hi everyone this is doctor from Janus Academy welcome back to our Channel I know that many of you are very very afraid of learning or drawing the hands because they look so complicated they look beautiful but it's kind of scary to learn how to draw in this series of meetings we're going to introduce to you the most important building blocks of the Chinese language which are the Hansel yeah they look complicated because you do not know the basic building blocks which are the stroke just like we are building Lego if you look at every finished piece they may look very complicated and you do not know where to start and if this is not a practical metaphor but if you take them apart look at every single piece and know how to put them together it's not that difficult right it's very similar with writing Chinese characters because if you know every single piece which is the stroke and how to put them together you will easily build a house or easily draw a character trust me so in this video I'm going to teach you the basic building blocks of all the Chinese characters which other strokes will have a very status that video for you to learn how to put the pieces together to build our own house or to put your own character it's fun so people even start and write in two strokes I'm gonna stating the rules of writing Chinese characters because this is really really important for you write beautiful characters so I think this it applies for most right-handers and if your left-handers I think you're just going to apply the opposite so the common rule for writing Chinese character is always left - right top to bottom always always remember these two rules left to right and top to bottom out of this diagonal stroke of course you can apply to left to right and top to bottom together then na is left to right and top to bottom together but for some rare cases we do have in a right-to-left but is left falling so we have no choice but to write this way but is always top to bottom so let's write all the basic strokes now the first one is just a simple dot like that okay Chinese writing sequence is always left right left to right left to right and another way of writing this is starts from here so this simple dot we call it DN du e and D so this is a deal you can either go this way or that way it's one we have just a horizontal stroke we call it hum let's go remember is left to right hung is just going from left to right left to right and we call it hung so this is the N and this is how the next one we have Shu Shu is tres a vertical stroke and we write from the top to bottom it's a vertical stroke we call it shoe so this is a shoe let's dress from top to bottom and top to bottom we call it shoe this is a shoe it has the same pronunciation as the tree so it's kind of interesting and next one we have a downward stroke to the left it's kind of left falling we call it P P you can write a little a little bit longer as well so this one is P just left falling left falling P it P and we have nah nah it's kind of symmetrical to this PA so he's right falling it's right falling forward to the right this one we call it na na we combine a few of these strokes you can already have a lot of characters before combining this is number one E and if I combine the horizontal stroke with the vertical stroke I have the number 10 sure sure and if I have the PA and now together after person Jen Jen and if I combine one more stroke the horizontal stroke took I put together with my Jen I have the da da interesting huh and one more if I have the gene on top I have the vertical stroke at the bottom - cool good the general measure world if I have the time and add one more dot at the dock sure sure if I have two persons or two people I have that song which means follow and if I have three after crowd shown Chinese is easy don't be afraid of the hands okay let's see more strokes if you go up it's an upward stroke go up that one we call it a tea tea is going up diagonally so that is a tea tea let's try to create a hook go by the horizontal stroke and hook horizontal stroke and oak said this one a hook in Chinese is caught go go so remember what is a horizontal stroke yes a hung so hyung hyung go we call it huh go go as a hook and how about a vertical hook so remember what is our vertical stroke shoe so we have a shoe first and oak I have a vertical stroke first and hook so this is a better one obviously so it's called shoe go so screw go sure go so we have a shoe plus oh cool so that is a vertical hook how about a slant stroke with the hook let's try that so I'm going to land a little bit and create a hook yes so I learned a little bit a critter hook yes so that is ca go so C is a slant so see it's a slant so see echo that solana stroke with a hook so it's called see it go interesting huh and this two-strokes is Maalik creating half a box so I'm gonna write this one first so go horizontal first then go vertical so horizontal first and vertical so I cut is hyung-chul [Music] hyung sure and this is no hook this is just just a vertical very short vertical stroke so we call it hung true Julia's fold shoe true so we're going to create something like this so create a shoe first and a horizontal stroke so this is shoe sure there's no hook but a very short horizontal stroke so we cut this shoe Jilla wait it's kind of like a arrow but with a sharp corner and this one is also a sharp corner so the curve of this - how about those hooks Teebs oh okay so just now we have the horizontal hook having noticed that I'm not exerting any force so I'm just lifting up my tip of the pen and the vertical one yes it's just lifting up it is not like that so if you write like that it doesn't look like Chinese so you have to ride lift off your PIN lightly you know the slant one just leave it lightly here and just let it go okay so two was the hook let it go our tips for writing the hooks is let's eat go the many of my students they think they do not need to learn the Hansel because they just want to converse in Chinese well technically speaking if you just want to speak or converts in Chinese you're right but if you ever want to travel to China or take a Chinese exam the heat escape or read a menu purely in Chinese maybe even need answer the trust me if I go to China like the science the menus you know everything I've written your hands it's smart to start early so you don't feel afraid of the Heinze because you're learning the language and you're kind of feel that you become smarter in some way if you think our video I easy you need to follow please click on the subscribe button to subscribe to our Channel and you've got a notification right away when you post a new video every other day bye for now bye
