fantastic all right back from offering food today yeah definitely we are today going to be trying one of my favorite Korean food combinations when you come on my YouTube channel it's going to be called beans today we've got sang upside oh that looks awesome is that some sort of pool it's pork belly oh oh yeah yeah I love that we're going to be combining it with something called okay what would you guys normally have when you do a barbecue throw the sausage main thing yeah well in Korea it's all about smell it already yeah you can smell that already yeah that looks all right don't you worry about that heaven so this is exactly how it would be in a restaurant in Korea in front even though sometimes I'll cook it in front of you sometimes you cook it yourself they're good man look at the cat for the fat it looks all crop lovely so do you you don't eat the fat they cook the fat into it mate yeah in my eyes barbecue and we don't do the cutting you just kick out behind your hand just act like a Savage you have a bit of kitchen mold start to wipe yourself and that's it yeah if there was sauce on that at all well we'll see what's going to jump the gun Anthony that is what you want it to look like after that oh it's really gorgeous so when you're having a cream barbecue you can't not throw a little bit of kimchi on the barbecue as well that's actually nice thank you it feels lovely doesn't it smells lovely absolutely yeah how long till it's ready we have to pay for this or is it free yes mate it's all on us I think we're ready to try some of this you want to try a bit of have a bit of spice right yeah so oh I've done it now probably that's good that's a great dish you know that lovely no you learn that it's got a bit of a bite to it could you have it warm as well if you wanted to is it was it surprising it's cold yeah yeah we don't really do cold noodles in England do we no no it's sweet and I think if you wear that with that yeah you know what I mean it's sort of like you've got one counteracting the other and also from the the hotness of the food and the coldness of the noodles you know what you're talking about you're already doing it it's either going in then know what they're doing get a bit of the cold noodles oh you think he's in Italian I'm trying my artist to do it properly it's me that's it that's it that's the one noodles lovely perfect combination you wouldn't think to have cold noodles though would you work sorry yeah definitely that was the hot meat as well at the contrast of the cold noodles I can't believe our differences unbelievable and it's beautiful it's got a lovely taste I like that really is good mustache is very good I'll be coming here next week you think it's going to be an array of mishmash and it ain't they all play their part you would never say right oh noodles pork belly and it's a bit of bit of fermented cabbage sounds terrific when you address it like this yeah it's lovely do we have anything like that in a British barbecue I mean no no no no no don't get noodles in a barbecue I think you've got the last barbecue spot clean they're quite plain this is the Ultimate Green Barbecue Sauce I'm bang a bit of the sand gup cell into that samjhan but I'll see what it's like don't want to overdo it in case it ruins yeah very good how good is that don't mind media what's wrong with you next well the final thing we're going to do a little wrap with the leaf yeah [Laughter] okay bang it all in together and then that goes all in one this is gonna be fun you have to get the biggest leaf didn't you yeah everything a few bits of me if you want yeah you definitely want some samjang sauce in there like I hope you're in a tortilla in it that's it and then the rule with Sam in Korea is that that's got to go all in one right yeah so if you've got too much lettuce you can rip a bit off the top of the lettuce that's what I've always been told I've got a big mouth well you've got all that to win right away mate it doesn't have to be a pretty business this Korean barbecue is all about the flavors not that looking good literally shove it all in yeah you've done well they're fighting the you're better off with something like this yeah I mean football to eat all day [Applause] coming in nice and hungry okay apart from a plate of porridge okay and then water you won't look back you guys almost finish off the baby that's what I mean drink that would do well in the UK so I think it would if you if you did it like this if you just went to someone I said it might hit a bowl of gold noodles you're looking like you're mad you know I think with the hotness and that it goes together yeah it's the combinations right it's like the Heat and then the coldness it's like you crave it after you know we didn't have this uh barbecue pork belly what would you combine it with in the UK lab chops fish lamb chops and fish interests be a chicken chicken and noodles so English I will show you this these cold noodles at least you can separate them you buy Super noodles mate you'd put your fork in there and you'd be like you'd lift it you can eat a lot of Lolly getting stuck in with the noodles and kimchi you might as well take that home with you yeah that's it I can give you a few packets of this for uh the next time you have a barbecue if you want you want a little message to
