life (of R&D Scientist ) in Norway

I am auna I've been living and working in Norway for two years and honestly all these two years have been challenging for me in many many ways I've been stressed a lot about ongoing war in my country I've um start a new job in Norwegian company and I gain weight even though I consider myself quite flexible adaptive and resilent I haven't shed as much as I hope despite all this moment I'm trying my best to be optimistic and getting my life back on track [Applause] oh [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] a [Music] oh [Music] it's 2136 and I came from the training session took a shower and did some skin care and played the braid and now it's time for reading today I sacrifice the Norwegian lessons but I want to read the book so yeah 30 at least 30 minute of the book book of the week it's uh boundaries uh about building up your own bond which I'm really bad at so it's going to be really helpful and useful B for me good morning it's Wednesday I already washed my face and dressed up so I just need to apply moisturizer and do something with my hair so yeah you can see how um I SLP really badly just with the swollen eyes and the face yeah not the best idea to go to the gym quite late I would say [Music] I can't came home from gym I had a group session dance classes it's not specific dance classes it's just kind of Zumba classes I would say it's like intensive training with the dancing so something like that now I'm going to take a shower and wash my hair and do some skin care wash my brush my teeth and um going to I guess uh read a book and watch some interview before going to sleep um because today I guess I don't have a time for Norwegian um it's bad that I'm not consistent that I'm not doing it every day but uh it's just first week and I'm really trying my best but um uh with the schedule that I set for myself it's a bit too harsh I guess just because I was really tired at work because I have really busy days now uh with the experiments and all this kind of things that's going on so in it's summer approach and I mean it's already summer and July approaching which is vacation season would would be that I need to finalize all my experiments and all my task that I'm doing and I did to some finalize to some point before going to the vacation [Music] now I'm going to have a meal uh and uh I'm going to watch some K drama I finished lovely Runner it was amazing it was really great let's number one recommendation so far like the latest 20 22 to 23 and 24 that's one of the best the best I would say I'm really obsessed with that so it's finished actually so I decided to watch something new and um now I'm watching um I dream of uh Cinderella it's quite new just two episodes uh available so then I'm going to work on a vlog I guess um because uh my dad is going to cook uh borch if you are Ukrainian or you're from Slavic countries you would know what that mean for us that's the the borch so yeah so he needs his own space and no one would bother him otherwise it wouldn't be that um enjoyable for him to cook I guess so um so everyone is going to be busy with uh our ourselves jobs it's already 10:00 I almost finished editing the video and so I need just 34 minutes of work to do so I can schedule the video then I'm doing my skin care and preparing myself for going to the bed because tomorrow morning early we're leaving to molda for mold um because yesterday my middle sister had a birthday so we're going to see each other and spend time and celebrate her birthday um yeah thank you a lot for watching um my Vlog and my video and being part of the journey and for your comments likes and for everything and see you on Saturday [Music]
