Lance’s LARGEST Truck Camper, Even Has A Couch ‼️ - 2021 Lance 1172

hey everybody welcome back this is brad over here at chattanooga fishing fund uh coming at you with another video today today's camper is the lance 1172 got it right here so this is the one that we'll be walking around and through today this camper right here is the only camper that lance produces that actually requires a one-ton dually long bed model so that'd be your 350 450 series long bed dual rear wheel trucks uh this one comes in weighing right over 4 600 pounds and it is uh one of their double slide out option campers see there you got the rear one and the side so i'm getting a little messed up here i usually start at the front so that's what we'll do and then we'll walk around the side all right so you can see here that you got the swing out brackets already added for your electric jacks uh that allows for the fat butts to back underneath there this one does have the mountain graphics option you have the mountain graphics and then standard graphics to choose from right here on the side this is where you'll have your water heater access i'll just leave that down for now i need two hands closed up then you have uh access to your water pump it is uh ducted so this is uh heated um then you have you know your uh insulated door hatches here this is also where you'll uh winterize your camper you have the winterize valve here one inside and your hose that comes out to put in the pink stuff right beside it this is where you'll fill your 42 gallon fresh water tank for 42 gallons on the go ac outlets [Music] two 30 pound propane tanks one of them has a gauge on it there so we'd usually pull off this one first that one lasts so we know exactly how much we have in there outdoor speakers then you have dual pane windows external lights automatic awning on the side of it here if it gets too windy that will roll itself back in then you have a led light strip at the end of it there really lights it up at night then this one also has the four season package you can see there it's got the little sticker on it the sticker doesn't make it four seasons the heated basement does and the insulated doors also the the coverings for like your vents and skylights and stuff uh lance actually has a heated basement uh whenever you have the heat on it actually acts to heat the holding tanks your water line sand also acts to heat the floor we'll get to the inside here in a minute [Music] all right here on the back this one's got the backup camera added and then we have a bunch of storage running right underneath this slide out on the rear it goes in pretty deep i'd say about two and a half foot then it so quite a large area really you can fit a bunch of stuff back there all right then we'll move on to the side over here alrighty so right here is where you'll have your generator not all of them will have it you actually have to add it through the factory as an option but there's our own on 2500 cummins generator all right so here you've got your liquid waste body waste so that's going to be 35 gallons of uh grade tank capacity 35 gallon black water capacity um then this is going to be your drain for your freshwater tank 42 gallons again drain for your cold and hot water lines main power shut off parking satellite connections here and external shower all right then all of your connections are right under here you have your 30 amp plug-in city water connection and black water flush system all right i'm going to get back out from under there on this side slide out you have two smaller storage compartments but every bit of storage counts in a truck camper see there there's another little side view if you'll notice this little plug hanging down from the side this wire that is the lance wiring harness um comes with the purchase of the camper and we actually install that here for you it'll uh run the lights on the camper and also act to charge the batteries all right let's go check out the inside all right so walking right into the camper what i like about this one is battery placement it's on the interior it's underneath this first step here you can see this customer got the lithium battery set up dual lithium batteries and then walking in this is what they call the platinum interior option it's the lighter gray option you have three to choose from it's going to be java platinum and royal and this one being platinum java java's gonna be like a darker brown color and royals like a midnight blue kinda i'll let you take a quick look around here and then we'll get to business all right so we'll start in the kitchen area here and then we'll work our way around all right in the kitchen area first you'll notice all these black switches over here to the right these two control the outdoor or yeah outside uh lights uh this one's gonna control the inside right there and then you have your out outside docking lights and power to your backup camera and then how you run this rear slide out and then and then this side slot is ran by the remote which is right here this is how you control your jacks and remote i mean and slide all right above this is how you control your awning give the power on to it retract extend as simple as just hitting it once and letting it go or you can sit there and hold it and let off and it'll stop so retract extend and then your awning light also all right so in the kitchen we have our new glass style stove top made by suburban just fold that on back stove top oven and then microwave you can get these to where you uh get the stove top in the convection oven and just have this as like open storage kind of like that except right here or you can do the microwave stovetop and oven combo that is the most popular setup uh tends to be what we order here for stock all right got a little bit of storage to the left of the microwave there and then some more over here this one's got quite a bit of countertop space plenty of room for a coffee pot or coffee maker keurig whatever you want to call it got plugins right there on the wall for it then you also have sink cover so you can add to your countertop space or set them to the side and do away with them if you're washing dishes [Music] also you have this little kick out here to make for more room so you the 1172 does have quite a bit of countertop space definitely enough to work with for sure underneath here you have plenty of storage space for cleaning equipment rags towels really whatever you decide to use it for and then to the left over here that's where you can keep your silverware or you can take that tray out and use it for just open space for what you would like to use it for all right we're still in the kitchen area we're seeing how many volts are going to the batteries from the solar panels uh this one actually has dual solar panels so it looks like we're getting 14 volts to the batteries and this one has already been set up for the lithium battery system you have your control panel here for your water pump water heater on gas and electric that is a six gallon water heater battery level fresh water black water and gray tank levels here you hit your batteries show you full fresh water empty black empty and gray empty to the right here of the control panel that's where you turn on your cummins generator all right moving on past the kitchen uh we have our 24 inch i believe that's a 24 hang on no 28 28 inch led tv it is uh you can move it around just pulling this little lanyard down here you can unlatch it move it you know towards the couch so you can see it from the couch your dinette or your bed so it is fully on a swivel trying to get this thing put back in just using one hand it's kind of difficult there uh you have some space for magazines uh i believe that's actually what they're called as magazine racks uh you got your magazine racks dvd you can really use that for magazines or dvds moving on past the tv the 1172 actually has a dry bath a dry bath meaning that you're not showering with the toilet uh that would be a wet bath and wet bath has its benefits too you can clean the toilet while you're taking a shower or vice versa you can clean yourself off while using the toilet but the dry baths are very popular got a little bit of storage underneath the sink here toilet paper holster some outlets for hair dryers curling iron stuff like that a little drawer to keep your toothpaste and toothbrushes in then right over here a little medicine cabinet and a vent to air it out in here i think this one's got tape on it yeah i got to go up there and remove tape all right here's your queen size mattress uh it is 60 by 80 inches so it is a true queen got a little bit of storage up there to the right then you have your closet right over here it's an okay size closet a little storage drawer over to the left of the bed got some above radio and more storage all right now we're circling around so right across from the bathroom you have your three-way refrigerator runs on gas ac and dc it is a separated fridge freezer i like that and it's got plenty of room okay moving on to the dinette so your dinette area uh you can sit there eat obviously or you can make it into a bed and i'll actually uh show you that here in a moment you can even get you a bunk if you have children that go with you you can get a little bunk bed added up here it's good for 200 pounds um this this customer didn't need it so it doesn't have it even if one does have one and you don't need it some customers will use it for added storage but let me show you this bed all right so there is our dinette made into a bed it is 44 by let's see 44 by 72 inches um so let's see it was about six foot should be able to uh sleep a six foot adult on this uh comfortably i'd say so i think i can make it work but um underneath the dinette you also have pull out storage so you i don't know how many times i've mentioned storage in this video but it's got plenty of it but uh also you have the day and night shades here there you go day shades and night shades that way you don't have to worry about people peeking in and looking at you while you're trying to sleep over here or eat your eggs i don't know all right then moving to the last part of the inside of this camper you're looking at the main reason people go with the 1172 and that would be for this rear couch here it's a great lounging station it also makes into a bed kind of like a futon style bed and it has kick outs and a lot of people use it for extra storage space you just pull it up a little bit and you've got yourself even more storage and then let me uh push that back in get that out of the way then we'll go ahead and pull it all the way out there you have it there is your futon style bed and that the measurements on this one you're looking about 36 by 59. so that one's not going to sleep an adult as comfortably as say your dinette here or the bed up there but it is an added place if you had children or an adult that you don't care if they're comfortable sleeping during the night or not you can sleep them there so that is another option for sleeping so once again that was the 2021 lance 1172 it requires a 350 450 one ton dually long bed model comes in weighing just above 4 600 pounds and has a starting price range right above 53 000 it is expensive but it's worth it and you can see why um so i wanted to give a quick
