Launch Ubuntu In SECONDS Using WSL2 With GUI (Broken)

yo yo yo yo friends are here so you want to start Ubuntu in seconds and not use a VM follow this tutorial I'm gonna show you right now so what you want to do first is type Ubuntu dot X launch open this then type Ubuntu see open Ubuntu type genome tag session run it go here boom boom to start it there you go and uh yeah if you click activities you got Firefox and it's running pretty smoothly for example go to YouTube pretty fast um terminal opens up a terminal and yeah that's it so if you want to be able to start Ubuntu in seconds follow this tutorial so let's start by enabling some Windows features you want to go to Powershell and run it as administrator now firstly you want to enable the virtual machine platform see right here I'm gonna put every command in the description you need then also enable the subsystem for Linux this goes pretty fast then you want to install WSL as you can see I already have some distributions installed and you want to enable WSL for Linux [Music] right now you want to restart your PC and yeah come back to the video once you've done so once you restarted your PC check your WSL version this should be version two right if this is version one you want to run this command the WSL set version to 2. right here boom as you can see I already have WSL set to version 2 but if you don't have you can check it with this uh with this command up here and it should say version 2 right now okay now you want to download Ubuntu from the Microsoft store so you go to the Microsoft store in your windows and you want to install Ubuntu okay once you're here click install and once it's installed um restart your system next you want to download X launch I must send I'm gonna put the link for this in the description and there you go and you click the download button the installation speaks for itself then what you want to do is open your Ubuntu as you can see you got Ubuntu right now running in your windows on a terminal but you want to have the GUI for it so firstly we're gonna have a pseudo apt update and and sudo empty upgrade [Music] type your password and this should uh this should work then you want to install Gino okay now once this is done you want to install Gino this might take a while so take a break now what you want to do is open uh the file bash RC as you can see here oh I missed our letter Nano The Bash RC and then in the end of the file you want to go all the way down and in the end of the file you want to paste these two lines of code okay Ctrl s can control X to exit then you want to enable system D so firstly you're gonna get clone this for me it already exists but for you it will download then you want to go to this folder to the system do you go and you want to run this script as you see right here for me it's already installed and then you want to go back to your Powershell you want to type WSL take that shutdown this will close your WSL and right now you want to restart your system from here you got ax launch right so you open X launch as you installed it then you want to type zero here you can choose whatever you want you want multiple windows full screen whatever imma choose one large window type next click Start no client next uncheck primary selection and check disable Access Control [Music] the if you want if you don't want to do this again save configuration um yeah then you click finish [Music] as you can see you got a black screen right now but the pro you gotta start Ubuntu first so you got to go to Ubuntu you want to type genome text session yeah hit enter and this should spin up Ubuntu in seconds that's it type your password and you're in I hope I provided you a fast tutorial which works uh if it did subscribe like and leave a comment if it didn't work imma see you all peace
