Loading 45-70 with 600 grains

[Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] tonight I thought I'd continue in my 4570 endeavors and we're gonna crank it up to 600 grains with the noe Moab bullet finally got the version that has the CREP groove built into it I'm not trying to rattle any of my fillings loose but I definitely want a good solid heavyweight round for the 4570 so early on in loading 4570 my homemade spray Lube was giving me some dents in my cases because alcohol didn't evaporate all the way before I started sizing them and so shortly after that I took one out of full led tacos arsenal and started using the hardy unique case Lube it's a big shout out to him for that so next I wipe off much the case lube and I'll chamfer the inside the case mouths to accept the cast bullets without shaving off the powder coating and then I'll put them back on the press to be primed and expand the case mouths to accept the bullet I prefer the role crib over the Lee Factory crypt I won because the Lee Factory crimp die after you use it and fire it it still leaves the crimp ring around the mouth of the case and the reason why I like to use the role crimp especially in this bullet design is because of the size of the the crimping candle or it's a lot thinner than your standard rolled candle or that you would find on a jacketed bullet [Music] [Music]
