KX125 Gets a Rebuild! KX125 VS CR125 SOUND

alright what's up youtube welcome back to another video all these clips you're about to see prior to actually rebuilding the kayaks were filmed like two weeks ago right after the giveaway and it's LTI 125 if you still haven't received your order the orders are still coming and you will get your order so do not be worried about that but right now I'll put in all the clips from getting the orders out and the winners for the GoPros I'm getting all your orders packaged up over here at the random winner for the GoPro Hero silver for the first day and only chosen here out of the bunch and for that is Erin Claxton I'll give this on its way I'm out there to order sending out his GoPro boom and wrestle have to do off-camera can't really tape this up one-handed alright there it is going out no orders for the day so here we have a lot of your dango and shirt orders going out today it's stacked all the way to the other side packed in here but your orders are coming they are coming I'm here the second winner for the GoPro along with the dangle mount is Kyle are you can see right there the order to shirt and I was getting hooked up with a hero black and an angle mount to start filming some videos but today we're riding the 450 L I haven't touched this thing because I've been so busy it has the first 600 miles so we're gonna do an oil change get that freshened up and later in this video tomorrow probably get to turn this thing down like three bolts [Music] there it is wet out warm up for a second should be good enough a nail and key no pretty clear though to be honest not too bad fresh soil we're good to go things all foggy not it's really humid here today but anyways with this kx125 with the parts that's going on here one being crushed top end over here being the rest of the parts I'm kind of just everything I am for the engine for the top end I got some radiator guards getting rid of the green because I'm over the green and the main thing over here we have a new electron so I have a second one here if you guys can guess in the comments what you think this other electrons for but this one the new and improved lecture on this is the H series the one that's on it is the same as other one in the box this is the original lecture on so this one I'll talk more on it probably on the first ride but get this thing on there too if you guys don't know about electron I don't know where you've been literally all you have to do is bolt it on maybe adjust the idle if that and your bike will run perfect super responsive almost as if your bike your two strokes or carbureted bikes have fuel injection that's literally what it is you're not gonna find a better responsiveness coming like if you're trying to get your carb to knit this is your best best way to get the most power out of your bike or overall really solid company really easy to work with along with anybody else who owns one or purchase one will probably say the same thing I guarantee they'll say the same thing as me that you can't go wrong with one [Music] [Music] [Music] hey axe here there's a piston if you didn't see a lot of carbon buildup on the top here for my camera we'll just all this carbon look at that pretty bad pretty bad so I'll clean everything up get the head ready get all the gaskets ready and we'll get this thing put back together ideally I should um I wish I kept it off or I'm keeping it off - then get the cylinder vapor home because I never did if you watch how it blew up before I had to get an OEM cylinder so this is the OEM look right here and then after like a year and a half of the vapor oh and it's still a lot cleaner so come next time I rebuild it I'll probably keep it up par as I drip everywhere keep it apart and then get a vapor hone but didn't look as whack with the other head because this was super shiny this wasn't and the cases were shiny and this was and so I thought for sure there was a crack in the ring or something but taking a look at it there is no crack in the ring this thing is a little kind of chewed up at the top here though try and get the camera to pick up on it I'm not sure if it will if you can kind of see on that edge and then on the back kind of the back spat it in the front it's kind of if you can see it but whatever whatever I'll get a fresh one put in there quite a big difference here quite a big difference oh yeah I'm everything going back in there looks like the head comes with a new set of mounts do stuff guess they're a little bit shorter than the stock ones it looks like these ones are quite a bit longer if you haven't seen this had a while ago when I talked about it that had racing hooked it up with the head I'm a few months back I haven't gotten around to putting it on I was waiting on rebuilding the CAC so now what's going on there huge shout out he hooked it up I'll leave his link also in the description if you want to check him out full custom heads and I will see how much better it is from the stock one he also included on a bunch of different domes that I can try out this is just the base one since I've run it straight on race fuel it should kind of I'm not really sure I'm just gonna run it like that then I might mess around with some different domes and see if I like it to get a little different power low and high in mid-range something like that so we'll see how this one is first and we'll go from there [Music] everything's pretty much put back together I want to start it on make sure it's good before I put all the plastics back on everybody likes this when you get a fresh lock Shawn turn the fuel on you can see it going the float ball look at that all right we'll see how many kicks it takes and everything freshened up new card not adjusted it shouldn't need any adjusting but uh maybe just the idle so give it a couple three kicked overs thanks for everything solid jokes already on you should be good quick alright now I'm on the second heat cycle all that teaming up I'm gonna put all the plastics back on and get that done because everything looks solid enough I shouldn't have to take anything back off get a little bit of that surface rest off from all the some of the antifreeze that kind of dripped on it muscle we fire this thing up and get kind of the sound test from the KX to the CR and ride it around and get some other sounds of it because I'm sure you want to hear it all right here's a little cold start on this thing a few days later from when I filmed this last clip still even a year and a half later from building this thing I still can't get over how good it was I'll fire this thing up - this is gonna be my go-to helmet for now on I think definitely the go-to helmet holy shots are on a tripod because I have nobody to film so it's kind of a pain oh my camera's shot before so we get to do it again [Music] turn the camera go this way [Music] it's ridiculous so yeah in combination with the new lecture on and that fat head racing head this thing is so much faster than before just ripping it around the lawn it's like I wish you guys could try it because it's a huge huge noticeable difference the thing honestly feels like my 250f now I'm not even like exaggerating this is why I absolutely love this thing that's a wrap on this thing let me know in the comments what you think I think it sounds like I watch some of the video back and this thing rips now it feels pretty close to my 250f now I still have to kind of experiment with some of the domes on that head I think this is the stock ish too actually I think that's the race gas one in there now and then there's one higher than that there's like four in between so I'm kind of I'll probably kind of mess with it but we'll see the true test tomorrow if I go ride it at the track and really get a feel for it Felice um you got a laugh out of a half helmet I think it's pretty funny I wore it on the 450 I'll the other day I wasn't filming anything but it's honestly kind of nice right here down the road having like all the airflow but there's no airflow inside the helmet kind of sucks but uh it's just funny I'm like ah a few helmets on battle and this popped up and like at least for a few jokes on the channel riding the alter the pit bikes they'll be pretty funny picked up this other bow on shield one because the goggles stuck on the road it kind of pushes with the visor it always wants to flip your head back and the guy was what the wind presses up against her face so got one of these things way more comfortable way better for the street too with that if you want to see more videos I'm missing along with the comparison hopefully tomorrow if everything goes to plan make sure to subscribe give this video a thumbs up share with your friends more videos that come in the two-strokes pit bike build coming soon I just got every single part finally got the wheel and for that those are getting powder-coated hopefully next week by the time I drop them off I've got a surprise for next week which you should see a video midweek hopefully if everything goes to plan something I haven't talked about it at all so it should be a big surprise to everybody yeah with that like I said if you want to see what's going down before the videos come out you can follow me on instagram at ty them on again and with that I'll see you guys tomorrow
