Best spots on Moreton Island

[Music] wa I don't give a if I even ever wake up in the morning down below a poli literally 1 minute into this trip and the uh track is blocked somebody's B there's a traffic jam put the Drone up to see what the situation is are you qualified mate no very concentrating oh is that you up in the chopper oh there it is the Chopper's up dude I'm glad we oh there a Santa F Jing dude it's still going we got a traffic jam situation boys I don't know if there's enough but we made some hats for the trip oh there's a new reality TV show coming to Netflix soon as well you're going to be the Morton Bays welcome back to Morton Island this is my annual boys trip to the island so stick around I'm going to show you some of the best spots I'll do my best to introduce everybody but let's get stuck into it well this is what happened on Morton I mean Fraser my slipper leaves fall out of my trailer and when that happen I said I'd fix it and I didn't and it's happened again oh who would have thought okay so I've had this happen to my work tray like how the does it happen make sense it's a long way it's a long travel either way it's not a trip without some breaking [Applause] for all Pap lers are here Big D there boy like's got to back up a little bit oh no is this a spot up yeah I found the spot man now I'm just trying to get cars that need to be flat with tents on a flat spot trailers wherever the hell they can go who the would bring a trailer half the game yeah you'll be a to do it I want to see your skills you're back on Sand back yeah Ro c one downside to having a big grp is this it's hard to get everyone in the right spot up next to you don't go there why that's where we're going to set up chionship I think you've got it in I'm so happy I want to be respons just that whole thing it's fun it's fun I Didn't Do It me that's a lot of love it that is a lot of rest all righty so I don't know if you've noticed yet but Mac has this badass new tent on the back it's going to set it up house we have a skylight we have a mood light we have pockets for your phone we have Windows pretty cool we have a window looks at the cruiser this is dimming if you want to like the light's pretty good well if you want to like wear the messes and put some mood lighting on got a little battery pack the poer if you're too lazy to wire it like me right oh wash my windows oh if I want to like put beers on my tailgate I can just grab a beer at oh look here we go straight on it's a half fold hard shell it's kind of a new thing few people are doing it but this one's seems pretty cool first time setting it up did a quick one at home but not properly it's good I'm and look at these guys look at these Schucks oh you're still setting up so you reckon we should help Jacob set his up or no hey Jacob you have to set Yours up this is officially Jacob's first time ever camping ever so I'm like Jacob this is the best case scenario mate if you don't like this you probably don't like camping well you want to pick a flat spot yeah that's a good idea and some something that you're not going to have a tree fall on you and somewhere that you can get out in the dark and not hurt your feet and then you can really up it by getting a view if you want in the morning I don't care for view this Park's well done like cold brew coffee ready to go a bit of a game change of [Music] care day two why is the Bon up you running fridges off jump starters yep pretty much factory battery I ain't going to do sh K to the rescue so a few people haven't been to Mort yet so we thought we'd show them the r battery it's pretty cool walk out there's plenty of room for ski trailers maybe M just can't drive with a trailer that's what he's saying oh I couldn't bring a ski up here BR it up and get so much room bogged and stuck and everyone you know I hate when walking we see this in every [Music] video I don't know I don't want to go it's nice and dark in there too is this the tallet this is straight up rape dungeon too many down there it would be pretty concerning on yeah and if not this track goes for 10ks and apparently there's more of them but I've only ever seen the first one that one yeah to the rest okay is wind going to stop no we'll get a good Sunset though we're going to try Camp um West Coast tonight but you really don't want it to be windy over there but I don't know we'll see favorite side of M doing sunset at the racks perfect as always so me not going to get bog this time hopefully not get all four wheels in the water this time so I think we're all right for tender sht it's a bit of a deal breaker right yeah it is definitely so that's the problem having a coffee machine it becomes communal camping you got to be careful who you tell us look we're not one we're not TR and canopy on it it's got a got a fridge there see organizer that's pretty cool be honest everyone knows my setup we can we can whip through this one new feature up top here we've got the hard case awning then I've been cooking out back this time cooking in the drawer this time oh nice nice we got the kingcome tool kit what else have I got new on this thing for you guys I don't know I think we're pretty used toara let's be honest look we've all seen it let's move on Jam's not here so we we'll head over to Sam ises how are your feet this morning the most important thing s oh s it's been 6 months everyone knows Sam so I want to know the worst features for this trip of the car yeah probably everything that's broken uh water's getting in most of the tool boxes now I had a can of canola oil fall over in the the button this was stuck up against the door and the whole can emptied itself I did do it all half myself half everything's from a different company and it all fits perfectly come here this is like some ASMR bloody clearance the top this canopy was built 3 years ago and over here if you open the fridge that oh clear it's perfect it actually is ah I just discovered a new feature this morning well we don't want features at work we want the broken we got cameraman pecky on the job today this this is where I store my tables and only today I discovered it can be just a table rather than pulling it out like it just hangs there so solid um don't worry about that this is my air I actually might need to borrow that yeah my go Block Gun seen it here for Sam broken setup with canol keeping it keeping it Luby all right we got Michael's set up from dare to explore oh get guys it's a daring blue now this is this is looking fancy mate I like all black you like the bar I'm setup here it's almost too good much better than mine we got the air Fri cook our chicken candies in there set up so we've obviously got the inverter see as you got a 240 volt up your table doesn't move up and down that no no no mine's done mine's done right you are Auto Lecky aren't you uh yeah supposed to be yeah yeah yeah what's D explore is the company okay D explore he's Jesus yeah 5,000 this is a doomsday car risk of cancer standing nearby to be honest this car I don't really care about the camping setup there's something more exciting I want to look at well to be honest the interior is actually really nice too oh yeah it's under the Bonnet here can we have a can we have a sticky beak are we on strats that's a deep question oh look at that it's got strats is that the all 106 turbo you've got in there that's that turbo K exact one B straight on see FTE FTE Yeah so basically put a TI in and this and to make it reliable I put it in and blew up so oh yep yep that that was great that was great um but yeah now fully built motor injectors turbo making uh 370 horsepower 1,000 newm three naras that's spicy of course we've got on top the Outback toura oh that's the 1 1.2 yeah just free standing oh the ranger around is real quick it the just hammering what a setup this is this takes me back to when I was 17 I tell you yeah it's just missing the Pees he impressive part is how quick you've done this from Factory cuz it's only a week old is it oh 2 weeks old 2 weeks old two weeks old It 2 weeks old we got a custom tray we got lift we got wheels we got tires we got twin snorkel twin lock oh they're definitely connected both of them AR they oh they will be soon and it's tuned plenty of fat bars gear on this I love it did that about a week design it off we got the front Locker in already to yeah FR lock in up in the front Jun making 248 at the hubs standard mud flaps most important on the new daily for MD but he thought he'd bring it to the Morton boys trip cuz why not cuz we got three boys with us can't thit three people in the cruiser yeah need you running your fridges off the jumper pack still yeah every now and then every four hours well they run off the car and then when the car dies they jump the car and then run the off the fridge off the jump pack it's a good system it just works we got two jump packs so it's a rolling thing run the fridge off the jump pack start the car with the jump pack and charge the jump pack off the car swag kmc's nothing but the best on the hux oh yeah got the tool kit of course cool can't leave that at home never know when a Cruis it's going to break down these are made of steel and there's a bit of alloy on the base no no it's all alloy it's all alloy all the fles are double folded 4 mil alloy it was steel all the sides are all alloy and Allo floor rated okay very cool very nice hammock is this the camp setup yeah this is the hammock that looks great for the posture too yeah could you could you just climb into that for us and just let us know how it works oh it's daytime our good friend Blakey boy from known from such films as Blakey and Mac does big red broke back Blake and Mac got the new canopy B on the back of his custom tray Blakey runs enhanced Automotive uh he's come a long way since we first started Wheeling together the half canopy here with an upright fridge in it and then slide out kitchen y it's got fridge things in it a lot of this SL under it yeah a very long table it's got inverter here and then got power on the other side as well this is a fire extinguisher holder that holds a UI boom that's fantastic that's a life hack that one everyone's going to do that now the Bunning for extinguish holder yeah that's that's actually a sick idea he's got he's got the jet ski on the back straight from the Gold Coast can't go oh have back to her again uh just got 12v sort of side over here 12 Vol set up and a drive setup yes and a draw and actual fire extinguisher yeah so that's the that's what's supposed to go in it very neat very nice keep it simple loving it mate oh we got the muz bar the muz a I love muz well he knows good taste as well probably the best bar you can get for it is the Best Buy you can get all righty over here we have an extremely badly set up camping touring rig so we have a fridge sitting on a back seat we got a red Arco block because I still haven't done my 12 Vol system charging up my drone at the moment we've got a table a chair and a cooker a million million questions this also I haven't had a powder CED yet but that is the rack system yeah that's that's pretty much it yeah oh we got Jacko and the swag ah so did you ever finish all those coffees back I did but we uh we ran out four cream meal unfortunately Jo it's a good M of ours we've known for buy what 10 15 years now set himself up on the old Gold Coast with a 12vt uh shop well accessories isn't it accessories and accessories but this is very Flash in here we've got fridge this side fridge the other side most people here will agree that this probably the flash flashes set up at camp this troop this we basically have everything minus the kitchen seat put it there a bloody microwave there's even a micro coffee machine this one's actually got 600,000 a of battery in it so it's more than Michael 600,000 a oh that's the induction there induction drops down that's that's the same as Jam yeah Jam stole my idea he really liked the a big rooftop 10 there mot top another fridge another drawer and and your use you guys provide your panels yeah so we do custom panels R gear panels that's like an Explorer one before your fancy sarine I really like the green you like it you flashed out there takes me back to the fusion sub woler days and 20 L draw fridge for the beers and water what more can you ask for it's very nicely set up mate I like it like it a lot it's a work of art I tell you it's is Jared's job to show off how good his product can be that is why it's so well probably going to say that the First Bank was better that was one of those things where you just keep chasing until there's no surf anymore figured now we're on the East Coast perfect time to try out the new tough terrain oh like hard finish yeah hard shelf hard like most of these are like a fabric this one's like a a hard case and it's it's retractable jacko's used this one before all right I'm going to go this look and you're done twoj cars just that tool there we go so when it's out it's actually pretty sturdy does retracted retracted pretty good so yeah we're going to test her out on this trip and see how she goes actually another cool little product I just got we' had for a while actually from outb equipment is their Buck Wild travel cases come in a few different sizes I think this is like a midsize one I use it as a toiletry bag but they're pretty cool cuz they got the clear top and they also have these cool little glow-in-the-dark zipper tags that you can whack on like your rooftop t or whatever at night so you can see your Zips in the dark pretty cool idea me up the ground ground look ground ground ground [Music] ground ground ground [Music] ground how's it feel M it's the re pressure sensor in the rail just blew up BL it no it needs it it won't start without recognizing pressure in the ra I think it's just an O-ring we'll try tighten it run as long as I don't get on it too much it won't actually leak it's only when the rail gets to 18,000 PSI what if you hit 19 it blows up Mark should I be concerned should I check my fuel ra yes oh cuz I hit 20,000 [Music] [Music] cool standing TI on Jam's got his Trooper here he's had it uh finished pretty much well done for 12 months or so he's done some pretty epic trips lived out of it for at least 3 months at a go so you know what ins and outs he and what's good and bad and what you could have done better there's people out there that have done more but yeah I feel like we've got a pretty Dam pattern and find out after the break is it truly finished or is he just stting we never know are you kidding the winning came over from Perth just to do that yeah start of the front we got the fat bars bull bar and uh bash plate Uniden radio on it straight from our back equipment TJ five TJ discount they come with their own so they driving lights but spotties they're not the biggest but that's they did we well oh so you did use the driving lights yeah I did heaps on theable did you hear any kangaroos no they wanted me to to test it out and I didn't get to hit any oh well it's in mint condition still you don't have a winch no it's coming wind's coming there so there you go it's not finished 4 in s yeah I'm 4 in what's the suspension set up we did that the first one but yeah pre-registration pre-o 4 in all round on 35 yeah coil yeah sliders boys supplied these raar we um cuz the Troopers are paining the ass we we did the mounts because we could only fit two mounts they sort of fat B they didn't really want to do it but if we want to do it here's the gear so we did it and it's on is that because of the fat pipes exhaust uh yeah it's cuz I went T 4 in dump like it's just with the troopy they've got to hug the it's like the body mount they've got to loop around just not the 79 don't have a second fuel tank so you can just shoot straight down don't have to come outside the you got a new set of tires on cuz you wore the other ones out yeah would have loved to put wrap them in N but oh that's another thing he people ask me how I'm getting my Hubs flush it's there saying I thought I was running spaces because I'm running 50s but it's because how they work because the rims molded they just shim the back is that how it works oh it's just yeah the back of the Rim's thicker yeah cuz they're egg 50 to them out yeah cuz these people wondering how I'm running egg 50s but my is FL yeah well I makes sense I mean yeah that's why the wheels cuz it's not a big dish wheel it's just got a big backing plate on it old alloy brutes actually I had them on my now yeah you did that's yeah I'm running all front runner um slim line so that's why it's so close to the roof you got lighting I see both sides and at the back all my 12 V was from R gear Jared just met him rear bars from the Cru company we modified this too to fit your bigger Wheels yeah so normally that hangs a bit more but we modified it due to flex so it doesn't hit on this re we cut all this down and make re door back on then had it all powder Co so it came raw those boys Legends too I love how people just like yeah he's modify it's cool they make it work for you so Cruiser company the find it useful it's the best thing ever hey like you saw all your wetes in it you pick up any rubbish or gear and yeah Swing Out Tire a that's all part of that rear bar yeah it's pretty cool and it does hold a 37 yeah did you have to modify it or it just does it no didn't have to modify we just have to move this bracket out so it doesn't hit the car you got the induction cooking which is pretty impressive though yeah that's been amazing how does that even how did you even get it to work like 300 of battery yeah 240 lithium with a 2,600 W inverter and that will power pretty much anything you can run both burners yeah and then you got your kitchen sink yeah just a little with a tap that plugs into the side and the angle fridge yeah got your little slide out bed which we we saw last time yeah pretty much the inside's exactly the same I haven't done anything to that anything think you would change would do better oh it worked but yeah like bigger fridge and more water would be that's first world problems but like it definitely works more air I would love more air oh yeah for the big TIR 37 St pumping them up so so he has a little hose plugs in the side here but this is how he gets his water out feels up his sink and whatnot get up for washing up and here you yeah so it's got It's got good pressure my ta oh c yeah Max tracks um hold her up there they came in really handy for everyone else but meone it's great to have them on there got the front runner as well ladder that's comes in so handy when you're trying to put 12 boards on the roof did you find all that having that tune and all that power was just super handy incredible yeah it's just you can't you can't go wrong but it's a lot of money but it's worth it yeah oh awning awning so oh yeah why don't you have everyone asked me about awning spotties I didn't really need the spotties and I didn't really need the awning I don't know there's like he people say you do need them they we over there in the summer it was there was heat of flies and we ended up just when it was raining and stuff being inside so I guess with the troop is you're lucky Beau problem not really a problem you get around it somehow it's if you had an awning on this it's so high you'd have trouble even setting it up yeah and you can see if you walk near it how you can't even reach it and like would you'd have to set it up yeah I guess it would be a bit tricky even ma would have trouble setting that awning off that it's pretty tall pretty tall you to zip it you hang it down here and it would be yeah it wouldn't be easy how did it go Comfort wise sleeping inside like warmth and noise and all all the things I I'm running a little fan and that was incredible and like when you get cold you can just put blankets on so and wear more clothes so that inside's perfect but I can't can't bold it did you actually ever run out of power using all the no never well you have a lot of power yeah yeah so did you ever run out of air yeah air so I need more no Comfort wbes yeah 10 out of 10 all right well yeah I 100% believe you cuz on this trip even yeah it's so easy he rocks up it's like okay I'm done open the do is in house on Wheels yeah cool little tip um Factory toe ball just ripped out the toe ball and put a little bit of tread there and it's just a good step for these things you got to step up so high that's a cheap mod but it's actually every single person that gets in uses it cuz it's a big if you didn't have that you wouldn't really be able to get in don't get it wrong Jam what's the comp called solar shade think it is solar Shad solar solar and they they make these a sort of custom fit a troopy yeah they do all cars they do all cars so it's a full blockout super it's insulation as well yeah that probably helped out heaps with the heat over in wa yeah otherwise it would cook in there it's still the same and the tune still the same you got the multimap from Pro yep all that's still the same it was R I had no issues with it over there at all did everything I needed it to do that's good yeah and it's still manual oh the Trip's over guys and I'm on the ramp of the of the fery going up it's a chocolate block it is chocolate block I've never been on the ramp but yeah it is Sam you a YouTuber huh how do we finish videos how you
