500g minced meat (I used a mixture of pork and beef). Salt, black pepper, oregano, smoked paprika powder. 1 onion. Bunch parsley. 1 egg. 2 tablespoons sour cream. Form balls. 700g potatoes. Cook in salted water until tender. Drain the water and let it cool slightly. Bunch parsley. 1 egg. Make mashed potatoes. 2 tablespoons flour. Grease a heat-resistant form with vegetable oil. Combine potatoes with minced meat as I show. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180°C. ~ 100g cheese. Add cheese and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Chives. A great one pan dinner for the whole family!
