Limequats! 😝😋 Sour on the inside, with a sweet edible skin

these little Citrus are a cross between key limes and kumquats and you can actually eat them whole they're called lime quartz and they have this very thin skin that tastes sweet and crunchy which helps to balance out the very sour inside a friend told me I should give this a squeeze to have extract the oils and flavors but let's see how it tastes that is a flavor explosion it is very sour and intense tastes like a mixture of lemon and lime but with a slight kick of Sweetness from the skin definitely wakes up the taste buds if your area is a little bit too cold and frosty to grow key limes then these are a great one to grow instead because they're a bit more cold hardy let me know what you would do with these lime quartz and if you didn't know
