foreign [Music] style of art do you think of when you hear the name Picasso maybe you instantly pictured disjointed abstract Jazz musicians or warped in distorted faces when you hear the name bechinsky you might picture earthy colors dark atmospheres and dystopian looking architecture and creatures basically in other words an artist can often be defined by a distinctive style unique themes and techniques that over time completely define their Persona as an artist but that is not the case of the artists that we'll be looking at today and that artist is Kim Noble a British Artist who I discovered via a short Vice documentary titled the artist with multiple personalities and who since she was a teenager has had to battle and cope with their mental health spending years in and out of many hospitals until finally been diagnosed with dissociative identity disorder formerly known as multiple personality disorder Noble would have absolutely no experience with painting whatsoever until one day a support worker and trainee art therapist would suggests the idea to her although reluctant at first for fascinating and completely diverse paintings you see here now are the results of Kim's incredible Devotion to it ever since first trying it and also the results of more than 12 different artists that reside within her each body of work from each of her personalities capture unique themes Styles and color schemes some intricate detailed and harmonious to some that are more abstract experimental and mysterious to quote Noble herself did is a creative way to cope with the unbearable pain the main personality splits into several paths each having an amnesic barrier between them end quotes in today's video we'll be exploring some Works made by each of Noble's fascinating alter egos one by one to see how they compare what they could represent and how her artwork has managed to be a Saving Grace for her when living with such a condition welcome to another video everyone these are the paintings from some of the fascinating artists that live within one extraordinary person these are the paintings of Kim Noble [Music] the first group of paintings made by the first personality of Kim Noble that I'd like to discuss a courtesy of Patricia who no bill considers to be the main personality of her being it should be noted that Patricia is actually the preferred name that Noble likes to be addressed by though over time has grown to accept and acknowledge the name Kim according to the vice documentary and an interview article I came across that she did for the guardian.com there is somewhat of a protocol when you meet her often you will meet Patricia again the more dominant personality in Noble's head with the help of support workers Patricia looks after a daughter Amy and makes sure there's food in the fridge in other words if she was to answer the door or her phone it would be Patricia who would greet you as for Patricia's artwork we can begin to see one of the very many distinct and unique styles that lives within Kim Noble and is poured so beautifully onto canvas Noble can be seen as a multimedia artist in her own right using materials that range from acrylic and oil paints to pastels or ink as we'll continue to see as the video goes on but there is something hauntingly calming about Patricia's own style and technique Patricia's Palace is extremely colorful ranging from hot Reds and fiery orange tones to deep blues and ice cold teals although like most artists I'd like to talk about on this channel there is no definitive imagery and it is completely left of a viewer's own interpretation but for me I often see very dramatic landscapes in Patricia's paintings like a field of lavender or a cliff face standing resolutely against the crashing waves of the sea but with Patricia's sharp and almost playful application of paint presumably achieved with a palette knife her Landscapes appears so super lunary almost Untouchable in the distance like looking at a far off land as you're waking up from a dream and the vision starts to fragment my absolute favorite of hers has to be the painting titled Blue Wonder here we're presented with a picket fence and in the distance a dramatic mountain range clashes and collides with a stormy looking Sky it's beautifully Serene with an ominous threat in the air it should also be mentioned that Patricia is fully aware and understands her did condition however although did is often linked with powerful and heavy trauma she still to this day has no real memory of what may have conceived her condition foreign [Music] S I like to discuss are made by the personality that goes by the name of key although there are only five examples of Works done by key thus far this is one of the most distinctive Styles within Kim Noble's collection key often presents us with Strangely Beautiful patterns and diagrams in fact three of Key's paintings display the Hebrew symbols and diagrams from the esoteric Kabbalah teachings such as the tree of life that could be found in the middle of some of them and the flowing surrounding script of Hebrew text in the vice documentary on Noble I was surprised to hear that when she was showing golden Kabbalah to the camera she described the ancient looking symbols as Hebrew but at the same time she is not entirely sure it then got me wondering if her personality of key has some knowledge of Hebrew traditions and teachings but Kim or perhaps I should say her more dominant personality of Patricia is completely none the wiser emphasizing even further just how disconnected and different Noble's alter egos are from each other in so many ways not just in the way they paint I'm also very fascinated in Key's seven layers paintings to me looking at each layer one by one it reminds me of Dante alighieri's Divine Comedy with each layer representing a certain sin practice celebration or punishment for example in both these paintings the third layer looks to me very reminiscent of a second layer of Hell in Dante's Inferno for Souls who have lusted or committed adultery where they are forever punished by being buffeted in a violent Vortex of wind sweeping lines key creates here look a lot like the winds with many different bodies being swept around overall the Notions of both heaven and hell are extremely prominent in Key's work especially when comparing both the top layer which appears very heaven-like with an Angelic being in the center with the bottom layer which in turn heavily symbolizes hell with the sight of demons fire torture and even more subtle Clues such as many arrows pointing downwards and upside down crucifixes when I asked him if she had any theories or better understanding and what he creates especially for the seven layers paintings this is what she had to say quote I don't know what he's thinking in these paintings but my opinion is the same as yours I always thought the levels are Heaven going down to the levels of Hell End quotes [Music] next up we have the artwork courtesy of a personality of Abby a style of Abby stands out as a lot more technically detailed than the previous Works we've looked at with near photographic realism achieved in the figures and objects that she paints with smooth shading and highlights crisp textures and natural tones however there is a minimal aesthetic to her work as well achieved mostly by the Cloudy empty looking backgrounds she creates what I find interesting about Abby's paintings is that as well as looking quite subtle and minimal the themes and subject matter they touch upon are quite potent to me they almost represent a fleeting moment a split second of an emotion or scene that you can apply to almost any situation allowing once again plenty of room for personal interpretation though when it comes to Abby's paintings depicting different people you may have noticed a pattern by now which is that most of these figures have their backs turned towards the viewer or they're walking away in the opposite direction whether this provides significance or insight into the personality of Abby or not is hard to tell but to me they certainly seem to strike a specific chord Within Me to me these figures walking away or looking away from a viewer bring back familiar memories of having to let go of something or someone that you love either for some form of greater good or simply because for whatever reason you have no choice with titles like gone too late and in the distance it comes to little surprise that these kind of feelings and memories Rush towards me when I look at them how Noble describes Abby often as being a lonely Soul certainly serves as further Testament to the sensation I get from her work however with paintings like tears of Shame and nowhere to run a slightly darker theme begins to creep in and shatter this notion somewhat perhaps in some instances instead of being forced to run from things we love these paintings could be representing running away from things we fear some powerful threatening presence beyond our field of view or perhaps displaying a point of view from a perspective of what might terrify us dark Anonymous themes are after all no strangers to some of the personalities that live within Kim Noble's Minds which will become more clear as we continue to explore each one in this video [Music] before we discuss the next collection of paintings created by the personality of Dawn I think it's important to better understand the history of Kim Noble or more specifically how particular alter egos of hers like Dawn have shaped the themes of some paintings we'll be looking at in this video due to Noble's did around the time her daughter Amy was born Social Services would swiftly deem Noble to be unfit to raise a child as a result Amy was taken away at Birth to be put up for adoption during Noble's pregnancy a personality called Dawn would be the most prominent but following the trauma of having her baby taken away from her Dawn would Retreat deep inside Noble's head and a less artistic but more Super efficient personality by the name of Haley would take over it would apparently be Hayley who would begin the legal proceedings to claim Amy back after a long heartbreaking battle with both the courts and her condition Noble was allowed to meet Amy after a few months under observation in a mother and baby unit Amy was allowed to live with her mother under a care order and in turn the care order would finally be lifted two years afterwards what I find so touching about Noble's relationship with her daughter though is how hard she has fought for her in spite of not just the legal obstacles but also her condition over the years making it extremely difficult for her or more specifically Patricia to accept Amy as her own daughter like I mentioned earlier it was Dawn who gave birth to Amy not Patricia saying a device documentary and other interviews that even though the body physically gave birth to Amy Patricia was not there at the birth and has little to no memory of it though Noble and her main altar Patricia have nevertheless proven to be a strong and supportive mother Amy herself is incredibly proud of her mum and has developed strong bonds with her multiple personas now in terms of the art we're presented with by Dawn it is again presented as very open not leaning too heavily towards one's Soul theme in particular but it is interesting to notice the imagery that does often repeat in Dawn's work which is an almost featureless mannequin looking female figure described on three occasions as being a goddess such as armless goddess goddess of water and goddess of fire it is important to note that Dawn is a young personality who has been told she has did but has no proper understanding of the condition in an Oprah Winfrey interview she did many years ago Link in the description Dawn does in fact make an appearance during the interview whilst talking Kim's personality suddenly switches on camera while sitting next to her daughter Amy who Dawn didn't realize as her daughter believing instead that she lost a baby named Skye there is one particular painting of hers which I find truly revealing in a painting title Journey again depicting a fairly featureless figure as time immersed in hazy blotches of paint this painting also contains scattered spirals of text that could in some way leave us insights into the personality of dawn one such body of text contains the following line he waited for the birth then you were born you found your Springtime and he grew tall he walked for summer of fulfillment he neared the Gateway in your fall and now you are taken by the hands through the Gateway that is death upon a further path a further Gathering of uh and sadly I'll be honest I'm not quite sure I can work out the rest but either way this body of tax caught my eye almost immediately when I read it given what we know of Dawn and how the birth of Amy and the manner in which she was taken away was quite significant to her whether or not this painting or any other works by Dawn are in some way a direct link to that traumatic incident it's impossible to say for sure considering that Noble often struggles to remember even giving birth at all but again given what we do know you cannot help but Wonder [Music] next up is actually my personal favorite collection of nobles Arts this time Curtis C of her personality that goes by the name of anong the name Anon was conceived originally as a temporary name due to Noble not having a specific name for the personality and on of course being short for anonymous however over a long period of time the name Anon has more or less stuck perhaps due to Anon never really identifying her name in the end Anon is in my mind one of the most intriguing alter egos of nobles simply because of a sheer mystery another worldly atmosphere and on creates in her paintings her palette is incredibly minimal sticking to only whites blacks and deep blues the application of paint is incredibly thick and heavy but the figures and objects are painted so elegantly arguably the most eye-catching elements of anon's paintings is the figures in them these beings are incredibly Ghostly and enchanting Noble herself has described anon's work as being quite spiritual some seem to move together like Supernatural ballet dancers others seem to be embarking on the long journey towards the horizon though the most distinctive pattern you'll come to see is the abstract yet unmistakable imagery of a mother with her child although Anon is often considered by Noble to not really be of any significance to her life even seeing Anon as nothing really to do with her day-to-day life as opposed to her more dominant personalities to see the frequent imagery of her mother holding her baby or conversing with her daughter you have to admit is quite an interesting element of anon's work as always it's impossible for us to determine for sure what any of his paintings directly represent but we already know how important being a mother is to Noble and her personalities and she has mentioned a few times how protective and caring each of her altars are of Amy so to see that powerful maternal bonds show up in even one of Noble's most mysterious and Elusive personas like Anon in itself I think is very beautiful and a very moving sight to behold [Music] before we proceed with Ria's paintings I'm gonna have to call for disclaimer time again the imagery that represents us with is incredibly disturbing and heavy in terms of what they might represent so I just wanted to give you a quick heads up before we start taking a proper look around now although most people on the internet and social media seem to struggle to admit this nowadays I'm not a trained psychologist and I certainly do not have did myself so I can only repeat what either Kim Noble has stated or whatever I've been able to research about the condition whatever I might say may not apply to every case of did one thing I mentioned earlier though and what Bear's mentioning again here is our often did is a coping mechanism that is linked with past trauma usually incidents that occur during childhood what makes the disorder incredibly difficult to treat however is how the condition effectively fractures your mind into completely separate beliefs outlooks and even memories themselves so to get any context or any reasoning behind Noble's condition is something easier said than done abnormally poor memory is a key symptom of did when the brain switches from one Alter Ego to another the new personality taken over would have no awareness whatsoever of what just happened before they emerged which at times can prove to be very counterproductive when treating the condition Noble explains she has absolutely no knowledge or even memories of any Trauma from her childhood years as I've already said but just like we did with Dawn's paintings I think before we jump in we should explore as much as Nobles past as we can to perhaps add at least a drop or two of significance to the imagery in Ken Noble's biography titled all of me a rather sad story begins to unfold she was born in 1960 to an unhappily married couple who both worked as Factory workers often the young girl would be dumped in one household to another with friends or local acquaintances despite a nearly completely erased memory of his time period from what Noble and some of her altars can decipher it seems that from an early age somewhere between one and three years old Nobles suffered extreme and repeated abuse her Minds would be overwhelmed and traumatized Beyond endurance her mind would Splinter apart and it is theorized that Noble's condition developed from this terrible period despite this though a certain relief would ignite from it as most of the principal personalities would have no flashbacks or memories of any abuse and so in a sense she was protected from whatever had happened Noble's life outside closed doors was no less difficult though she would perform poorly in school her memory lapses and erratic Behavior were continuing to hinder her but no one seemed to understand or be able to help whenever the switches of her personalities would occur in young Kim understandably this would lead to social complications when interacting with other children appearing as if she denied having said or done something resulting in her usually been taken for a liar in adolescence things would go from bad to worse aside from developing anorexia and bulimia after one of her personalities attempted to take her own life Kim was taken to a psychiatric hospital which would end up being the first of many she would at some stage hold down a job as a van driver for a few years with a hard-working and efficient personality of Hayley however another switch would be triggered while she was driving with a van to a somewhat more Disturbed personality that went by the name of Julie who subsequently crashed the van into a line of parked cars resulting in Kim sadly been sectioned once again with an attempt to diagnose her for schizophrenia it would not be until 1995 that she would finally be correctly diagnosed with did and she would begin the therapy she still undergoes to this day this is only a taste of what Noble has experienced what the full book reveals is nothing short of tragic and shocking to the point where I really don't want to get into too many details here on Happy clappy YouTube but when looking at the collection of paintings made by Ria it leaves very little to the imagination the figure and the reprint above it in Ria's painting titled Round the Corner Noble is often regarded as a representation of disassociation in the beginning like the good majority of her personalities Patricia considered the idea of did to be nonsense but after six years of treatment she has come to accept the diagnosis along with the disjointed and Scattered aspects of her life the diagnosis has also helped her better understand how her personalities can operate for example a lot of the younger altars are found to be frozen in time and retaining memories of abuse we are for one is a very good example as she regards herself as a 12 year old girl and is often seen as a personality holding a darkest secrets to Kim Noble's past if this is true then perhaps what Ria reveals in her simple bright but also incredibly dark and hard-hitting artwork is a collection of experiences that Noble or specifically Patricia For Better or For Worse has managed to completely erase from a subconscious memory foreign [Music] ominous memories appear frequently in the different bodies of artwork by Kim Noble that is not to say for one moment that glimpses of Hope and optimism don't appear either for example the next group of paintings we'll be looking at together are created by the alter ego of Bonnie a personality that has been described as excitable and the altar who seemingly took the fight through the courts to win Noble's daughter Amy back the personality you're seeing here is excitable indeed Bonnie's palette is multi-colored with bright neon tones and almost picassoesque figures either dancing playing music or mingling in the streets there is a certain playfulness in the way Bonnie expresses herself here Bonnie's work called the twins is especially eye-catching it almost reminds me of Jean-Michel basquia an experimental and modern take on a human form but flirting with the interest in anatomy here and there as well but what really gives an indicator or clue as to what this triptych could symbolize lies in the background when you zoom in and see the subtle yet fascinatingly ominous details it adds a whole new layer of perspective have you got any ideas I'm curious to hear what your interpretations are as well so let me know in the comments [Music] the next Persona I'd like to introduce you to is named Karen with her abstract and minimal style of artwork Karen is actually one of the very first personalities of Kim's that picked up a paintbrush when encouraged to do so by the art therapist all those years ago Karen appears to Relish in The Many Colors she chooses When painting which is not entirely unique to Karen as will continue to see but Karen in particular has an extremely gentle and delicate way of expressing herself her paintings seemed to commonly appear in two forms either as a streak or line of color normally at a horizontal angle or as a full circle of tiny dots and splashes of color but what is really telling at least in my opinion is the way Karen titles her paintings for example her work that goes by the names of a Sprinkle in time white Zen and flicker of Hope indicates to me the therapeutic release Karen must experience when creating art like this which is something that I've begun to realize over the years when it comes to abstract art that the process of making it is often very relaxing because of the freedom such a style allows for the artist it allows them to truly enjoy how paint behaves and how the different colors interact with each other sometimes that feeling is very important to remember sometimes it's important to remind yourself that art is and should always be a way to evoke your emotions sometimes obsessing over the technical details can distract us from that very notion [Music] the next personality is probably one of Kim's most well-known here we'll be looking at the artwork of Judy a teenage personality who does not fully understand a condition of did she is known to surface to the Forefront most often during meals the noble herself is quite slim the personality of Judy believes she weighs 200 pounds there was at some stage a video clip available capturing Noble's switch to Dawn while sitting at the dinner table again during the interview she did for the Oprah Winfrey Show though sadly the video for whatever reason is not available to watch in my country or region even after switching my VPN I don't know if that actually means it's been taken down now or what but yeah really weird anyway as for a beautiful style of art Judy's work is usually connected with loss and heartbreak her style is predominantly overlapping layers of paint on the canvas then scratching it off in various places at the end she splatters a canvas with paint in some Works giving off the impression of Relic paintings uncovered from centuries ago Judy's paintings are nearly always composed of female figures mostly displayed in a portrait Style the expressions of his female characters the Deep Shadows and cracked scratchy paints radiates incredibly untapped and visceral emotions her painting titled tears imprisoned asserts itself as especially powerful for me the feeling is so helpless a feeling of pain and fear is absolutely palpable increased ever more so while the blackened void on the figure's chest although once again it has left a personal interpretation to me the imagery and title of the painting both look like a clear representation of how it physically looks to hold the pain and suffering of your experiences deep inside you how it feels to not have a shoulder to cry on or a friendly face to trust and consult to the pain that creates I mean that literal numbing Hollow feeling of pain in your chest that it Brews can be nearly unbearable yet it's something that Judy represents absolutely beautifully [Music] [Laughter] [Music] another fairly well-known personality of Kim Noble goes by the name of Ken now can is interesting because as the name suggests Ken is one of the few personalities within Noble who identifies as male a young homosexual man who again as shown in a clip from Oprah Winfrey's interview doesn't fully understand did or have knowledge of the other personalities from a video clip you may notice as the switch happens Kim starts adjusting herself and tying her hair back and as Kim's daughter Amy explains Ken doesn't see her as his own daughter but rather is one of his friend's daughters it really is a fascinating and moving interview that again you should check out from the link but I left below coming back to the topic of the artwork though you'll probably notice Ken's Unique Style almost immediately his application of paint is very thick smudgy yet beautifully textured my favorite painting of Cairns is the portrait piece titled where do you go to featuring an unidentified figure with their eyes closed and with a dispirited expression achieved with a cold and metallic color palette the way the paint has been applied in hundreds of different splodges gives off the impression that the face is almost cracking or coming apart it's at anyone's guess as to what Ken is exactly trying to express here but without a doubt there is once again a sense of loss and Melancholy that comes from this piece the title alone could indicate this feeling as well when accompanied with Ken's experimental and raw technique displayed in the painting foreign [Music] next up we have the maternal and sentimental imagery of a personality of Susie her style normally consists of painting an image on canvas and when it's finished she scribbles or draws patterns over it often Susie paints several pictures of a mother and a baby normally presented in a loving and tender way the best examples would be Susie's moving portraits of Kim's daughter Amy and a piece titled pure one where again we can see the scribbled marks on the hair and skin of a mother as she holds her pale infants close in her lap aside from the markings we can see on the mother the background behind is very mesmerizing with the multiple intricate patterns almost reminiscent to Bonnie's style in a way how much Susie might know of a birth of Amy as well as what she might know of the struggle Kim faced when trying to reunite with her is ultimately hard to tell but whoever Susie might be she clearly has a passion and admiration for motherhoods from the many wonderful examples she presents to us [Music] foreign [Music] now for this next section of a video I need to clarify that both Missy and Mimi are completely separate personalities with their own individual styles of artwork however since as far as I can tell there is only one known painting completed by the personality of Mimi at least on Kim Noble's website I decided to combine the two together within this particular chapter of the video I promise it won't be as confusing as it sounds let's start by looking at the work made by Missy or otherwise known as MJ who again stands out with a particularly unique aesthetic this time inarguably more of a contemporary pop art style Missy has been described by Kim's Patricia as a childlike personality often paired with an energetic painting method in the vice documentary Kim explains Missy Always uses no more than three colors at a time which are normally red black and white creating paintings that are vastly abstract like a Jackson Pollock painting or more recognizable images like the American flag or the Union Jack topped with a hectic tangled web of paint splats the Union Jack painting has a conspicuous word of why placed directly in the middle just to bring up Oprah Winfrey one last time I was surprised to hear that Missy's more mysterious painting titled Missy is in fact as the name suggests a self-portrait of Missy which according to Kim Noble's Facebook page was asked for by the producers of the Oprah Winfrey show this in a way neatly moves us over to Mimi and her one and only release painting depicting a view of a tower bridge in London the painting is bright colorful and again very playful especially when looking at the squiggly waves of a River Thames weaving in and over each other which could allude to the fact that Mimi is again another personality but it seems to be stuck in time being described as always painting scenes Through The Eyes of a child [Music] before we start wrapping up this video I wanted to share some artworks released to the world from a certain personality of Kim's back to this day still eludes even her it would seem which I feel in a very real sense provides us with a deeper perspective into how such a condition like did can operate these Untitled paintings although all distinct to one another and achieves with quite a similar color palette to Anon are created by a nameless and not yet fully identified personality with a noble and according to her this personality is the most recent to start painting out of the others that we've already seen there may only be three examples on Noble's website presented to us but it's interesting to see a pattern of white and gray faces that seem to twist and warp in such a way that it gives off the appearance of melting in so doing the nameless artist leaves very little for us to identify or decipher in other words the faces of the figures appear to be just as mysterious as a personality who created them we don't know if these are self-portraits or portraits of another but again a theme can be detected and even this small collection two out of these three examples display a figure that appears to be wrapped in bandages their faces completely distorted and unrecognizable me being me I was overly curious to find out more and to see if there was any other examples that might have surfaced from this new mysterious artist in the end I was pleasantly surprised to find that if you were to head over to Kim Noble's Facebook page you'll discover many more recent examples of melting faces that share this trippy surreal technique it's so interesting to see the faces appear more and more abstract and near unrecognizable as time goes on on the one hand you could theorize that no name is struggling to find his or her identity as some of these are indeed self-portraits it seems the more they create the less discernible their features are or on the other hand if Visa portraits of other people perhaps there could be another moving example of disassociation the thing is no name is such a recent character in this collection of artists it's practically impossible to truly decipher what these paintings might represent what is clear though is the more examples you discover the more familiar the emotional effect of a work becomes a lot of comments on a Facebook attest to this with many fans stating how many of no names are seem to speak to them and relate to them the painting titled had enough is another prime example of familiar sadness anxieties and hopelessness it's so intriguing to see how Kim Noble's many alter egos are constantly coming and going over time in her art some Disappear Completely for years whilst others like no name come out of nowhere completely unannounced presenting to Noble's loyal and loving fan base something completely new and unexpected but in spite of a saddening imagery of hopelessness or sometimes graphic imagery of shocking trauma that can be found in her art I think it's important not to walk away from it all thinking there is no hope in the creative process painting and drawing has proven to be a godsend for Kim and her personalities something at Kim or should I say Patricia never considered or even thought about doing for most of her life but ever since first picking up that paintbrush and painting on old wallpaper the vast collection that has been produced ever since is staggeringly beautiful and inspiring to not just other art fans but most importantly to Noble art is often seen by lots of people around the world as just something to put up on the wall something purely for decorative purposes but I can't emphasize this enough creating art in any shape or form can be literally life-saving for some people and Kim Noble is a true Testament to this I think it's amazing how she's turned her life around with her painting someone who has endured so much yet never gave up never stopped fighting for her loving and supporting daughter someone who finally at long last discovered an outlet for a pain but most importantly she and the vast majority of her personalities have learned to accept and embrace living with such a condition like did it's interesting how normally the end goal for therapy and treatment of a disorder is to eventually integrate all the personalities into one but this is something that Noble is actually hesitant to do now that there are so many artists with their own unique individual voices wanting to be heard she asks herself who will she be left with in the end after so many years living with multiple outlooks on the world with multiple memories or lack thereof it's hard to tell what results May Come of that but it's not hard to tell that painting has allowed Noble to find our true calling which is also appreciated by so many having already done over 60 exhibitions both nationally and internationally these multiple mysterious and fascinating artists within one heroic woman continuing to inspire and shed important light on both the condition itself and our creativity can truly liberate those who need it most [Music] thank you for watching this video I hope you found it interesting and I really hope you found something that speaks to you personally from the artwork of Kim Noble if so please check out the links I've left below to see even more of her amazing work that I may have missed in this video some of you may know what's coming up next that's right it's that time again for artist's corner where I get to share even more amazing Arts this time courtesy of one of my viewers and today's featured entry is Don lemur an artist hailing from Maryland USA I actually haven't heard back from Don since he emailed me his artwork but hopefully if he stumbles across this video this will be a nice surprise for him Dom primarily works with acrylic paints and the themes in his art are rarely ever pre-planned instead Dom prefers to let go and paint whatever comes to mind he tells me most of his ideas are birthed while listening to music the ideas come randomly when he hears a song that coincides with the book he may have read or through other means of learning new things in his words it's like quotes subconscious synchronization of knowledge and music the ideas hit me all of a sudden End quotes as a result we are presented with some beautiful dreamlike worlds full of wonder and Vivid colors I'm a particular fan of his Titanic theme painting it's quite interesting to depict the sinking ship as being physically pulled down by Poseidon god of the sea himself whilst in the night sky above the what I seem to be group of musicians at play during the sinking of a ship are betrayed as Celestial ghost-like beings I think it's very clever in moving imagery I urge all of you to do Don a favor and check out his Instagram if I have a link that you see here and in the description below to see more of his vibrant work and if you're an artist watching this some fancy being featured in an upcoming video please
