Tensions that have been building for almost three years boiled over today to the point where law enforcement had to step in to settle the crowd in the courtroom where the victims families and supporters of the defendant, a man named Joshua. Everybody talks about Polo. He was found guilty in the murders of an Angela Hilton and Ezra Taylor. Surveillance video from the night shows the parking lot at last Filia pub and lounge where a brawl broke out. Police say Polo started shooting, killing a man who was fighting with bullets, hit four bystanders, two of them died. Today, victims, families addressed the court despite numerous opportunities for redemption, he's continued to sow destruction, leaving behind a trail of shattered lives. I know one day I have to forgive the man the job, my son. But it's hard. It's so hard because I don't have my son a year anymore. He's a serial killer and we are the ones that are doing the life sentence, not him. And that last woman is Paulette Payne. She says her son died 25 years ago in another case connected to Palo and she wanted to be here today to get to see him sentenced. The judge did say pca's criminal history was a part of the factor into the sentencing. They say that this was his third strike and that's why he was sentenced to prison for life without parole.
