thanks hey uh officer dagger aren't pets supposed to refer to me as detective who so as i was telling ericsson a pet named robert scow has passed away well passed away has been murdered at his workshop and uh i needed to go check it out see what's going on his co-worker was not there during the murder though more information will be there at the crime scene i'll need to see you there in one hour okay and uh why do i have to be on this case well uh chief dunk wants you on the case so you're gonna have to take it i understand you're exhausted from this week but this will be the last thing i promise well i shouldn't promise hopefully this case won't be too long it seems robber doesn't know too many pets so suspect list is quite small but uh yeah do what you have to do in an hour and i'll see you there the workshop is the one on brownstone street i'm sure you've seen it before since this is a small town anyway i need some coffee hey why don't you lighten up a bit find yourself a i it i know a lot of pets know you um i don't not too well surprisingly um i kinda need something detective hoofs actually um what um i know this is gonna sound really strange but i really need to marry a pet as soon as possible and a one that makes at least good money i was thinking you could be the option um you are quite delusional little kitty i'm gonna go and uh get something to eat i don't have time for this banter i i work alone and i live alone i'm an alone pet a lone wolf as they call it oh well you don't look like a wolf to me but please can i just talk to you over lunch or whatever i i need your help i it's kind of a complicated situation whatever kitty you can go out to lunch with me come on oh and you know i'd really appreciate it if uh hey you're eating quite fast um and okay so what i'm getting from this um okay so what i'm getting from this is your father is going to kick you out of your home if you don't find a pet to marry in what the next week um yeah seems so hey it's not funny it's true sorry look mary i'm a busy cow i actually have somewhere to be very soon so i think that gives you my answer actually it doesn't and i don't care for fizzy i don't care if you're never home it's just what the documents say on the papers okay i just i need somewhere to stay obviously in the next week or so and well i'm going to be homeless if i don't find a pet to marry so i thought you would be the perfect one you don't even know me well why not i get to know you what are you doing after this i'm going to be working on a case kind of dangerous for uh little felines like you i am not little i can help you some way um you'll only be a distraction no seriously i can help okay just please consider it please harris just please fine you can help me that does not mean yes 39 p.m today and uh dennis his co-worker was not here during the crime dennis was doing jury duty between 1 20 and 5 o'clock pm today so he's out of the question we already looked inside of the workshop there is no evidence of uh any break-in or you know any paw prints that could indicate you know who killed robert it seems as though robert was hit with a hammer to the head yeah that's all we know alright uh where is dennis he'll be out soon and um who's that who is what her um hello there i'm mary um i'm going to be hey hey um this is mary mary's my friend friend huh we don't usually have friends on cases harris i'm definitely telling the chief about this no no please don't just just don't mind her she won't be doing much uh i kind of have to watch her watch her all right hey mary can you up can you uh stay back why do i have to stay back i thought i was helping um you are by staying out of the way [Applause] dead bodies are really gross hey i'm dennis hi there dennis sorry for your loss it's all right uh robert was really young you know 24 living life i knew him for quite a bit he was a great co-worker and sometimes even a great friend can you describe how a daily routine would go here at this workplace and uh places you've hung out with him at well uh me and rob are here in the mornings we uh fix up some cars pets have dropped off and you know clean around the place kind of relaxed you know um the only time we hung out was at a bar a few times uh the papo bar it was nice i guess but he would talk about this pet a lot um what's her name this pet named uh linda field oh my dog oh my dog linda field i love her in that one movie but she hasn't made anything recently uh yeah that linda field uh who are you can you tell us more about this linda field pet yes i can um he said he was having a lot of problems with her i don't really know he was kind of slurring his words he uh only talked about this pet when he was intoxicated but i do know that uh one time they got in some argument and he just could not stop talking about it that's all i know i know she's a white cat and she has money she's an actress and i believe tonight she'll be at some church event church event huh we'll have to look into that yeah you know i i heard that she kind of stopped acting to find some wellness or god or whatever i don't really know i think she had a drug problem well thank you so much dennis that's all we need so harris tonight's you'll be going to that church event and oh i think you kind of need tickets uh for rich pets you know and a date well that's perfect because i know a pet and we can definitely get in there um once again who are you well that sounds fantastic harris it seems your friend's actually useful yeah well good luck finding whoever killed robert robert scow he died today and was murdered at his workspace do you know anything about that oh yes i've heard he uh bad things happen all the time i'm used to it oh really were you on good terms with him i guess you could say the feelings were mutual me and robert had some complications in the past mainly to do with his species i don't usually date out of cat species but robert was an exception that is because he had a lot of money but lots of money he wasn't supposed to have you see when i was with him his father had passed away and uh well his father had tons of cash stolen from bank robberies and well uh of course i wanted some of that but it just didn't work out you know i really hope you're not gonna arrest me for such a silly thing misconception and you know because i was involved with robert oh no not unless you use that cash but you're an actress you make your own money how special is that not many women work during these times yes special it is i guess but as most pets know i struggle with a an addiction to some pilsen it's a lot for me so i've tried many ways to get better and it seems faith has been my only uh way towards doing so yes so do you know who killed robert i didn't know any of robert's friends besides his co-worker dennis if someone killed robert i wouldn't know about it alright well i guess that's all unless you have anything else to tell me miss linda what's it like being a cow what what's it like being a cow being with a cow i'm not understanding have you ever been with a cat before would you like to be with one um linda i have to go thank you so much for your help robert was cruel to me he really was he had other pets on the side i wanted a faithful pet i thought the dogs would be a bit more behaved than the cats oh i'm sorry to hear that are the cows well behaved are they are they have a good night linda i think your house is more well behaved or not hey do you know who robert scowl is robert scowl no oh hey that really hurt you are hanging around with the nasty old cow there's nothing nasty about the cow he's a police officer or a detective one of the two you're so ugly and pathetic hey get off of me get off of me thanks
