- Have you ever thought to yourself, what's it like to be a dog? Exactly. I know that I have, for
probably a little too much time. Yeah, sometimes I think
it's hard to relate cause I'm six foot four inches. So sometimes I try to
get down on their level. I don't know, I just don't
feel like it's the same, but the other day, inspiration just struck because I actually saw a video
by a guy named Liam Thompson. His videos are super creative. I will link his channel
at the end of this video. He made himself one inch tall. So I thought if he can
make himself one inch tall, what if you could make yourself
the same size as your dog to see the world as they see it? Kobe's blind, not the best example. To see the world as they see it, to sense the world as they sense it. Although we're going to make a video game and I haven't figured
out the scratch and sniff or the (laughing) the taste feature, but we'll work on that. Okay, now this here is Kobe. A lot of you already know
him, but if you're new here, he is a blind dog. We fostered him for a while
through Reversed Rescue. He had to have heart surgery,
that's why he's kind of got those marks right there, but he is a survivor
and he's growing strong and doing the best he can,
and we even adopted him. So he's officially now Kobe Kanaka. And this right here is
Flip, who's my main man. He has been my best friend for a while. Okay, and this is Zoey. Zoey is the boss. She may be the smallest,
but let me tell you, she takes command even
though she is a senior dog. Okay, here's how it's going to work. Now this project has been
months in development. I've actually made myself, my wife, all of the dogs into video game characters and I mapped out the entire house and made it all a video game. So right now we're all
gonna see what it's like to be the size of a dog. Oh, before we get started, Zoey

I've got the computer. Look, I even have like a gaming keyboard and a mouse that I had

feels kind of weird. I'm floating. I'm at the dog park. All right, let's get back to my computer. I pulled this all together by just finding random people on
Fiverr, so fingers crossed on how this is going to turn out. All right, so let's check out the dogs. Look at that, there they are. That's cool. I mean, needs some work, but you can tell like that that's Flip and there's Kobe and there's Zoey. I think the game developer
nailed Kobe's eyes, like that is definitely his
look where he's like, what? Look at me. Oh my God. I look like a dude, man. My jeans are a little high water. Oh my goodness, look at Kelly. I think that least looks like Kelly, her hair's not brown like that. Why does she have a little belly? Oh I know, I know. 'Cause when we made this, she
was just slightly pregnant. It's taken awhile to make
this actual video game. I think it's time to
actually open the video game. Cross your fingers. I'm not sure exactly what
we're going to get here. This is the first time
I'm seeing it as well. (cheerful electronic music) Oh, that's cute. It looks like a calendar. All right, character selection. You can pick Flip, Kobe or Zoey. I say we start with Flip. Where am I at here? Oh, I'm I'm at Flip's food bowl. So I am definitely Flip. This is wild. That's how tall Flip is too. Wow. Look at that. That is so cool. Man, why didn't I do this a long time ago? I mean you could
definitely see some spots. Oh look. Hey Zoey, what's up? Oh, let's get some of Zoey's food. No, actually Flip would not do that. He would know Zoey would
straight up regulate him. What's going on over here? Okay, there's Kobe. Kinda looks like a haunted
house a little bit. Look, you can even see the
living room in the mirror. That is so cool. Check that out. It looks like the windows
are kind of broken. That looks like a weird
dimension right there. What is going on there? That's scary. And look, Kobe's just
staring out the window. You okay? Wait, that was rude. Kobe can't see. What's going on into the bathroom? Let's see if we can go
drink from the toilet. (laughing) There's the bathroom. Stay away from that. We don't need a bath. Let's see if we can
jump up onto the toilet. Whoa, we can even jump up onto the toilet. That is so cool. (imitating dog slurping) It's better than I thought it would be. Let's see if we can jump up on the bed. Come on, come on. Can I do it? Oh man, I can't get up there. Bummer. I would love to just take
a nap up there. Oh well. And he'd be looking for
like treats and stuff that they leave laying around. You know what? Let's crouch down. Whoa, we go a little
slower when we're crouched 'cause we're actually crawling. That's kind of cool. Whoa! Look at that. What is that? Let's try to get it. Got it. Congrats, you found a treat. Hmm-mmm. That is a really good treat too. Let's go to the living room. Let's see what's happening. Where's it, what's going on in here? Whoa, whoa, pizza! (imitates chewing) Look at that. Whoa. I can see my actual paws. That is so cool. Wait, if there's pizza on the ground, I wonder if there's pizza on the table. Let's check it out. Yeah! Look at that. There's an entire pizza. I can eat that whole thing. (imitates chewing) Uh-oh, uh-oh, uh-oh! Get off the table, busted. Mom's right there. Okay, okay, okay. All right, but I would love
to check out the kitchen but I'm not supposed to go in the kitchen. What's that say? Take Zoey to the vet. (laughing) Oh, she's not
going to be happy about that. Oh my goodness. There's
a dog treat over there. Oh, I don't know. I don't know. Let's see, let's check it out. Let's go over, there's Dad. Oh my goodness, he's tall. (laughing) Oh wow. I'm dizzy even looking at Dad. That's how tall I am to Flip. I mean Flip's a big dog, but wow. You know what? Let's
go to another dog here. We better get Zoey because she's the boss. Let's switch over to Zoey. You know what, first thing
I'm going to do, if I'm Zoey, I'm going to the treat closet. Look at that. And look, there are the treats up there. They are, there they are. Oh, we've got apple pie treats
and we've got our beef jerky. What's really cool is all of the treats that you see in here, I'm going to make it so you can actually purchase them. So I'll put them down below so you can go get them for your dog. Right, if I'm Zoey, I'm going to try to jump up there and get them. Let's see, 'cause Flip could jump. (laughing) Oh, she can't jump as
high cause she's little. Oh. Wow, the game developer
did really good with that. You know, if this were the
case, Zoey'd get really mad and you know what she'd do is she'd pee. Let's see if we can do that. I guess you'd hit P? (sad electronic music) Did she pee? (laughs) She peed. You can actually pee! Zoey took her revenge out
and she peed on the floor because she couldn't get those treats. Just like Zoey. You know what? If she can't get to those
treats, look at that. The Furbo is up there. You know what? If I'm Zoey, what I'm going to do, what she'll do is she'll
sit here for hours and she'll wait for that
Furbo dispense a treat to her. She loves the Furbo dog camera. They've been sponsoring

(laughing) All right. Oh, got one, got one! Yes! Yeah, all right. Zoey got a treat too. What's that say? Less treats. Time to diet. I say we leave some more
presents for Mom and Dad. Pee right there, pee right there. (laughing) Pee right there. Hey, this is fun. Now I know why they do this sometimes. Let's check out our work. Oh yes. Very, very proud of this. Okay. Let's go back to Flip. Let's go check out this
house on zoomie mode. It's like zoomies and turbo! Whoa, yeah. Oh yeah. That is much faster. Whoa. I'm in the bathroom, how did I do that? Okay. I'm in the bedroom. Whoa, whoa, whoa. Oh, got another treat. All right, you know what? If we can go this fast, let's back up and let's see if we can clear almost the entire couch. Here we go. Whoa! (laughing) Oh man, I think my head
almost hit the ceiling. Let's see if we can go here. Boom! All the way over to the pizza. Let's see if we can get all the way over to the countertop over there. Whoa! (laughing) I'm up on the countertop. Flip can actually jump
up on the countertop. He's a good boy, he doesn't always do it. But look, then there's all
kinds of treats up here. Let's see how much of the
couch we can clear again. You ready? Here we go. Boom. (laughing) We cleared the whole couch. And you know, this zoomies
mode for Flip is fitting because boxers, they are fun-loving, they are energetic, they are just nuts. Like if he wanted to run and jump outside, I don't know if this is going
to work, but let's try it. Boom! Whoa, whoa! I'm like stuck at... Whoa! The biggest dog park ever! Oh my God, Flip is in heaven right now. Who knew that the best part of the game would be escaping the house? Wait, does it end? Oh! (game bleeps) Okay, no better time than
to flip over to Kobe. I'm not sure exactly how
we're going to do Kobe because it's kind of funny that
we're playing a video game, but he can't see. So I don't know. Maybe I
should play the game like this. Just, just try to see my way around. We're going to start back
inside in his food bowl. That's his food bowl. Let's
show him what it looks like Oh yeah. And look, it's blurry. That game developer made it
blurry for Kobe. Perfect. All right, so let's see what
it looks like in Kobe's world. Now obviously he can't see, but he uses his other senses to see. And so he does have a pretty
good mapping of the house. He navigates usually like this,
almost gonna hit the couch. Whoop, just in time. Out of the way. This is so much fun. I'm thinking I should make a video game where my dogs are the same size as me. If you want to see that,
