Hello! I hope you're doing well. When it comes to nightlife, Tehran truly earns its reputation as a 24-hour city. Unlike many cities in the Middle East, Tehran may not have a formal nightlife scene, but what unfolds after dusk in this metropolis is unparalleled anywhere else in the world. The distinctive character of Tehran's nightlife, compared to other major capitals, stems largely from its political, traditional, and religious contexts. We acknowledge that this may seem somewhat unusual or even perplexing to those unfamiliar with Iranian culture. Sadeqiye is a lively residential area nestled in the heart of Tehran, Iran. Tonight, we've come to explore the neighborhood of Sadeqiye in western Tehran and delve into its nocturnal life. It's known for its bustling streets and diverse array of shops and boutiques. This neighborhood is not considered a luxury district; rather, it falls into the category of an average Tehran neighborhood. The housing prices here are relatively moderate—not excessively expensive nor excessively cheap. As a result, it attracts a middle-class demographic. The price of a newly built house in Sadeqiye is approximately 110 million Iranian rials per square meter, which roughly translates to around $1,700 per square meter in USD. However, purchasing a house in Iran is not as straightforward due to high inflation, and banks, unlike in some other countries, do not readily provide housing loans to citizens. Currently, the average monthly salary for ordinary employees in Tehran ranges from $250 to $300. This figure is even lower in other cities across Iran. Typically, an employee cannot afford to buy a house \, even if their salary is relatively high. and without a loan, it would take almost 20 years of saving to afford a house Sadeqiye is one of the renowned and bustling neighborhoods in western Tehran, known for its constant liveliness and activity. As you can see from the video, even at 9 p.m. on a weekday, the neighborhood is far from deserted However, it becomes significantly busier on weekends and holidays. Walking through Sadeqiye at night offers a glimpse into the vibrant culture and bustling nightlife of Tehran inviting you to immerse yourself in the city's rich tapestry of sights, sounds, and flavors. This is Goldis Passage, right around Sadeghieh Square. Goldis Passage is a large passage with moderately priced goods in western Tehran. The advantage of this passage compared to similar nearby passages is its affordability. Sellers in this complex compete with sellers in other surrounding passages, striving to offer the best products at the lowest prices. "This is the Star Khan Traditional Bazaar. It's neither a bazaar nor traditional." This place is a bit different from other shopping centers you've seen and might offer you a unique experience. This seemingly traditional shopping center is actually built under a bridge on the highway!! This bazaar has grown in a haphazard and chaotic manner it was supposed to be a center for selling traditional Iranian products. For this reason, they initially named it 'traditional'. The prices here are very reasonable, and you can shop with peace of mind. However, if you're looking for quality products, this might not be the best place for you. Thank you for being with us so far in the video, I hope you liked it. Thank you for your support, it means a lot to me Good luck, hope to see you again, goodbye.
