Disney's descendants was the smash hit of 2015 and now Disney Channel is bringing back the villain kids for descendants - feels like we never left actually fans everywhere have been wickedly waiting for this sequel but the movie is so much more for one very special super fan hey I'm Anna and I love descendants just like you Anna chaff cart has landed the role of a lifetime this is a dream come true for me I'm playing dizzy in descendants - it would make me so happy and now she's gonna give you an exclusive look behind the scenes with cast interviews and I lose it as dream and so say we're killing it an all-access pass on set with the cast inky brew of whatever this is all usable and directed Kenny Ortega wonderful [Music] and get a special sneak peak of the new film guys are gonna like it [Music] you we can do this cuz we're rotten it's been two years since legions of fans fell in love with the villain kids and the world of descendants magic like so many others thirteen year old and a calf cart was hooked from the start the first time I saw the sentence I loved it I watched it the night it came out and then I woke up the next morning and watched it all over again I can't get enough of it I started acting when I was around six I've never auditioned for anything Disney before I was so nervous for my audition because it was like the biggest one of my life I read two of the scenes from the movie that I was in and in it Evie was in that scene I was so excited just to imagine like Oh like actual Sophia Carson is in this scene so that was really cool a few weeks later they called me and told me I got the part I was just okay I was a fan just like anyone else and now I'm in the movie and it's totally a dream come true [Music] now that I've got my dream job I'm about to step on set with all my heroes welcome to the set of descendants - and my cast mates are just as excited to be back always like to be reunited with all the cast mates from last year it's like a family reunion yeah we're broke throws just being back as the characters you know being back in the aisles and Disney descendants they say mal Evie Jane Carlos are the children of Disney Villains movie on the alpha locks they're evil and wicked and they like it that way it's my nest a turtle girl but then the prince invites them across the water this is a momentous occasion a little bit over the top no more than a little bit to hang with all the Royals Yippity Boppity you know it and even if you think seem more than just a pretty face mostly about themselves I just really wanted to be proud of me after mal turns for mom from a dragon into a lizard it's decided I choose good you guys and descendants one the audience with us being happily in order but now six months later it seems things have changed sit the opening number of the movie called ways to be wicked and we poison them with poison apples it's such a cool way to start off the movie because it is such a huge wait what yes like this is exactly how I would imagine we would pick back up and it's this kind of like rock and roll moment we did a lot of stuff out on the lawn with like you know big armies of these like zombified auradon kids which was so much fun for me it's chaos madness and evil is ruling the world at this moment [Music] my hair character in sentence is EB she's very stylish and she drew unique and have her own thing I'm so excited okay here we go I have an opening for fitting up three who want sing perfect I'll take you late I love easy in this movie I fell in love with Evie the first time around I guys she was raised to believe that she needed a boy to give her happiness and the Soviet easing her dream she's a fashion designer she's a businesswoman would I look at you all I can think of this fake fur she designs everyone's wardrobe so she's in her element but she also designs her own wardrobe I am officially Evy she's so happy I was wondering if you liked the carrot cake last night I had the pumpkin pie oh cool hey guys I'm here on set with Cameron what do you like most about your character Carlos I like the fact that he's smart I think he's witty clever yeah yeah he's a little clever hey Carlos is starting to fall for girl check it out dude is my right-hand man yes a rating on my shoulder read a nice sort of look-alikes I'll make the puppy-dog face who look alike how do you notice their wardrobe matching clothes with your pets the dogs are the best actors clearly oh you got a do does it look like me you ready for us to steal your hearts again what do you like most about your character he's very physical athletic he's always in the sports I kick gays but here so he wishes chase evolution is definitely becoming an older brother figure he's a nicest person I've ever had to work with I think the BK's are closer than ever the friendship is stronger it's now a family really just having friends that are that close yeah yeah yeah have your back man boy I am so excited to be shooting descendants dude [Music] everybody always asks me what it's like to play an evil character music to my ears their fights I'm scaring the children we sort of start pretty early on with the drama everybody wants me to be this lady of the court and have no idea how to keep up the act there's never a moment where mal is just kicking it it's absolutely delicious this is one of the best interviews I've ever had you were killing it it's really weird being back here we'll get in and get out we're in the Isle of the Lost look at this place the biggest thing that people wanted to see from the first movie was more of the aisle and D 2 gives you will look at the L like never before it's got a grimy though yeah but that's what makes it awesome not all about hygiene you put that about character and adding to that character the day they're shooting on the aisle is pouring rain this would happen in the aisle and auradon it was sunny in the aisle it's raining and we're in a factory as grimy and gloomy as it is you guys are going to love what happens on the owl and descendants - keep your hands in your pockets unless you're stealing you either slouch or skirt I never ever smiled you see where Mel evj Carlos grew up and really special to kind of see it and to explore that world that's our cut when we come back are there new characters in attendance - no yes sonic hook son of Gaston in me it's time to meet the new vks the sentence - has some amazing new villains get cool you're gonna love them you look great you perfectly I'm over here yeah we were just talking about you [Music] Disney's descendants - takes us back to the Isle of the lost with all new songs incredible sets and a whole group of new characters hey I'm Anna Cathcart and I play dizzy in the sentence - I love Disney descendants and I'm living my dream on set with the villain kids I'm her biggest fan do you have any advice for me as a new young kid so I will say you need some more leather you need some cool hair use some cool makeup and I need an attitude I need to be more bad actually you just go like this and then go up and then look around you snap because you're cool we're so so excited until a piane anna as our new VK [Music] okay guys it's time to meet the new villain kids of the sentence - you could stick a tiara on a villain but there's still a villain and you can slap a pirate hat on but you're still shrimpy olma is the daughter of Ursula from The Little Mermaid plan and I wanted a sea pony my favorite she loves getting her way she's very sassy just like your mother Chyna McLean is an amazing person in real life I feel like OMA is a little bit misunderstood but she is also very maniacal what's my name what's my name is almost entrance it's crazy good news what's my name number [Music] this is all hands on deck calling out the lost boys and girls I'm getting tired of the disrespect we will stop the payroll the way yes she is very bad she is definitely the antagonist in this film what's my name what's my name I've just fallen in love with the musical numbers an over rehearsal what's Monday we have really gotten attached to all of the songs and all of the dances so that's been my favorite pie really like uma song good that's my speciality of hey Harry is new character he's obviously the son of captain pick he's adopted his father's his own he's very intense just like all the other villain kids are his character is amazing and he's so great awesome great so you're playing a pirate do you really like the embrace the pirate feel well lately my characters at my reg fit by the same time very confident why does regard is around [Music] you've got the first one so let me have my moment my character's name is Gaston and no my character's name is Gil son of Gaston my dad is quick flick and his neck is incredibly thick he's a little bit out of it sometimes he doesn't really know what's going on nothing with clever guy who must still keeps him around kind of like one of her sidekicks he's really funny who grabbed everything she wanted and left me nothing no she left you that sandbox and then she said that you could have this room I need you to stop talk son kids are definitely a little plan together Gil and uma and hair hate form the trio of evil there's one more new villain kid my character dizzy Dizzy's mom is Rosella who used stepsisters Cinderella and his sisters Anastasia so Dizzy's aunt is Cinderella and his grandma is Lady Tremaine who is the evil stepmother of Cinderella huh that's a big family tree she works in her grandmother's salon she kinda does the dirty work just like Cinderella but she has so many creative ideas in her that she wants to share with everybody is this too much or is this fabulous Tammy the glue gun I cannot ask for a better wardrobe for dizzy it's so cool I were a splatter paint dress and I have two little hair buns with different colored streets the costumes and makeup for the villain kids are so cool did he do this little does he shut up I know I'm like loving it there are over 1500 costumes in a sentence to 1500 and every single piece you see in this movie is custom made by hand OMA is very out there when it comes to how she looks when they were designing umas look they want her to look like she was dragged on the bottom of the ocean I think they nailed it the whole pirate crew has looked the designers called scallywag swag a costume designer carousel and is just fantastic she's really outdone herself this time that's me Carlos is back this movie mouth I was like 19 different changes they have mini magic mirrors which is pretty cool it's kind of like a 2.0 version of the old Evie I can't explain my clothes that well like a model show the beachy style wouldn't be complete without their amazing hair and makeup I am about to be transformed into Evie got some bobby pins in it some glues and tapes the braiding of my actual hair it takes maybe four hours but putting the wig on takes like five minutes Chad keeps fixing his hair it's gonna take all day a little good if you do like it all the time that's I know don't tell me to like go run this thing on we have decided to you guys on a little tour the world of a sentence - is such a magical place this is the market place everything just been to the last detail where she's fun to work with the sets are so amazing we're going back to the Isle of the Lost and you're seeing for instance you've never seen before I'm here in the Oliver loss right in front of Lady Jermaine's curl up and die this is amazing come check it out it has so much beautiful colour and I feel like dizzy spirit really brightens the place up if it was up to her mother and her stepmother it would be a very sad evasion yeah but dude she's just so happy and so full of joy and light that she really brings that energy in to curl up and I like curl up and die but so good this right here is a full blown full glass sword fight we've just started filming it's going down it's going down it's another level because it's not only dance and choreo is singing we learned how to fence weeks and weeks and weeks of rehearsal so much work and sweat and tears and messing up and you got this you got this you got this I trip every time I do that move - it's beautiful you wouldn't want it any other way that's the best part the second we call action the adrenaline just kind of goes up the roof and everything is just so amplified and so excited and the energy is almost electric because we've prepped so long and have waited for this moment for so long and to be here is really exciting there are so much happening in the sequence like sword fights and cool choreography I cannot wait for you next I'm taking you through my transformation into Disney and onto the set for my big scene I'm beyond excited [Music] okay describe your character in only two words help me come on you're like a turtle but in a good way but turtle you know what I'm walking away what is the best thing about working with director can here take your take penny Ortega is a Disney Channel legend Jane's great because he kind of connects with the kids and stuff and he has fun he's like a giant kid so it's awesome yeah it's always amazing to work with Kenny I feel so lucky this is where Kenny said he looks at all the shot and he gets to see all the magic come to life on the screen Kenny gave us a lot of homework five numbers in rehearsal at the same time happy director I grew up admiring him so much just work with Michael Jackson High School Musical he's such a legend and has such a beautiful vision Jesus and his two husbands only for over six weeks and now it's my turn have any advice for me as like starting off the acting this is one of the best jobs in the whole world so let yourself have a good time with it just enjoy being here right now like fly by it's just a crazy beautiful ride that you should be very excited to be a part of my big day started super early okay guys I'm here on set and I'm about to go through hair and makeup to turn into dizzy my dizzy do took about an hour it was really hard to sit there while they were doing my makeup I was so excited I've been waiting my whole life for this moment and it finally happens I'm so excited to share it with you going to sex here's a behind-the-scenes look at Dizzy's big scene so just like we imagined but they have closets you can walk if you haven't got into really what does Eve opens v's eyes up she goes back to the aisle which is like she's been scared to do for you oh how you come back and is he so thrilled and so excited you can take the girl out of the aisle just can't take the aisle out of the girl at least one of us had our dreams come true right [Music] [Applause] [Music] after months of planning and hard work the sentence - is finally wrapped and it's time to say goodbye the sentence - has a great message telling you that you don't need to label yourself you don't need to be one person you can be yourself and you can be who you want to be even if people are willing to accept you at first just being yourself will always be there we can choose a different life and that's such a powerful message we want to be the change in the world has to start with you and me [Music] the BK's are closer than ever you really rely on each other there she is outside cute [Music] [Applause] in this life what they have is the four of them and they're a family and they're in this together [Music] now you're adding on new characters who didn't care about as well descendants to has probably been the most fun project I've ever worked on I don't care where she says you have to see it we can't wait for you guys to see everything we've been without I can't wait for you guys to watch this film love you guys with all my heart I really hope you make a third one and a fourth one and you should watch the movie because it's gonna be really good if descendants one is this descendants - is this Plus that is the dream come true to be part of the students family walk away like this is crazy it totally blows my mind she nailed the biggest shot thank you - is really a dream come true for me [Music] [Applause] [Music] first question ready what are the names of the three fairies and Sleeping Beauty for we competing yeah oh I haven't you we're probably gonna answer them on first this time we're so in sync in Beauty and the Beast what a spells favorite hobby to read oh my gosh oh I shouldn't be allowed to play this game [Laughter] only three days to the world cotillion how does it feel to be the most envied girl in Oregon everybody wants me to be this lady of the court and have no idea how to keep up the act
