[Music] what's up everyone Alex Logan here we're here in Austin Texas we're here to try some good old fashion barbecue um we're here at this place called the barbecue good name um we've obviously tried Singapore Foods before and now it's your turn to show me American food let's see what you think [Applause] [Music] yeah hello hiy hey allly nice to me nice to meet welcome to La Barbecue thank you so much you guys uh want to take a look around please show us around and then we'll go eat some as well yeah definitely [Music] perfect so this is our original one um this is the one I learned how to smoke everything on and we only had this one for like a couple years I mean we used four on average and then the that little little one the 500 is just overflow these uh these smokers are pretty awesome um this is our only heat source for all of the meat that's in there as you can feel it is hot I can't imagine like in summer I mean it's hot like this weekend must get crazy oh it it's like 130Β° back here in the summer yeah with all these all these smokers going but I mean we cook back here with no thermometers like um we do it by sight by feel really mhm You Can Feel That Fire and I bet it's about 350Β° all right now that we've done this tour uh you guys want to go and get something to eat definitely awesome I need to get some food [Music] great all right guys I hope you are hungry all right so what I brought you I I brought our uh pork ribs here we got our brisket we've got lean on the bottom fatty on the top got sausage than our Chipotle sausage CED fork with a kind of like a fish sauce kind of situation um then we do all of our pickling in house I've just brought you pickled red onions housemade pickles lovely this is our chili that we make uh with brisket W my favorite and then this is something that people always order in their shells and cheese okay amazing thank you so much yeah you enjoy thank you thank you thank you we are going to be hella fat oh this is a plate you put it on here okay all right I'm getting after it go straighten good that's really good falls off the bone that's how you know it's cooked perfect are you a barbecue expert you know your I know a little bit soft tender good flavor this my one bite would be like a 8.4 really good wow come in one bite ring out it's sharp like there's a tininess to it it's good yeah like seriously that is amazing yeah um for me this is a that that's an that's an eight and a half out 10 yeah so you're with me on that I'm going to a little bit brisket here I'm not going to lie I don't really like brisket anywhere near as much as like ribs you're such a pro that you know everything um but give it a is this a PO porg with a fish sauce interesting this is like proper this is one of the that's not how you're meant to eat po pork but anyways this is one of the fattier pieces really good you don't seem as excited about as that no no that's not good it's just I said I don't really like brisc much I'm going to go for a Lena piece cuz let me let me let me as a neutral I don't know if I like brisket or not let me let me check no I agree but this needs a sauce it needs extra doesn't it but but what is it what is that I don't know what that is this looks like a sweet barbecue is there a barbecue in this is a this is a sweet barbecue that's a normal barbecue bit of sauce so yeah yeah mhm it's good I'm just not a huge biscuit fan what's your racing on this we're eating this by way because we're actually hungry I'm going to go I'm going to go seven brisket I'm going to change that to an 8.7 we're going high on the ribs ribs were great oh by the way that for me that's a 7.5 you try with barbecue called I'm a purist it's called barbecue the barbecue is already in it look at this you're like a animal you're like a Grizzly bed mate you're in Texas we haven't really done it review so nine for you 8 point8 8.8 8.8 you can end up at 10 soon 11 out of 10 I'll go 8 point I'll go up as well I think I was 8.5 I'll go 8.5 I'm 8.8 I'm seven here 7.5 sausages seven as well I'll go a seven too um P pork I thought was good I'll give that eight when you add some barbecue sauce to put some barbecue sauce on it I'll I'll go eight2 yeah and then that pickled stuff sorry the Pickled stuff it's just a pickle yeah but it's good pickle it's a good pickle but good pickle it's not bad dud that with barbecue sauce is fire it is I have to say this with with the sauce is incredible so we have just finished eating some barbecue here in Austin Texas that's spicy you heard it here first that's spicy um it's wey spicy I think it was really really really good um I don't know what you thought solid I've had a lot of barbecue and this is this is very high on the list so a uh a good spot for sure you should uh check it out and give it a try what's La Barbecue bye everyone know doy Parson from like Hannah monana oh my God she's like a Hannah Montana thank you so much for the food and the
