Kenshi Nobodies - Sadniel, Ancient Science Books, Engineering Research & AI Cores| s01e19

hello and thanks again for joining me for another episode of kenhi so we've got our uh a little Outpost still thriving and uh in between episodes I've just been selling some of uh some of our produce and getting up a ton of cash and now ready to take Aussie on a trip I'm leaving Gary behind uh Gary can stay here so we're going to take Aussie off to try and get some ancient science so we've pretty much done all the research we can until we get tech level 4 which we need these uh ancient science books for here and we also need engineering research and there's uh let me see AI CES as well there we go so we be able to get a couple of AI cores we'll get a few ancient science books to all right let's just load up on what we can carry so Duds is pumping out the specialist grade pretty consistently unless he gets hurt oh wait he's done a master workor okay that's his first Masterwork so or hers rather I should say uh I think she can have it Bosie can take that one uh let's just check if I had some stuff in [Music] here all right should be fine all right so we'll take a quick stop down at the Hub and offload some of this stuff and then we're going to head out to the Black Desert now let's just make sure yep make sure Gary's not following us all right quickly offload some of this stuff in here and I do have a bag of food and stuff for uh a bit later on hoping to pick up a couple of recruits on the trip all right so from here we are going quite a distance we are going to head up here and we may need to reset that location a couple of times path finding is a bit funny uh let's just check 18 miles 17 mil hour all right we should be able to outrun anything uh the area we're going through does have acid rain and acid rain will hurt anybody except for Hiers or skeletons uh we haven't uh haven't had any dealings with any skeletons in this playthrough yet but skeletons are basically the that's just the name of the robot race the race of sentient robots from uh from the old world before this apocalypse and so we're going to uh basically a skeleton town so Aussie does have dust coat the uh the Hat these leather pants they will give bit of acid protection so he's it's definitely over 100% acid rain protection so is quite a distance all right we are slightly stuck here let's reset the uh path finding and hopefully hopefully we're going to pick up a skeleton recruit on this trip but uh does depend whether he's there or not sometimes he's not there now times he is so just keep your fingers crossed that he is there hope we got up here dust Bandits it'sit of camp we should be able to outrun them I'm not stopping to fight those guys not not solo this far away from home they are still chasing but if they follow us in through here so this is the acid rain yeah we've got these iron spiders a lot of these are dead there are one or two that are um that are C where I think that was one there there are one or two that are alive and uh can definitely uh do some damage but they do move pretty slow so we should be able to outrun them these lightning strikes can also hit you although it's it's not often that they're going to hit you okay so we are at the Black Desert City we're going to find the bar all right ah yes okay sad now let's go and talk to sad now and I'll let you pause and read that if you'd like okay sad Neil is now one of us [Music] um sad me can have this backpack uh let's just talk to this guy quickly and I'll buy a couple of these sad you can have one of them skeleton repair kits all right so now going a little bit further to the scrap house now we'll put snake on because there's a bit of uh decent snake experience around this place yeah this can be hard tricky to navigate this area basically we want to find let's come down here okay there's there's a ramp there so we want to go up this ramp go uper floor and now we get inside now we talk to this guy here all right uh going to move this over here and this guy has some really top-notch weapons as well not here for those we can come back for those I will take that though CU that'll give me the uh that's a research for this dust coat okay that's what we're after these ancient science books we'll take all of those AI cores yeah these are unique as in when this shopkeeper restocks is not going to restock these research items yeah don't know if I'll use the goggles but uh they can be quite fun so pretty cheap I'll grab them uh fog Mas yeah maybe we'll grab that but this is what we here for grab that we get some good bow um blueprints as well but uh don't spend too much cash um let's see all right we've got the dark leather shirt I we'll take that okay that's all I'm going to get from here for now now let's have a look at sad new stat he's not very fast and he's pretty crap at everything so all right let's just head back here head back out here uh what's going on over here all right there is an iron spider here I don't know if we should uh this has been taken down a little bit Let's uh join in on this fight uh maybe not uh let's see we can get to it see in the building not in the building wait upstairs all right what's been taken down uh I think what I'm going to do I'm going to pick up sad new still got 16 miles hour all right so from here we are going to run down here it's just safer to to pick him up CU he'll pretty much get one hit coyot out here so I'll just pick him up and carry him oops come on get out of the water so uh the gear we're wearing is not protecting us from swimming in the acid water but we don't want to hang around here we need to keep moving uh over somewhere right about there all right so we'll pick up a couple more recruits on the way home and start building up our army a bit more it's uh yeah we're not going to be able to buy too many more ancient science artifacts we're going to have to uh battle it out in some dangerous places for those so we're going to start building up our army a bit and uh getting a bit more aggressive try to take out some Bandit camps around around our local area instead of just waiting for them to come to us all right let's put sadel down and uh we can do with the Athletics experience just going to make sure that uh make sure that they're running together and if we see any trouble maybe I'll pick him up again and from this whole distance I can see uh our Farmers failing at at the crops over there all the way we just went past a bander Camp there but uh our Outpost is all the way over here and so from that distance we can see them failing all right so this is where we're trying to get to oh now I forgot something okay all right well we can it never hurts to have a bit more uh never hurts to have a bit more Athletics experience so we're going to go back now because I meant to go shopping meant to go shopping dropping for uh a leg for buildy and an arm for meow and uh it's one of the best places to get some really good ones back in the Black Desert City all right NE seems to be keeping up all right all right well he needs the Athletics training anyway uh we do have company though that looks like we're going to run back straight back through them looks like we're okay uh just going to have to watch just going to watch out for those iron spiders because they are pretty tough we have a bone going to all right looks like we should be okay yeah these these ruins out here possibly get some artifacts from them as well but they are pretty heftily guarded uh come on you don't get separated you got stay together and of course they're going to go separate ways all right well we are back so back up [Music] here all right so uh we've been to the bar we want to go over [Music] here I don't know if he gets a discount for being a robot but uh let's see okay uh so buildy needs a right leg that's a left that's a left okay uh what else is here what do we need we need a right leg and I'm not seeing any Masterwork right legs it's unfortunate it's a specialist all right uh don't really want one that has the strength just mainly because um it's sort of it's easier to level up strength when you don't have a strength bonus oh wait that's stealth no that's a left maybe the this stealth leg thing does have three Athletics I don't know if it's really worth it um hoping for a scout leg all right well maybe we'll get that one so that one there and M needs a left arm uh steady steady's pretty good I'll take that all right okay so now that we've done our shopping all right let's do that trip again let's head out here actually might try with some sneak [Music] on so's a bit of uh decent stuff experience to get around here especially if we uh if we go anywhere near those uh so in some of these these ruins there's some snipers in there go anywhere near them or any of the the uh the iron spiders that are alive out here then uh we we get some pretty decent uh stealth experience through here but it looks like there's not much at the moment maybe as we come up past here maybe not and of course A's going to swim just get out of the water please and being a skeleton uh sad Neal is not affected by the acid yeah this uh this Workshop does have some snipers in it uh wait want you guys traveling together please over here it is something around this stuff is going up all right yeah some rocks okay this something going on over here huh looks like a stack of bull just took out uh some dust Bandits all right still got a little way to go okay steal experience slowed down so let's uh get them running at full speed check how this Athletics is going it's getting up there so the place we're going does also have a robotic shop that can sell a few things uh let's just check situation at home uh we do have dust Bandits Ling dust Bandits let uh send everybody in for this everyone in together all right looks like all as well um all right let's get back to these guys actually let's pop these guys back on snake okay keep going uh we're s now all right keep running so somehow got separated there uh where we want to be think so all right let's uh get up on the Lo here all right looks like uh we made it there we got more TR Trel back at home we got here hungry Bandits are not going to let these guys get away with this and now we got black Dragon Ninjas all right let's pull everybody in here seeing as Gary's already got himself inside uh these guys are actually from the roof so let's uh bring everybody up here how about we turn your jobs off bring everybody up here see here we go against these guys they managed to uh take down a few of them now looks like we took them all down all right I think we should probably loot some of these guys and dump the stuff in here uh looks like looks like Duds has been pretty busy so I'll have to uh sort out a bit of a trade run in a bit uh let's empty some some of this stuff into a g bag I think but any of the stolen stuff and I will keep some of this gear I think for our new recruits but uh any of your stol and stuff you shove it in the uh in your armor storage or weapons in the weapon storage and it will get rid of the uh stolen tag which means you'll be able to sell it for more money all right so shove this loot in here to launder it and then we'll give it to Gary uh one two three four keep keep four Lots oh we don't need this many of these iron hats though bust this this one's getting up all right keep looting I think these guys are up on the roof okay out of range that one's not all right we'll uh Chuck some more of these in here and in here all right let's uh grab some of these here so we'll need to do some trade runs over here I think let's get this one and I'm just going to dump these because we don't really have space for them but we'll be able to pick them up later e this one's trying to get away uh this one is trying to get away this one's still got stuff to loot uh this one is somehow in the air and we can't loot him same with that one think we got this one not all of his stuff there's one all right so that's a bit of a decent hole there uh there we go and looks like more here that we didn't get all right so part from the ones that are up in the air I think we're pretty much loot at all them uh that one's really up in the air uh Duds is a little bit hurt put Duds to bed because when she's hurt she uh the quality of her work really goes down everyone else here back on your jobs back on sneak I think I accidentally gave some of these Gary to Logan rather all right let's uh take these off on a bit of a run Gary is stuck inside and we got more stuff going on over here dust Bandits they should be able to take out some dust Bandits y get over here please uh you guys are not training but we will put you in there for the moment so we can keep you separate Gary right and we got more Bandit demands okay let's just uh sell some of this gear all right so that shopkeeper is broke uh let's see if we can make it down here all right sell the rest of this gear you guys back up here grab everybody and let's go in for the attack everybody inside maybe can no it's right should be able to take care of these guys now yep okay so everyone there can get back to work and uh all right so I think uh I think that's definitely going to do it for this episode so uh we'll pick this up in the next episode uh if you
