hi everyone it's dinner time it's dinner time we are here at gordon ramsay steak at the paris hotel and casino you haven't tried hair before oh oh we've been looking for a video yeah we've seen a few and it really looks good and something we wanted to try it's a little bit on the on the higher end the price for a steakhouse it is but we're ready to try it let's go okay you have to keep your face mask on until you're eating or drinking and there's no paper menus or anything so they give you the qr code it and it comes up on your phone this is the view from our booth [Music] hey we love the red we are it's from the little fixture in the center of the room it is uh we went with some las vegas local breweries i got a heft and wine and i got a lot of them cheers oh nice yeah very nice got the caesar salad check this out beautiful presentation and i love the little scotch eggs look at that we had these in london the last time we had a scotch egg so i'm interested to see how it is it's like a baby where is its mama that is delicious it's a little bit on the salty side but the outside is made like with panko the japanese breadcrumbs a nice soft boiled egg it's really really good nice and fresh very crispy like a romaine lettuce yeah this is a very good season salad i got the british style onion soup look at this onion looks really good here's the cheese there's there's a sucker for a french onion i am and there's a bread underneath look at that here we go it's a little hot that was really hot really good tasting onions in there very oniony not salty at all the bread is super soft there's the bread and that cheese really good tasting cheese as well this is a really good soup but it's super hot one of those [Music] rib cap looks amazing let's cut into this i got a medium look at that it cuts it slices in so easy and temperature is definitely hit they have a some sort of reduction sauce but i got the house made steak sauce so actually let me try the meat before the sauce springs excellent kind of meat that is there it tastes a little bit of kind of like a pepper that's already on this so it really doesn't need this steak sauce it's a really good cut of meat into the piece as you can see it's perfectly perfectly cooked very beefy tasting and that char on the outside is excellent let's try with a little bit of this steak sauce very good sauce the steak sauce has a little bit of smokiness to it you can just chunky it's a little bit sweet as well and a little bit peppery very good soy sauce that accompanies this with this rib cap but the rip cap really doesn't need the sauce at all you can really taste the umami in this meat very good i got the crime bone in new york look at the size of this it's almost as big as my hand [Music] it's very thick i ordered it medium as well here we go like yours i have a little bit of the induction sauce on it here we go like yours it has a very good beefy flavor to it and with all prime steaks and this is dry aged as well i don't know very tender very tender oh yeah look at that temperature right there [Music] they are on it nice and juicy excellent i got the pepperoni sauce here it is [Music] it kind of reminds me of like like a blob steak topping wow it elevates that that flavor to the next level with this sauce i don't get well maybe because i didn't eat the peppercorn but it is not hot from peppers at all it has a nice like a steak reduction sauce with cream and a it's peppercorn almost like gravy let's try our side babe we got heirloom carrots yeah this is the uh what's it called yeah heirloom carrots oh no rainbow rainbow carrots give this a try and it also has some hummus and fried chickpeas stem yeah really good here's one of the chickpeas yeah this uh this is a great side they had a lot of sides so we had to choose one and figure hey this one looks really good for the for the picture so we got it [Music] almost really good yeah this is a very good tasting hummus it's a little bit spicy it's got some heat to it that's great it might be the curry sauce i think the curry the curry yogurt with the hummus [Music] perfect here we go [Music] oh yeah oh yeah that's it right there the vegetable the carrot is really nice and soft good flavoring to it it's naturally sweet which is really good get that pretty color there there you go the darker one has a bit more of a crunch to it very good flavor a very light carrot taste the lighter carrots are a lot more soft than the darker one but it matches perfectly there's a little bit crunch [Music] in with the other softness this is really good carrots we switch plates i'm going to try the rib cap out i'm gonna put it into the peppercorn sauce i mean this is very lean it's a very lean cut of meat almost like having the filleto so or something very tender though [Applause] [Music] they're very tender piece of meat let's try it with the reduction that they give you with yeah it's really good this is the american wagon yeah kamina is a very lean piece of meat so if you're looking for very little fat in your steak you haven't tried this drip cap off alright this new york i know everybody wants a bite right i know everybody does here we go first without [Music] very juicy perfect amount of char like how thick it is it's like okay my first knuckle i have my finger it's really thick cut and again even with the thick cut they cooked it perfectly now i'm going to get a little bit of fat in with my meat let's try this out with the peppercorn okay peppercorn sauce that peppercorn hot sauce with a little bit of sweetness to it very mild taste of the peppercorn it is more like a gravy than like um any type of like a really watery sauce and you can taste the spices that are in it as well with that little bit of sweetness it's very good and i was saying with this homemade steak sauce it's actually a little bit sweet you can tell it's kind of has a little bit tomato in it um it's smoky it's almost on the side of a barbecue sauce really good [Music] this is their signature or even a gordon ramsay signature sticky toffee pudding this is the sticky toffee pudding and it's served with a brown butter ice cream it looks like butter but it's actually ice cream and this is a toffee sauce and it's warm warm toffee sauce here we go [Music] there you go oh wow right on top of that let's try this out now the center of this is super soft really soft as you can see i'm gonna dip right in to that toffee sauce [Music] the pudding is soft and hot and the toffee sauce is hot it is sweet very strong toffee taste i can taste toffee i can taste butter goodness [Music] this is the kind you want on a cold winter evening [Music] there you go because it's nice and hot very good here is i know it looks like this evening but this is an ice cream tastes exactly like brown sugar cold brown sugar with the hot pudding and the toffee tastes this is really good this is probably [Music] one of my top desserts wow very good you would think it was really sweet but it's really not but it's more on the buttery side is it similar to the one they gave it a hell's kitchen yes exactly the one that gave you a house kitchen so i know this is the gordon ramsay signature because i think in almost all of his eateries they get got some of that ice cream coffee pudding the charcoal decadent dessert yeah this could be a kind of classified as a living the good life yeah i'm thinking more as luscious talking about the dessert babe oh sorry yeah it's good too that's a wrap we're going ramsay steak yes excellent meal yeah very good very good now uh i'm going to ask you something that our viewers are probably wondering oscar's rib cap versus gordon ramsay's rib cap oscar's rip cap warren take your time before your answer sorry hold on let me think oscar's rip cap i have to agree uh oscar's rib cap had that perfect mixture of fat and meat and it was so well balanced this one reminded me of an excellent fillet yes it did very lean very very super easy good but very lean very tender right yeah again this is not a cheap place it's it's pretty pricey this is a really good occasion place baby huh uh anniversary or something like that sure i recommend birthday recommended reservations oh yeah it's not busy right now it's only reservations yeah only reservations it is by bone in new york that was excellent yes it was very good very good wow yeah and the dessert that was the topper right there that was very good yeah it was it was yeah the perfect word for me was luscious decadence it's just scrumptious i wanted to lick that plate which i kind of did off camera so you're making me blush baby sorry babe well hope you enjoyed our uh fancy dinner here at gordon ramsay steak at paris hotel and uh yeah this
