Kasey & Ben check out Kinkuna National Park | Coonarr Beach

foreign just finished airing down so now we're cruising down to the entrance of Corona Beach pretty Keen to get on there and showcase you around Keen to get on the beach case I am sorry Keen I've been listening to get up here for so long well we're finally here let's roll onto kuna it's only a 12 minute drive from Bundaberg so it didn't take us long to get here it's so close to home sure I'll see you at the entrance hey yes you will all right there's the last little bit of soft stuff before we get right onto kuna Beach so here we go oh good it is pretty soft Lookouts after a four-wheel drive eh that's the idea hey so case what are your first impressions oh it is nice very very pretty there's actually a bunch of places up here we might have show you some of the other ones one of these days yeah sounds good to me all right everyone tends to Camp up the southern end so we might head up the Northern end have a bit of a poke around mum and Dad's actually camped up here too so we might see if we can find them down there as well sounds like a plan you can't see him awesome let's go [Music] [Music] [Music] so Casey and I have known each other all our lives our parents are best of mates 30 years they've had they've been friends for us so obviously we grew up together so I've known each other for a long time that's for sure yeah having been with me was really really good showed me up and down the beach a couple of Inland tracks on the dunes um yeah just that local knowledge was really helpful all right so just up here there's a couple of short little tracks that sort of Loop in and off themselves um so we can go up there go over a couple Junes zigzag around a little bit have a bit of fun and then we can start heading down the other way sounds good let's see how it goes thank you [Music] exactly yeah so I did a little Hill Climb soft sand I just happened to pick the wrong gear checked you in the right gear and got it all sorted [Music] all right well we still got some daylight case we might see if we can spot mum and Dad's truck hey that sounds good we'll keep an eye out yep so it's black it's got an orange stripe and it's absolutely massive so we shouldn't miss it I wouldn't think [Music] so according to Mom and Dad they should be on our right any moment that looks like a big truck I can't imagine that belong to too many people we might see if we can get up there hey all right give it a go that way bananas [Music] thank you toilet tracks that are about 50 wider than all the other ones basically them [Music] he's been in the 79 reckon this will do for the night anyways yeah it looks pretty good doesn't it pretty good view I'm still in food I reckon yeah I reckon you get into some of their grub hey okay thank you that's what we're talking about don't tell mum and dad all right so we've got a pretty good view there so I'm thinking we will set this up uh facing water I absolutely love Casey's passion for driving and camping the fact that she's Keen to get out there and do it on her own too is just bloody awesome it actually makes me want to get it there and do a little bit more myself [Music] good to go hey Ben can you give us a hand just need to move it over there just tell me when yeah that looks good all right wanna go check out that beach yeah it looks pretty eh easy how's that for you for a Friday off bloody good so King kuna it's probably easy to tell you where everything else is in relation so I suppose bundaberg's about 15K that away we've got Fraser Island directly out that way and then 10ks behind us Woodgate foreign ER is as nice as I could ever imagine I've thought about it a few times I've wanted to come up here for a while I would 100 come back I think it's perfect yeah I tell you what I am getting a bit hungry yeah well let's go see if we can pinch your feet off mum and dad sounds good all right what's cooking um kinkuna has absolutely exceeded my expectations I would love to come back here bring some friends and family and just really experience it I'm so glad that you guys that's it yeah I've been meaning to yeah have a fun time for sure yeah [Music]
