Italian MOB BOSS Incredible 1986 Custom Dream Mansion Left Completely ABANDONED

yo what is going on guys okay so for today's video I'm super excited to share this one with you obviously um it's a very much me style of house as you can probably tell by the title um so uh since I uh returned home and was able to do some digging around on this place um I'm able to share a little bit more of information about the place uh with you guys so uh and the video I say that the house was built in 1988 uh the house was actually in fact built in 1986. uh that information is directly from the city that the house is located in um it was only ever lived in by one family the house was kept in one family throughout its whole uh almost 40-year life the land was originally owned by Farmers nearby farmers and in the early 80s 1983 they sold this parcel of land to this Italian family to build this house and the house was completed in 1986. so I'm not really sure why there's windows in the house with 1988 is the date I don't know maybe the the windows from two years prior were broken from something or if there was an issue obviously I I have no idea um but that's the deal with with this house so 1986 built an Italian family lived here with um pretty interesting shady past um and that's that's it um I don't really know why though I wasn't able to figure out why the house is boarded up as it is now it's really confusing because typically when a house is bought out for uh Redevelopment it'll be bought sometimes boarded up sometimes not but the fact that the power's still on is what really confuses me and usually when a developer buys a house they cut the power right away there's no there's no point to keep the electricity on because it's never going to be lived in again it doesn't matter the house is going to be demolished so I'm really really confused about that um and uh yeah it just just interesting so the house I think you guys are gonna love this place uh super 80s uh high-end luxury house for its time um I think my favorite feature of this place was definitely you'll see the Scarlett O'Hara style staircase uh absolutely beautiful but I don't want to spoil too much for you guys um so I hope you guys enjoyed this video I tried not to rush through it um you know I try to stay calm and chill and just uh you know get through it explore through it uh and show as much as I could uh so I hope you guys enjoy it um lastly I just want to say uh thank you for your support as of late on everything else as a per usual um we're uh so close to a hundred thousand subscribers which to me is absolutely incredible you know when I um when I started this uh YouTube channel well technically I've had this YouTube channel for nine years now but I haven't posted I I've always just had it made and I would just watch other videos I didn't start making videos until I think it was uh the end of 2019 I think it was so um you know it's been uh about three and a half years I think let's say that I've been um uh doing it like this so when I when I started it you know I never really expected it to to to you know grow into what it is today and I I'll forever be grateful for for every single one of you guys so um just want to say thank you again for that uh we're closing in on 100K I think we're at Jesus I checked I think it was 99.2 I think so that's pretty awesome less than 800 away so that's that's exciting for sure but uh well obviously we'll celebrate and and and whatnot when that time comes so uh thank you guys so much for everything um but anyways uh other than that that's all I have wanted to say was give you a little information on the house you're about to see just have a you know just a big thank you as per usual and um show some appreciation so that's it guys I hope you enjoyed this video uh if you do don't forget to drop a like leave a comment down below I love checking out your comments reading your comments and uh hit subscribe if you haven't yet if you're new to the channel so uh without further Ado let's hop right into this Explorer and I'll catch you guys inside what's going on explorers okay so we got a house here um have not been inside yet big house all I know is it was built in 1988 and we're here to explore it so pretty short basic intro nothing's crazy so let's keep it that way and let's go check this place out Okay so we've seen to um kind of way in here so you come in this door here this little side door and look at this tile that's pretty 80s like I said the house was built in 88. I got a garage as you can see for whatever reason the power still works for some reason somehow no idea because this place is boarded up and it has vandalism so explain that one to me is that open let's just go is it not open maybe it doesn't open no it doesn't open okay um so we're in the garage here obviously big three-car garage but weird to me that the power works like so weird um I brought my light but I don't think I'm gonna need it because oh I guess it brightens up darker areas but like for the most part it you know pretty well lit what is that oh a little pool Kitty pool that's the garage that we can yeah let's just go this way I guess actually where does that door go you know what let's just get the basement done with first you guys know I hate this let's just do it first oh cubby or storage I don't know like how long this has been abandoned or anything oh wow this is 80s how lay hmm blonde wood yeah this could definitely fit in as one of the houses that were in that abandoned neighborhood I explored which by the way I still have many of those to post so you don't want to stay tuned for those is a pretty 80s bathroom eh there's blue tile underneath this rug you can kind of see it by the toilet oh you can see there's like vandalism and stuff in here so the fact that the power still is on it's weird filtration stuff is there a pool or something this is these are like water pumps for like a pool maybe there's a pool outside now this like I said in the intro this location is courtesy my friend James some of you may know him on YouTube um as static spaces so shout out to my buddy James for this one without him we wouldn't be exploring us today other storage area like the dark oak that's cool yeah look at these floors pretty cool 80s tiling almost old chair now with some basic research I was able to find this house was never sold it was well an original owner who lived here um that's all I know about it so far as of it's recording so could be more to find out I guess I guess I'll find out deep freezer oh gross it's old though cold spot furnace or the old alarm system box underneath the stairs obviously here steps number 10 9 see there 9 10 8 7 that's weird maybe they were numbering them so they knew what piece to put where when they were building the staircase I don't know well I went into this though same with every house you know but a lot more goes into a house building and then people understand especially a house of this size it's a lovely staircase instead of the curved railings yeah so that it would be called a Scarlett O'Hara staircase oh there it is above that's awesome I haven't I haven't seen upstairs yet so it's gonna be a surprise for all of us stove McClary never heard of that brand 535 the time stopped at this one yeah second little kitchen here that was destroyed but it was there oh look at this wreck space rec room I'm starting to think maybe this isn't vandalism it's just copper thieves ripping out walls for like copper piping and stuff we've been like a gas fireplace probably there or a wood burning stove or something this old furniture is kind of neat it's not creepy yeah it's different for the copper because the kitchen is probably above here I would imagine the kitchen's at the back of the house but I don't know shutters could have been like an officer a spare room or something spare bedroom and then you have some oh wow is it massive a laundry tub down here some pump there and there's your laundry tub don't think that was actually the main laundry area but and then that let's go outside because it's a nailed shot it's back okay so that's the basement usually I hear this last but unlike the stairs were there might as well just do it Get It Over West all right I guess we could go up these what the hell holy wowza foreign very light Dusty pink I forgot a sock I can't believe the power's on this is where we started kind of a cool design those stairs are not straight see them on an angle interesting good closet tile looks familiar some of you will know what I'm talking about deja vu holy bathroom this is 80s bathroom wow that's awesome that is awesome I'm gonna guess that the power isn't working here because all the light bulbs are smashed again this would have been cool gray toilet God blue paint very cool what's up guys got the Depeche Mode shirt to match the uh era of the house double door at the front here nice and there's your main staircase that's beautiful holy crap eh that's just stupid vandalism that's old there's the doorbell what are you doing down there French doors nice old picture of what is that cat yeah yeah I love cats that's that's cute but that's just stupid like you can just see the footprints they're trying to just kick the walls that's just stupid oh my God I got a cowboy in my eye and it's all itchy so it's probably like family room there I guess and then this oh living room there's a fireplace wow that's not creepy does that shut off that is so creepy nice fireplace holy big kitchen would have been your main living room here's your yeah your Main Kitchen I guess okay obviously it's it's absolutely massive walk out to the deck obviously that's boarded off but this is huge broken glass though jeez massive gotta be careful with what I show here in these notes I'm sure there's no address oh there's an address on that one yeah I better not do that then it's just personal stuff anyhow I'm reading here on a piece of paper that someone's hourly rate on March 1st of 2005. will increase to 310 dollars per hour 310 dollars an hour in 05 and I'm only coming over here because I think I missed something I could see through the wall yeah 310 dollars an hour that is insane I had to show that see through the wall here this so I'm like wait a minute what is that 310 an hour man holy sane like three six nine so I'm like three and a half four hours you made over a thousand dollars that's insane it's like a day oh wow wow no wonder they had a house like this geez jeez at that rate you could live in the damn Bridal path that's that's insane I'm genuinely like what the f trying to get every angle of this I think I've stood at this angle 10 times now but anyways broken glass everywhere oh this is the dining room obviously right off the kitchen look at this that's pretty it's pink in here too yeah this is very much an 80s house French doors cut out wall looking for copper probably this would have been a nice big window here I can get over 300 310 dollars of an hour my God what was the old DSC alarm that's wow that's really old okay I definitely won't need my light up here there's no boards or anything and it's a sunny day holy master bedroom [Music] wow what's up guys that's all broken and see all the glass everywhere toilet video shower tub and only a single thing not really room for a double sink but very nice put a nice vanity there probably yeah let's see where it was built in guys walking closet I think the coolest part about this to me is that the power's still on that's crazy like a house that's like this beat up and like boarded up like why is the power still on it's just it's insane to me big bedroom oh it's got the uh intercom of course it does wow I was a wow that's beautiful it's just missing a big chandelier but I guess it was either the Skylight or the chandelier uh she could have put it like here I guess you got this little one here that's kind of nice but not you know the nicest thing in the world that's really nice I love The Landings like this stick the bridge across the stairs that's cool what do we got here another bedroom with pink blinds I don't know if it's showing up on camera but they're pink he tried to break that wall but tough guys weren't strong enough I guess they can only do the weak walls in the middle of the house not the exterior walls nice bedroom with a nice sized closet you have a door to the end the landing there you have a door out to the main hallway a good sized closet pretty sweet pretty sweet deal whoever got this room because I got the door out to The Landing I'd want this one I think pending it's the biggest one which I guess we'll find out power working here no all right I don't know why there's a board on it it's weird yeah gray toilet but hey bidet that's not in the master that's shocking gray toilet or tub and also a gray toilet that tile work is incredible bright very very faint pink walls it looks white on camera but it's pink yeah yeah look at that I think you nabbed all the copper there they got it there like that's that's 100 why I think most of this damages like it is there's a closet we're gonna open or rather close this big closet to go in here and we got stuff what do we got here shut my light off Carlton Cards the date in 1883 oh look at this film cool I wonder if that was in here probably then again that one card is 83 is the date on it says didn't exist at 83 so you can see big property in the middle of nowhere don't know what they're doing with it why it's a band and I know nothing of that usually I know but I don't know what the deal is with this another bedroom copper cut out there that's the master bass on the other side of that wall they're all like decent sized bedrooms have you noticed that oh it's broken to right outside isn't it yeah oh well not a bad spot pretty cool guys I think that's it though so again shout out to James for this one uh static spaces you probably know him as um pretty awesome spot it's definitely what the uh some of the exploring Community might call an Ethan house so we got this uh sun room here pretty big wow nice uh full lengths in the back here we got skylights that's pretty nice that's really nice all boarded up that would have went into the kitchen here and then that would have been the living room at the fireplace three skylights I love this brick this color of brick it's so nice these are interesting blinds huge cool really cool all right guys so it does it for that one um hope you enjoyed I know I certainly did um it is still a lot in here I'm sorry [Music] um yeah fun one this is my type of place to explore I love these
