- Hey, what's up guys. So it's been three days now
since the presidential election, we still don't have a clue who is actually gonna be president, it is still wildly up in the air, wildly up in the air. This is out of control but it looks like it is leaning towards a Joe Biden and
Kamala Harris Administration. In this video, we're gonna discuss and break down their gun
control agenda, so stay tuned. (bullet whooshing) Hey, what's up guys, Ryan
here with Tampa Carry. If you're brand new to the
channel, consider subscribing. You know, one of my favorite
things to ask in a class is I ask people, "Do you think the government is actually attempting to take away our right to own guns?" And you know, I'll get
some people that say yes, they believe the government
is trying to take it away. But there's also a decent
amount of people that say, no, the government is not
trying to take away guns. You know, I think that means
you're not paying attention. So I mean, looking at Joe Biden's website, I don't even think we
can do this in one video we might have to make
this in separate parts because there's so much stuff that this guy wants to do to
affect firearms in America. So number one, he wants to hold gun manufacturers accountable. You know what I find really fascinating this was brought up and they actually won in the Supreme Court, which
I think is absolute nonsense. During the Sandy Hook shooting, the manufacturer of that firearm, which I don't remember if it was a Colt or if it was a Bushmaster, but
Supreme Court basically ruled that some lunatic went into
this school, he had an AR-15, he shot and killed these people, and somehow the manufacturer of the gun is allowed to be sued in civil court because a lunatic used
that item inappropriately. You know, what I find
really stupid about this is that if a drunk driver
is drinking and driving, gets into a car accident, kills somebody, is it Chevy's fault that somebody
decided to drink and drive and use that vehicle in
an inappropriate way? It just seems like, you know, this is what's happening in our society just as a whole, right? The wrong people are not
being held accountable. It's not about holding the shooter accountable for their actions, it's about holding somebody who had nothing to do
with that act accountable. But what's also hilarious about it is if you remember the
fast and furious incident allowed ATF to sell guns to
the Mexican drug cartels, okay? So they allowed the guns to be sold, they said they were gonna stop these guns from getting across the
border, but they failed, the guns got across the border and one of these guns was actually used to kill a US border patrol agent. Now, did Eric Holder get
held accountable to this? Nope, but the gun manufacturer
got sued, which is nonsense. The next thing says that he
wants to get weapons of war off the streets. So this would be a ban on assault weapons, including high-capacity magazines, and he references like
Diane Feinstein in the 1994 when they did the Federal
Assault Weapons Ban which was an epic failure. More people died during active shootings towards the end of the
Federal Assault Weapons Ban than they did during the
beginning, it is comical. So he goes on to say that he
wants to ban the manufacture and sale of assault weapons
and high-capacity magazines. Okay, this is awesome, this is
what they say on the website. Federal law prevents hunters
from hunting migratory birds with more than three
shells in their shotgun. That means our federal law
does more to protect ducks than it does children. They must think we are really stupid, they must have such a very low opinion of the common American
to talk to us like that. Joe Biden will enact legislation to once again, ban assault weapons. This time bans will be designed based on lessons learned
from the 1994 ban. For example, the ban on assault weapons will be designed to prevent manufacturers from circumventing the law by making minor changes that don't limit the weapon's lethality. And let's talk about this, right? So they made the 1994 Assault Weapons Ban and they're basically banning weapons that have a muzzle break,
that have a bayonet lug, a pistol grip, a collapsible
stock, a detachable magazine, all that stupid stuff, right? And now what they're saying is they wanna prevent
firearm manufacturers from changing a gun that
still has the same lethality. And according to these lunatics, this would not be classified
as an assault weapon, but this is an AR-15, and an AR-15 is classified
as an assault weapon. Now they both have detachable mags, and they can both fire
the exact same cartridge at the same rate of speed
and general muzzle velocity. So why is one, and they're
both the exact same lethality, so why is one considered
so dangerous to society and one is not? Now, you're probably thinking to yourself, you probably own an AR-15
and AK-47, whatever, I've got lots of on behind me, which I'm probably gonna lose in some type of boating accident, what would happen to the
existing AR-15's, AK-47's that are already in America? Well, what Biden and Harris wanna do is they want to regulate these firearms under the National Firearms Act. Now, if you remember,
the National Firearms Act was passed in 1934 to regulate
so-called dangerous weapons that are not in common use at the time. And that's why they're not gonna succeed with this stuff right here, because the AR-15 is
the most common firearm in America today. Not to mention the fact
that the US Supreme court has already decided in the
Heller versus DC decision that all men ages 18 to 45 are considered to be part of the militia if they are able bodied. And one of the requirements for being part of the militia in America is that you have to be
able to provide the weapon in common use at the time,
if organized in the militia. So that would mean we
would need these guns. So if these guns did get
classified under the NFA, we would have to pay a $200 tax stamp, you would no longer be allowed to transport these firearms interstate, so across state lines,
without written permission from the National Firearms
Act Office of the ATF. You also would not be
allowed to just transfer or sell these guns anymore, you'd have to go through this big, long, 14 month long period to buy or sell one of
these types of weapons. But bad guys, you gotta remember, bad guys don't have to follow any of this. Bad guys are allowed to do
whatever they want to do because they don't follow the law. Next thing they say is they
want to buy back assault weapons and high-capacity magazines
already in the community. Let me ask you, Mr. Joe Biden, this rifle right here
cost me about $3,000. Are you guys gonna give me three grand? No, you guys are gonna
offer me like 100 bucks and you're gonna say, "Take the 100 bucks or
become a convicted felon." The next thing they wanna do is reduce the stockpiling of weapons. And this is one that really,
really pisses me off. So he says, in order to reduce
stockpiling of firearms, Biden supports legislation restricting the number of firearms an individual may
purchase per month to one. You know, this is really fascinating because is owning a firearm
a constitutional right, or is it a privilege that is granted to us by the government? You know, if you read what
the Founding Fathers believe, if you read the DC versus Heller case which I broke this all down in depth inside the Carry
University YouTube channel so I'll put a link right over here for you to check that out, but the US Supreme Court,
the Founding Fathers believed that our right to own and possess firearms was not granted to us by the government, and that, that right was not dependent on the Bill of Rights to exist. They believed it was an inalienable right, which means it was a
right granted to us by God that cannot be taken away. So imagine it like this. Do we have a right to freedom of speech? Yes, we have a right to say
whatever we wanna say in America with a few minor limitations. I want you to imagine what
Joe Biden is proposing with this one gun per month scam, it's kind of like our lives
we have freedom of speech but only for a certain number
of characters let's say 1,000. We can say 1,000 words,
whatever words we want, but then we are restricted
on what we're allowed to say. If owning guns is a constitutional right it is not up to you Biden of how many guns I'm allowed to buy, how many guns I am allowed to own, how much ammunition I'm allowed to have, it is my God-given right. But we all know individuals today, especially these lunatics
that are seeking power, they don't care about our rights. What they care about is power, what they care about
is putting their thumb on the necks of the little
man while they run over us. Next Biden promises that
he is going to keep guns out of the hands of dangerous people. Seems to be working in
Chicago, LA, Baltimore, you guys are doing a
really good job of that. So he said that the Federal
Background Check System is one of the best tools
to prevent gun violence but it is only effective when it is used. Biden will enact universal
background check legislation to close these loopholes that allow people who should be prohibited
from purchasing a firearm from making those purchases. So basically what he's saying is he's going to eliminate our ability to make a private
person-to-person firearm sale. So my son, I would not be
allowed to sell my son a gun. I would not be allowed to
sell any of my friends, any of you a gun, even though
I know you, and it is legal. He goes on to say that one in
five firearms that are sold are being transferred
without a background check, Biden will enact universal
background check legislation requiring a background
check for all gun sales. You know what you should also do Biden, you should make murder illegal, you should make cocaine illegal, you should make child
sex trafficking illegal because that will always stop a bad guy. He also goes on to say that he's gonna close
the boyfriend loophole, what the hell does that even mean? I find it really funny, so one of the governor
candidates here in Florida was calling, making up just random terms when he was running for
office last session, and I just find it interesting it's because they're talking to a base that doesn't have the knowledge to understand that this
stuff doesn't exist, so they just make up
things that sounds scary. What is the boyfriend loophole? I've never heard of it, I've been in the firearms
business for a very long time I have never heard of something called the boyfriend loophole. Next he says he's going to
reinstate the Obama-Biden policy to keep guns out of the
hands of certain people unable to make their own affairs, for mental reason, which Trump reversed. Here's one of the things
that I was really happy that President Trump did
when he got into office. You know I'm a veteran, I don't suffer from any
PTSD, but lots of guys do. One of the issues in
the veterans community is that we do not want to speak to anybody at the VA hospital, we
don't wanna talk to doctors about issues that they
may have had from the war, because they are afraid
of losing their right to own and possess firearms. And that's something that
Biden and Obama passed. So if veterans went in
there and they said, "Hey, listen, doc, you
know, I'm having dreams, I'm waking up in sweats, I'm
afraid," and stuff like that, those individuals can have
their firearm rights taken away. So the very people that
are out there fighting to defend our lives from terrorism are the people who are having their constitutional rights taken away. You know, in my opinion, if those individuals are
not a danger to themselves or to others, we should not be
stripping their rights away. We should be embracing those people and helping them get
the help that they need. I want veterans to be open and willing to talk about the
issues, and the thoughts, and the things that they're having because that's the only way they can actually get the help, right? But if we force these people to be afraid, listen I was at the VA and I
was going through some stuff and the VA doctor said, "You
can tell me what's going on." And I said, "I'm not talking to you. Okay, I'll hire my own person,
I'll talk to that person." She said, "Why is that?" And I said, "Because I don't trust you. I don't know what you're
gonna put in that document, I don't know you guys are
gonna seize my bank accounts, you guys are gonna put some attorney in charge of my affairs, you're gonna take my guns away. I'm not interested in dealing with you." That's a real fear that
lots of veterans have, and thank God President
Trump took that away, and Biden is threatening
to put it back on us. Next he says he wants to
close the hate crime loophole. Again, never heard of it, but let's read and see what he says. Biden will enact legislation
prohibiting an individual who has been convicted of
a misdemeanor hate crime, or received an enhanced
sentence for a misdemeanor because of hate or bias in its commission from purchasing or possessing a firearm. Okay, you know, I really
don't know what is classified as a hate crime in America, but okay. Next he says he wants to
close the Charleston loophole. The Charleston loophole allows people to complete a firearms purchase if their background check is not completed within three days. Now, let me talk about this. I bought a AK-47, the one that's
right there at the red grip I bought that about a week
ago just before the election, and as I was talking to
the owners of the gun store they said they have had a massive influx in people getting
conditional non-approvals when they're purchasing guns. So what that means when you're
buying a gun in a gun store, there's really only three options, three answers that the FBI can give, approved, denied, or
conditional non-approval. So conditional non-approval means there's something, they
need to do more research and figure out exactly who you are. Right now, I have had probably
two dozen students tell me that they have been in a
conditional non-approval status for over 30 days. Some of these individuals have been in a conditional
non-approval status for over 60 days. So it's basically, you know,
we don't wanna tell you no, because if they tell you no
you're allowed to appeal it so we're not gonna tell you no, we're not gonna tell you yes, we're just gonna leave
you in this limbo state. And honestly, in 2020 with
the technology that we have, if the FBI cannot look at your
records and give an answer of whether you're allowed
to have a gun or not, they need to fix
something in their system, that is not our fault, that is you having a
massive technology issue. Okay, here's an interesting one. Close the fugitive from justice loophole created by the Trump Administration. Because of the actions of
the Trump Administration, records of almost 500,000
fugitives from justice who are prohibited from
purchasing firearms were deleted from the
Background Check System. I've never heard that, maybe it's true, maybe
it's not, I don't know. Then Biden goes on he says that
he wants to end online sales of firearms and ammunition, why? I don't understand. So I bought another
rifle this week online, I bought it from a gun
store on the internet they are shipping it to a
gun store here in Brandon, and then I have to go fill out the background check
information and pick it up. What does that matter? We're following the law, we're getting the background check done, what does it matter where that
initial transaction starts? You know, a lot of brand new
gun owners, the anti-gun people they've got this false belief that comes from
politicians, just like this, lying politicians like this, that people can just order
a gun on the internet and have it delivered
straight to their house. I wish, but it's simply
doesn't work like that anymore. And it really hasn't since
like the '60s or the '80s, I don't know when that bill was changed it was either part of the Gun Control Act or the Firearm Owners Protection Act, but that has not existed
in a very long time. Next is to create an effective program to ensure individuals
who become prohibited from possessing firearms,
relinquish their weapons. This is basically a nationwide red flag gun confiscation law, which
is absolutely terrible. Get rid of due process, taking people's guns with
little to no evidence, and they seem to think that
it's just completely justified. They just don't care. Oh, okay, here's another one. Incentivize state extreme risk laws, okay. Give states incentives to set
up gun licensing programs. Pretty sure they already have that buddy. Biden will enact
legislation to give states and local governments grants
to require individuals to obtain a license prior
to purchasing a gun. Very interesting. It's very interesting that I
would have to go get a license to utilize my constitutional right. Why would I have to have a license, and get permission from the government to exercise a God-given right? He wants to stop ghost guns, so basically what that
means is buying a firearm that's like an 80%, so
it's not even a gun, and then an individual
manufacturing that gun on their own. We're allowed to do that in America, we're allowed to do it. What the hell makes
you think you can make, again, take away our constitutional right to be able to build a firearm on our own. So, you know, there's two
really big powerful statements that the Biden Administration has said or the supposed Biden
Administration has said. First, is Kamala Harris
made this statement about what she would do
in her first 100 days. - I will give the United
States Congress 100 days to get their act together, and have the courage to pass
reasonable gun safety laws and if they fail to do it, then I will take executive action. - You know, this is a real
possibility, she could do this, and you know, maybe it'll
get litigated in the courts and maybe it'll take a long time. But during that time, we
are gonna be fighting, we are gonna be scrambling
to defend our rights. The second major issue is
that Biden has promised to put this lunatic in
charge of gun control. - Hell yes, we're gonna
take your AR-15, your AK-47 we're not gonna allow it to be used against our fellow Americans anymore. - You're gonna take care
of the gun problem with me. You're gonna be the one
who leads this effort. I'm counting on you. I'm counting on you. We need you badly, the state needs you, the country needs you, you're the best. - You know, I owned a gun store during the Obama Administration, and during the Obama Administration less firearm crimes
were actually prosecuted by the Department of Justice
than any other presidency. We flat out caught a young woman committing a straw
purchase at my gun store. I had the audio, I had the video, I took the money payment from this person, I had her fill out the
4473, which she lied on, and I told this girl, I said, "What you are doing is illegal." And she said, "Nope, I'm not
breaking the law, whatever," and she continued. So we called ATF, we said, "Hey, listen, we got
a straw purchase here, we have lots of evidence." ATF never even came and picked
up any of this information. Why, because they don't care. Why, because they were
getting orders, in my opinion, from the upper echelon of the government not to enforce this stuff, because their goal is they want to create so much of a gun problem
by not enforcing the law that then it causes the rest
of the people in America to enact very, very strict laws, which once again, you knuckleheads aren't even going to enforce. This is a very dangerous
time in American culture, American gun culture. We have a group of individuals that very well likely
could win the presidency. And these people are after our rights to own and possess guns. They are after our rights
to defend ourselves and our family, from all
enemies, foreign and domestic. Why do they wanna do this? Why do they wanna take guns away? Now they're gonna paint it in the picture that it's to protect us. That's the exact same thing
as a German said to the Jews right before Hitler took
power and the Holocaust began. We need you to register your guns because we need to protect you. We need to take your guns, but we only want the police to have guns and we're doing it for your protection. This is the exact same
thing that happened in China with the Mao Zedong Dynasty, it happened in Italy
with Benito Mussolini, it happened with Joseph Stalin, it happened with Fidel Castro, it has happened over and over
and over again in society. Gun control is not about
protecting the people. Gun control is about doing one thing, it's about controlling people. In the US Supreme Court Heller versus DC, there's a very powerful quote
from our Founding Fathers and I have it inside of my book "Florida Concealed Carry Law" if you don't have a copy of this book yet, pick it up it's amazing. It says, "When the
able-bodied men of a nation are trained in arms and organized, they are better able to resist tyranny." I will not comply. We have to stand up and
fight for our rights to defend ourselves and our communities. We can not allow a tyrannical government to trample over us and take
away our God-given rights. Because if we do, America
will no longer exist, we will become a third
world socialist country which is not what any of us want. So let me know what you
guys think about this video down in the comments below, and until next time, keep
training and stay safe.
