in this clip thank you the last map to cover in odium and this guide is laboratory behind lock door three the rotation starts with using shadowvale just to the right of the ropes on the ground level then assaulting upwards to place air to shower and assaulting up once again to place dark flare just above that jump to the upper right corner and look for the portal marker clear mobs around it then start taking the portals to each of the corners of the map clearing out mobs as you make your rotation through each portal you should never need to leave the portal spaces unless you are replacing your summons when you reach the lower right corner of the map this map uses portal grinding to its maximum potential with big mobs on multiple platforms that will make clearing them out easy once they're appropriate sacred power is reached unfortunately I can only speculate on the rates as I am doing a whopping 5 final damage to the mobs in this clip however I think this map will be the best map to train an odium once people are strong enough to start clearing here foreign those are all the maps I wanted to show for regular servers and for reboot today keep in mind that these maps are not the be all end-all of training maps many other maps not covered in this training guide can also be very good for training in as well this guide is simply to show options that are out there and based on multiple opinions of what the best maps are expected to be compiled into one video I hope you all found this
