KAEYA FINALLY RAISED! (Genshin Impact)

hi moglets uh give me a second here today we're gonna be raising one of the og characters finally decided on kaya to start he is already level 50 so he's getting there we're gonna go ahead and get him up to 60 now and i think 70 is still a little bit far off but let's start with getting him to 60 here and there's that let's see what else we'll need uh not much actually just one more boss run for 70. he is currently c3 i think that's good enough for raising god mode usually waits till c6 though might spam some summons on standard to try and get some constellations for these guys because i think i'm close to at least like yeah i mean amber c4 lisa c3 for some reason i just can't get these characters even though i actually do something on standard more than most people i would say i've done several standard banner summon sessions like for my random team videos and uh yeah still not really great luck in that department next drop we got three more so we actually have enough to get him to 70 now and uh plume let's go ahead and ascend him level him up so yeah now he's 70. uh i may stop here actually because i don't believe we have a ton of talent books and we'll need to spend a lot of resin on that so i don't think i'm gonna raise his basic really i don't plan to make him like a physical dps which is pretty much the only thing he could be i mean i guess he could be like a cryo dps with chongyoon or something but really don't think i'm gonna do that i'd say definitely most important is his burst this is this off-field damage uh we don't have a ton of like long-lasting off-field cryo you know his last eight seconds is pretty solid pretty solid uh let me just check talent reference to make sure yeah they seem to have the same opinion so yeah we're just gonna level that up as much as we can for now and then we're gonna head to the domain which is already necessary so let's go do that which one is this the same garbage i hate doing but yeah monster characters i have at least developed a decent strategy here to usually get it done in like a minute or so so it's not so bad i just feel like i have to run this domain more than every other domain 107. all right well i'm still warming up and we did get a purple which actually i don't think we'll need for this video because six talents we'll need them for god mode eventually so i'm definitely not gonna complain i don't think that one was much but oh well 58 seconds all right that one must have been horrible yeah 104. now since i halfway complained about purple books we get no purple books anymore they're all you're gonna be ungrateful then fine there we go that's more like it two more purples 54. that's probably the best we're gonna get honestly and this is our last condensed resin so i hope we have enough so yeah i want to get his burst up to six uh well that's the highest we can anyway and his e up to nine i guess because he is c3 oh interesting we actually ran out of uh insignias from the treasure hoarders i think those are hopefully we have some smaller ones we'll see oh no we have 12. come on sucrose we need some bonus here oh no can't believe we have to farm treasure hoarders it's bizarre eh well maybe not they do sell them in here let's go let's see if that was enough we might need a couple more book runs we need six books might just be one more run all right let's see if this is enough ah it had to be like the worst drop possible though we got four so now we have seven we need nine if we had one of these no we didn't if we had one more teachings it would be enough but let's leave anyway go to the crafting station use scene show i believe to maybe if we're lucky i think we have a 25 chance to get one one extra teachings yeah 25 chance to refund a portion which is one and but we only have one shot at 25 percent come nah he didn't do it it shows it immediately man whatever one more or maybe not never get it let's just do a run alrighty let's leave finally don't even need to go back to the crafting station actually we can go ahead and just do that here i'm gonna go ahead and build him up now i haven't thought too much about it but i know the stats i want him to have is mostly energy recharge i want to have his burst going as often as possible so i do usually like to stick to four stars for showcases but i mean as he's gonna be kind of an off-field support i don't know if that's really if that really matters he has a very short cooldown on his skills so i'm i i don't know about sacrificial honestly so yeah i can't really raise fevonius right now i'm very much lacking on those crystals from raising other weapons a lot so i can't really do that but if you're watching this for any sort of advice i would say fevonius is one of his best if not his best four stars for more dps potential i think miss splitter would be great but that's on my ayaka and you know i was considering using ayaka in a team with him for that duo cryo and freezing sort of freezing team i guess festering might be the next best it'll increase his skill damage a bit which eh but it has energy recharge main in terms of set i was thinking blizzard strayer i think obliged would be another really good option but i'll probably have benny in my team which also has obliged so i don't know about that if we were to lean into him as being like a burst off-field dps sort of unit then also emblem of severed fate i think at least to start we are gonna go blizzard strayer taking a look at his stats i'd say he actually has a little too much crit rate considering we're gonna have uh cryo resonance and blizzard strayer switched a few things around uh we got his crit damage a bit higher got his current a bit lower oh yeah his energy recharge i think 178 will be perfectly fine honestly shouldn't need more than that which is kind of why i decided against emblem because when he doesn't need like you know 200 plus at least i don't know if emblem's gonna be that great but yeah now that he's all built up let's do a quick talent overview starting with his basic attack it's pretty much as you would expect he swings his sword around up to a five hit combo he does do a little oh my mo on his last strike there which is a cool little detail his charge attack consists of two quick strikes similar to kaching and actually a lot of sword users and a sponge attack is a plunge attack there's literally nothing to say about it there's also not much to say about his elemental skill it is probably the most basic elemental skill in the entire game on par with some others i guess but yeah he throws out a quick little ice attack does damage has a pretty short cooldown that's it it only has a press no hold function so yeah as basic as it gets for an elemental skill i think kaia's burst is what really makes him it's good off-field cryo lasts a decent amount of time pretty cheap to cast to deal some damage again it is very basic kai is a very basic character but is definitely handy for reactions with his first passive here he can heal himself a little bit when using his elemental skill it's only 15 of his attacks so not a ton so i wouldn't really call him a healer if you do hit multiple enemies he will heal himself multiple times but even when you are hitting multiple enemies it's not a big heal and his final passive if you freeze an opponent with frost naw you'll get up to two extra elemental particles in terms of constellation with a c1 here it's like a mini blizzard strayer set but it's only for his normal and charge attacks which is kind of unfortunate his c2 is quite good though for multi enemy scenarios every enemy you defeat while kaya's burst is active will increase kaia's burst by 2.5 seconds up to 15. so if there are enough enemies around and you can kill them fast enough you can basically have a 100 up time on his burst everything after this i can't really demonstrate so i don't have it but at c4 he gives himself a shield when he's low hp i don't find this to be particularly useful it's only 30 of his max hp can only occur once every 60 seconds and you need to get below 20 hp so c6 though sounds amazing you'll get an additional icicle with his burst currently it's at three it'll be at four and you'll get 15 energy which is a quarter of the burst costs refunded immediately so as usual c6 does sound the best maybe one day but yeah let's go ahead and get started with the showcase um probably ayaka is going to be our main yilan for freezing so it's gonna be like a freeze comp to start i i don't think i use kazoha enough especially now that he's c2 so gonna throw him in there of course yolong could be swapped out for seeing show kazua could be subbed out for like sucrose ayaka i don't know if she really has a replacement but shinhu might be able to fit somewhere in here as well especially when we already have two cryos this is what i want to start with for now i usually like to start with dailies and just kind of solo with them but i kind of did that for the talent overview we do have a couple left i don't know if they're i don't know if those are enemies but i think these are archaia is hurting a little bit but thankfully with his amazing power of recovery he should be fine elemental skill passive boom look at all that recovery very nice very nice let's go and throw his burst in there just uh doing solo kaya to start just to see what he can do on his own even though it's kind of pointless because he is much of a uh support i would say as far as i remember with this daily quest there's not a ton going on here anyway but yeah i mean you know doing some 10ks with his e i didn't really expect too much more from a level 70 kaya ah he's dead looks like his healing wasn't quite enough after all 200. let's go ahead and use the full team here see what they can do arkaya died again so that's kind of bad because he's the one i'm supposed to be showcasing here that's kind of why i like to have a healer in my teams at least for open world stuff maybe i can get away with it in abyss if i need to good old mastinori i promise i'm just gonna do like one run here i would just like to get a sort of baseline all right let's go and give that a try we're gonna do uh everyone's burst here that should swirl the cryo which is what we want and then uh i don't know let's just see how ayaka goes um trying to keep him sort of frozen i don't know the actual freezing doesn't seem to be working that well yolon's burst must be gone already it took too long i mean i know he can be frozen but it's just not can he not i could have sworn i for i i froze him already but the freezing status goes away immediately yeah what the hell but like wet plus freeze should be frozen i see the frozen text pop up but it doesn't actually stay frozen you know when i really think about it a lot of stuff can't be frozen almost all bosses i mean technically they can't have the free status so maybe you get some form of like bonus anyway but i mean i see the words pop up but they instantly break out of it let's try that big dude over there i mainly just want to see if like freezing is more consistent with this team although it's going to be kind of hard because now everyone needs their bursts and he's probably just gonna be dead before then all right let's give it a look um i don't know if i even should use kazuo at this point what in god's name i mean things can be frozen i don't know it's just kind of weird too many are just straight up immune to it so i think freeze comps are good for some content like abyss where most enemies are not immune to it some are of course still they're throwing a lot of like boss type enemies in chamber 11 and 12 these days but but yeah world bosses weekly bosses it just doesn't really work that well i did want to try one other team like some super swirls hazel kaya shandling just kind of almost a national team in a way and we just like boost them with bini i suppose could start with binny go to shandling kaya seems like it might be kind of fun uh the only question is where we're going to try this team how about the perpetual mechanical array it's been a while since i fought this guy so let's give it a try here oh kia is so fragile all right we're ready to pretty much get this started here i don't know if shandling has her burst oh she does now let's go and then we're just gonna start punching away see all those juicy any are there any reactions happening actually can can do a punch with hazel well i mean there was a lot of damage happening i don't know about reactions necessarily oh god that's bad that's really bad let's just spam everything and hope it works [Music] all right um back to this guy now let's go ahead and just do a punch here before going back that didn't turn out as well as i hoped it would honestly we'll try magu kinky but i feel like i might die because he can like one shot and i don't have any protection all right let's go ahead and get this started i suppose oh okay get your burst please hurry all right here we go uh we're just going to punch until we get those four stacks and then do a yep there he goes one shotting thanks a lot for that i was just about to super punch him also ooh a 20k from kaya without any buffs actually except a uh melt not bad not bad oh and there goes my benny very nice oh my god he's so annoying i was about to super punch again and then he teleports back got to try and finish this one off without benny because uh there's a cool down on that i think it'll work if he's if he stops moving for two seconds yeah all right uh one one more super so annoying oh yeah i guess also blizzard strayer isn't going to be the best in this team i just kind of forgot to switch at the end of the day though he is kind of just more there for element application of course if he does some decent damage with his burst and himself that's also good but um just kind of trying to show the utility here whenever we would ever get him to c6 and do god mode we'll definitely focus more on him i've also heard he and sean ling go pretty well together when you're using sciu you can kind of use saiyu to roll around and have all that stuff going on which is kind of what i was doing just with hazel instead it's kind of the same principle honestly swirling these two but again raising modes are
