will show you how to scale it so it's a goateed you know about that in workout so I've got some frozen snapper except for my favorites after all no it's my favorite and then I like purse and yeah so finally way to cook some steamed fish I'm solely starving fish like from every Friday my own credit card wallet um for a Friday nights picture with the chicky mode it's a reverse fish this ever so yay Oh finally or finally here so just stay tuned okay this is just vinegar in the water watch me you feel me any buying fish you have to look at the eye first if the eye does not look like is clear and shiny if it looks cloudy the fish is not good if you pierce the flesh like this and it doesn't bounce back it so this you know it's like bouncing back that means our fish is fresh and nice if you think your finger into the fish and it just stays there chances are the fish is not good this is already coated this is already scaled as well but still if you buy a fish already skinned uncoated I still have to go over it a little because sometimes that means the scales are right here so you can just take a knife you see six a few skills are still there and we're just going to clean out in here to my non Caribbean friends yes we eat our fish with our fish with the head still in contact but hey that's okay we can just clean out the insides right here it is you know safety this is shiny and nice I mean if you want to cut off the head you can go ahead rotate out of a problem I've been eating fish since I was in the womb so I'm fired it you see our flesh right here is nice and firm you know I was just going to kill you know this one again and then we're going to wash our fish for a second time it can also trim right here if you feel like it on your tail but as I said I don't have a problem in my fish like this we're gonna finish washing these and get to it [Music] okay so no matter fishes all clean we're just going to take that knife and put a couple incisions through our flesh so like this not too deep you know just get a little bit today you can put to put it on itself this is to just let the fish soak up the season you feel me and I you run all right take some paper towel I'm going to pet or fish dry so we can season it properly so Pat it dry I'm gonna take care of you I'm gonna take care of you babe I will take care of you yours are fish guys I'm just going to get to seasoning zaheer that's a monkey fish seasoning I'm gonna need a Latino guys seafood in general you know have its own unique taste we have some all-purpose to put oh it's a done deal and some pink Himalayan some black pepper I'm just going to carefully fried chicken also before we go any further I want to make sure so it season like in here absolutely don't wanna tell us then you know what you put away in your soul so yeah I'm gonna finish up blue but make sure you seize it in here okay guys you're just going to flip and repeat fish season I know all my veggies and everything already so no cross-contamination and this board is silly and consult I'm just carefully rub it in you don't want to get caught here I make sure you rub it in the creases in here because that's why I was sliced it right gently because fish this protein is very very delicate just make sure you you know feel safe our own here takes a mirror in here take time baby we get good if I had some color loop over the clean we have some pumpkin we have some Irish potato some carrots Maggie where's the sponge I owe some soup I couldn't get any fish tea so I'm gonna use this a can of steamed fish and Olaf Kaka's and okra which is rich in soluble and insoluble fiber this is our Walker look okra okra whatever you want to say so yeah we're ready fish T so the pumpkin I love to do hey it's still flavored stuck it will be fine I've always thought 19 which I turned my skillet on nothing isn't it to get the part and I'm just going to mix this stuff so the neck baking stuff because cooking is the fish is cooking a fish in like a little toss stuck right so we're just going to mix this old it's like 2 cups of water forget to add some more water and then I'm just going to add it to our pots you can see our party spoiling so just want to go in with our pom keen I've got a big smile so they can cook really quickly I'm just going to go eat our Irish potatoes I win and we're just going to cover this for ten minutes and so I guys approximately seven or eight minutes out cos and CEO or Fork just went through that piece of Irish it's just the pumpkin all right so the show can you can also add your occurs here guys but my of course that I'm using our stop so I won't you'll see it coming fish takes and it's anywhere between seven to twelve minutes to cook so I have to get all the veggies already and everything else so when we're putting the fish in the last two minutes everything put on Cory you see me we're going to leave to occur for the last these occur they're not very hard my father cooks on one weekend so I know that so I won't add them to like glass seven minutes are so like right after opening the fish a little bit boom watch flicks know everything ready and I said so now we're going to add our fish we're good at them here done to you we make way for the boss the boss make the way they fit I don't know we're just going to season our packs some pizza some onions I have some garlic here because we don't want the seasoning out of this you have some scotch bonnet pepper we know who didn't put it in at first because we didn't want it to like coat coat and get all getting color whose are it's gonna feel me unless all the flavors in the liquid so just put it so my own scotch bonnet pepper here you can go ahead and add some more salt and pepper but I wouldn't recommend it because you know which I need Elsie over here so before I come back guys we're just going to use a spoon take some of the liquid and put over the fish right a lot of people had to flip your fish I don't like to do it I just like to let it stay there and cook so just take a spoon and put some of this stock on top right and we're just going to cover it and leave it for a minute or so it's been about five minutes I'm just going to go in return across not just going to put the little bodies [Applause] so I tasted only through some strawberries and internal consult so just going to go you to that little bit like to be up over all right so we're seeing the finish line here so I don't know if you can see the eyes what it has gone a white unclouded that means that basically means our fish is cooked so flaky you see it's cooked stop crackers time if you've not learned anything today you should know that it cannot be minute the crackers it just cannot crackers here are skimpole funny like dig your chance you cannot and then no water you see me and then just wait to take somebody stuck again just look to some stuff look some stuff football cards I wonder in one of the book are fatigue but nice mellow so I'm not a two-minute not even probably also one already for the road ready for the road [Music] tidbit for today guys is finishing other seafood the bitter lime juice trust and
