[Music] [Music] [Music] so [Music] so processing of hazelnuts means really just washing and drying and so we take them off the ground but that means we've got a lot of dirt and figs and so in hazelnut processing that's essentially just washing them and getting out all the husks the twigs the dirt and getting them really really clean it's a hard nut to crack so these nuts inside these shells are well preserved as we're getting these nuts nice and clean for you another innovation my problem is now the nuts self to empty nut washing this is frank i decided to name this machine frank after frankenstein it deserves a name because it got pieced back together brought back to life working like a champ and washed 5 000 pounds of nuts thanks frank all right we are loading up the nuts and this custom built dryer we have repurposed hazelnut wraps that are probably well known that's like 50 years old paul built these racks and there's 44 containers and we are almost about filled up and ready he's back there and shows up here [Music] almost 5 000 pounds of wash nuts now in our dryer and they're going to sit and dry for 36 hours [Music] dual exhaust fans nice you
