Liquid Logo Animation in After Effects - After Effects Tutorial

hello welcome to my channel my name is k Sam and today I'll be showing you how I made this completely in After Effects first of all you open up a new composition make sure it's set to 1920 by 1080 30 FR per second and click okay so first thing I'm going to do you're going to get your logo I'm using the Fant logo here and I'm going to drag it and drop it into your timeline so next thing I'm going to do is I'm going to precompose this layer so you left click click on pick on P let's change this to logo and click okay so let's double click on the logo to open it up and we going to change some settings here so that it's easier for us to change the logo if want to put thing from this logo so you let here on to composition settings and it will change this to 800 I 800 so it's th need in the middle so next we going to do we let's come back to M position here and what we going to do is that we going to draw uh you got penil up here but to draw some shapes make sure your logo layer is selected King out of it and do sof shapes so what you're going to do is you come to your fi Tab and make sure actually you the color doesn't matter I just get something that will show very well and the stroke and let's draw the shape so I want to make it look very fluid so you C you hold click and you make another one click and you drag I MTI here so so this is what you're going to be doing it is going to creating shapes like this and it doesn't matter if don't get it perfectly well you can always come back and tweak it later keep on drawing try this out I think this will be okay and let's complete the shape something like this beautiful now let me adjust some things inside here and we are back so what I'm going to do is I am going to now position this well let's position it on top my font layer I click on my keyboard and rotate it rate it this way what you're going to do is click on P open up your position key frame go to two seconds there move back and let's move it diagonally this way we will see how we are doing this shortly now we come down here to your track M if you cannot see it press F4 or keyboard to reveal this layer then change the track mat to Alpha mat ship layer one make sure your ship layer is on top your logo layer it's see as you can see Shen this as you can see already that giving it a very nice reveal but it's not amazing yet so let's add some T first I'm going to do is going go to like present pel here and let's click on to BL this place right our first L here now I'm going to change our size to 30 and and our amount I'm going to at 705 as you can see it looking little moreid right now I'm actually loving it so you can change the complexity a lot more other things you can play around with here but I think this is where I'm going to leave it now going back here and I'm going to search for rough sorry rough skin Ed is I'll here also so for the scale I'll change it to one 20 then I flexity I'll put it at one I'm going to S my three layers click contr D to duplicate sorry D to duplicate now I'm going to move it back at see around 4 four frames by holding page down can move my frames one 2 3 4 and let's move back four frames now I go to my panel again and I'm going to type the World Seal I'm going to P it on the bottom logo layer so it's going to give me this default red color and this looks beautiful for example we use blue but for this I think I'll just give it as red but she want to change the color come to your F effect here and just select any color you want to use or what I did for the example was I just picked use my color pick to here pick this here this blue here click on okay and now you can see it's F my blue before it's filled by orange let me change it back to Red using contr Z I select all of them click on you to RW key frames select all the key frame and click on the keyboard that's going to Easy E your effect so what you're going to do next is open your graph editor selecting everything open your graph editor I will select all these points here I'm going to drag this place to the front here so what's going to do is the beginning animation is going to be faster than the end animation so it's giving it like a speed ramp and that is looking good I think I can see some spill of red uh under our final logo here what I'm going to do is I'm to come back to my pres tab here now click Cher of find choker sorry this simple choker fls on this yeah and letting that to one two yeah and that was amazing guys in our next video we're going to show how I made the splash animation you don't want to miss that it's really amazing and it's going to be awesome so remember like share subscribe comment Down Below on something I should cover on in my next video and until then leave edit grow repeat
