It Snowed at Tokyo Disneyland! ❄️

good morning from a snowy and a little bit rainy Tokyo Disney Resort so I wasn't expecting to make a video about the snow at Tokyo Disneyland so that's what we're doing it snowed last night as you can see here there's still snow and I thought well if the snow sticks then I am going to head into the park and the snow seems to be sticking for now it's drizzling a little bit so it's going to start washing away but I thought why don't we show you around the park Disneyland and seeing how the day goes I might pop over to Disney sea as well it rarely snows here at well Tokyo Disney in like the Tokyo area when it does snow uh it typically just falls to the ground and then turns to slush or turns to rain so this is very rare that it's sticking the last time I remember it dumped this much was maybe 2014 a decade ago and that was a lot of snow a lot more than what we're seeing today like it completely shut down Tokyo I remember it took me 4 hours to get home when I used to live in central Tokyo or Western Tokyo took me 4 hours to get home from Tokyo Disney yeah it was like a complete mess T doesn't seem as bad but yeah I really did not plan this video at all so we're just kind of going off a whim here it's about 3 2 3° C outside and we're going to pop over to Disneyland and check out the snow and see see what the situation is so I'm walking over to Disneyland I walked from over there I was the sign the Tokyo Disney Resort sign that you saw is that way that's the Disneyland Hotel I walked over here cuz I wanted to see the sign as you can see there's snow down here they've been uh pushing it to the side shoveling it which is nice because you know snow gets very slippery it's not fun so it is about 5 minutes to 9: the park opens at 9: and the line's not too bad this is really considered the low season right now because you know it is snowy well not snowy sorry I I I lost my train of thought I have like a million thoughts going through my head right now um cuz it's cold it's a cold time of year yeah um for the line here I've been seeing it a lot on social media people are posting this and they're getting all freaked out about it like this isn't bad but I've seen it worse um reason why this line that I'm in right now is usually pretty long is because there's security down there and that's what the holdup is once you get through security it's not that bad yeah it's a the security is the the choking Point here so just to let you know so you don't uh stress yourself out cuz I've seen a lot of people stress about it and even if it is busy the lines here are pretty organized so just follow what everyone else is doing and you'll be fine oh this wind is not nice yeah I don't know how well this uh or how long the snow is going to last here but we'll see get inside got their security no problem and just look at the snow here so it's 9: and it looks like they just opened the park cuz you know usually they open the park early but because it's typically slower they'll probably open it at 9: or 9 or 850 or something but sometimes during busier times like weekends they say the park opens at 9:00 like officially on the website but then they'll open the park at yeah like maybe 8:00 8:15 8:30 8:45 it just really depends on the day and that's one of those things that they don't really advertise they just kind of do it so you know just always get here early you never know a trick is if you're staying at a Disney hotel they will have the early entry and the day before you'll get your early entry ticket and it'll tell you when the park opens so if the park if they're planing to open the park at 8 a.m. for everyone they're going to let you in at 7:45 and they'll stay on the ticket anyway that's enough me info dumping let's get into the bark but we got inside and yeah the mini floral arrangement is covered in snow that's really cute the rain is uh starting to come down so as I mentioned I don't I don't know how long it's going to last it's always really busy in the world bizarre first in the morning cuz everyone is rushing to get somewhere mostly beating the Beast or this photo op here with Minnie's bow for the mini wonderful event good morning you look cold are you cold [Music] s oh can we get a picture together yeah okay like this okay thank you oh thank you I got those bye a lot of the characters are out right now which is awesome we got take her and piget over there and I think Clarice is uh over here too hello how are you good strong your feet must be cold as Samu so cold can we get a picture together really quickly okay yeah yes right here a thank you okay thank you how do have those IM [Music] bye-bye I told them that his feet were cold [Music] so the trick with the characters is there's there's not really a line you just kind of have to sort of get their attention so just you know just stand around and eventually they will they will get to you yeah usually these are like free-for-all so just kind of it's it's nice and orderly usually hi Clarice how are you are you cold s s just can we get a picture together yeah okay [Music] okay thank you thank you a bye oh oh sticky how those I got a picture so for a lot of the character greetings they'll have the roaming ones here usually in the morning and then in the afternoons so you just kind of have to come back and check yeah anyway I want to go see what's left in the snow and we have the partner statue here it's covered up with the snow down there you can still see some blankets of SN that's [Music] nice let's head on over to the hub [Music] area also I'm getting cold I want something warm to drink I think cast members are busy shoveling the snow to get rid of it so I wonder if any of the parades are going to happen we'll have to wait and see might be a modified like rain version I'm happy I can actually get a video of this last time I couldn't cuz there's just way too many people this is for min's Thunderland if you haven't watched that video make sure you go and watch that it's like this Runway up to the decoration that's up there I really like this H the [Music] wind that blanket of snow is perfect it's the perfect contrast with the very bright blue and pink color here's the centerpiece for min's Funderland there's a long line still for this I'm not going to wait in it you can see some snow here you know what let's check out some of the weight times I'm going to walk around check out the weight times cuz it seems pretty quiet here slush slush slush it always makes me feel so cold when I see snow and water that isn't Frozen yet walking into tomorrow line here o we can see snow on Space Mountain AST blasters is at 45 minutes that's a long time for Astro blasters we got Space Mountain there and remember it's closing it's last day is July 31st and it's closing for a long time well this version is actually closing forever they're R doing it like completely rebuilding it apparently cuz that's going behind and that's going to open it sometime in 2027 so uh get your rides in while you can maybe I'll do that today so I rarely ride this to be quite honest I rarely do and 90 minutes never mind I'm not waiting 90 minutes all right well the crowds seem light but uh the we times do not okay I guess everyone doesn't really want to be out like outside I guess roaming about I I really don't know what is Baymax at happy ride with Baymax it they are it is I'm having a hard time speaking today uh 60 no oh 60 yeah it's only 60 minutes okay well let's go and check out what beating the Beast is at beating the Beast is a 120 minute wait 2 hours that sounds about right that is pretty with the snow look at that all the snow on there or at least what's left of it very authentic theming right I want to look at the forest theater over here snow I've never seen it with snow on it that be that'll be cute ow the umbrella just got caught in the wind and smacked me right in the face one of these days it's going to hit me really hard and it's going to break my glasses my glasses are actually [Music] wooden this is pretty ooh this is very pretty look at [Music] that ooh got a forest theater over there all the snow on the top [Music] oh that's very pretty even it's just like the subtle snow you know add nice texture although I wish it would stop raining that'd be nice [Music] nice and quaint this was actually supposed to be the Fastpass distribution area but they never used it you can see the machines over there they've never been used cuz there's no fast passes when everything reopened in [Music] 2020 I'm trying to go over the music so I don't get [Laughter] hit good old to [Music] town bunch of Snows piled up here in front of who's honey hunt I forgot that PO honey Hunt is down for refurbishment currently such a wonderful attraction I know if you've been watching for a while or have our guide books or read our website you know that I always gush about this s cuz it's so good oh my goodness what is that that was probably a Mickey at some point yeah usually cast members will make little snow mickys or something with the snow always go inside Pooh's corner for the gift shop cuz it's really cute I'm I'm showing you the snow up there yeah the crowds are very light today but for whatever reason the wait times are not at least the ones I've looked at so far it's a small world as 5 minutes what a stark contrast right I mean beating the Beast is a really good ride also it doesn't help that uh Pooh's Honey Hunt is currently not up and I think Haunted Mansion is also still down find out when we walk up here so having some major attractions you know down for referment also doesn't help wait times cuz you know there's less places for people to go yep Haunted Mansion still closed they're switching over from The Haunted Mansion holiday nightmare The Nightmare Before Christmas Version back to the normal version so a lot of snow up there little bit not too much I always find it interesting just seeing snow on these things that you just typically don't see snow like really you'll see snow here Paris and Shanghai never snows in Hong Kong California and uh Florida you know you're not going to see snow really well definitely not in Florida California I don't no I don't think so very rare I believe I don't know someone correct me I I'm not too sure with California but I KN I know California stays relatively warm throughout the air oh and Peter Pan is down okay yeah Peter Pan is also close for refreshment okay that the higher weight times are making more sense cuz this is usually pretty high as well so yeah there's a lot less places for people to go okay that makes sense let's go check out Splash Mountain Splash Mountain ISR currently at a 35-minute wait there is no way I'd be riding Splash Mountain you usually don't get too wet on this one but in this weather absolutely not we are we are not doing that m [Music] m it is pretty with the snow on it though I'm quite hungry I have had a small breakfast because I was hurrying to get here so let's uh get something to eat I'm hungry I mean it's not a t expor video without me eating something right you can see snow on the tracks [Music] here well it looks like Big Thunder Mountains not up right now she's saying there's a system issue but you know what we're going to do we're going to go for the old classic Hungry Bear cuz you know what I want some warm Curry to warm up my soul and we are not sitting outside absolutely not we are not doing that we're going to sit inside I love hungry bears so much let's go let's go let's go I'm sitting not in the main dining area there's a building off to the side and there's like nobody here so I got my pork katsu curry delicious and cheese I think if you watched previous videos I've gotten this quite a bit actually this is one of my go-to meals it's just it's so delicious and it's so warming especially on a day like today now do I think this is the absolute best curry in the world no I do like cocoa Curry which is a restaurant in Japan here which is delicious but inside a theme park this is pretty good get that cheese all nice and melted look at that yum yum yum yum I didn't see it on the menu I think they got rid of the hot sauce cuz they used to have some hot sauce they're doing that for a little bit where they would charge extra for some hot sauce cuz I would like this to be a little spicy cuz it's not spicy even though they ask you like do you want mild or spicy and it's usually it's sweet or has like a little bit of spice but not really I got um hot rulong tea cuz that it's freezing [Music] out can't wait to dig into [Music] this always delicious there's a little bit of spice in here I I just would I would prefer a lot more ah that Curry hit the spot now this looks like it's Donald I think I see that cu the little hat on the top I think that's Donald Big Thunder Mountains back up but I'm not riding it in the rain absolutely not that is not my idea of a good time Good Old Country Bears complete with snow country bear theater as I mentioned in my last video ours is still the former version and there is no plans that I know of that they're going to be updating this or anything so yeah you want to see the classic country bears come to Tokyo Disneyland here in Adventureland yeah a lot of the snow everywhere seems to be just pushed to the side understandable you can see the snow on top with the the roofs there it's starting to rain more don't care for that cuz it is cold oh we got some frozen fruit down over [Music] there I just saw there was a long line for the restaurant there there's uh it's Ramen so nice and warm on a cold day like today China Voyager that's the name I'm pretty sure the parades will probably happen today they'll just do the rain versions just as long as the wind doesn't pick up I think they'll do the rain versions of the parades I don't think it's going to start snowing again the forecast was saying it was supposed to be snowing but um I think it's a little little too warm for it to snow but I'm still happy that I get to come here and share this with you so you can kind of see what it looks like in the snow cuz like I mentioned it's a it's a rarity for it to stick around this long oh I want to head over to the perfume shop because I'm out of the hand lotion there's a particular brand of hand lotion brand I guess well it's Disney branded it's aliceon Wonderland and it's my absolute favorite hand cream and I've been out for a little bit and I've been meaning to go buy some so I'm going to head head on over there now it's in like the New Orleans area so while we're walking over there I just want to remind you wonderful explorers that are watching that are 2024 guide books for Tokyo Disney Resort and Universal Studio Japan are coming out very soon I know I said that in the last video but they are coming very soon we're putting the finishing touches on them we're so close to being done they released a whole bunch of Fantasy Springs information especially on the hotel so we're scrambling to get that in the book because there's a lot of information and it's a for Disney C and head on over there to check out what's left for snow over there cuz I think if I wait any longer it's going to wash away so I'm going to to pop on over to Disney C also we'll take the monreal so we can see the snow around the resort and uh see the construction for Fantasy Springs cuz that is opening on June 6th so you know what let's [Music] go bye Marie bye Clarice oh Pluto's here so uh for a tickets I I bought mine right through the app I did it like just 5 minutes ago there's plenty available so you can buy your tickets right through the app um a lot of cards should work now I've been hearing a lot of people telling me that their credit cards have been working cuz Tokyo Disney Resort website has been notorious for not uh working with all credit cards so I would try the website first with your credit card see if it works hopefully it does if it doesn't I do recommend the card wise and actually that's what I use today because my Canadian credit card still doesn't work uh um yeah I use the wise card and it works perfectly fine with the Tokyo Disney Resort app I'll put a link in the description you can sign up for that and it's really good for traveling and stuff cuz I use it when I'm traveling to Hong Kong and China and stuff it just makes paying for things a lot easier remember when I came in first thing in the morning there was people everywhere yeah that's just the morning rush now it's cleared out here so usually on really nice days this is where the characters come out but because it's raining and stuff they were inside the world bizaar but we're going to go through the exit here I'm going to get my hand stamp in case I want to come back I really wish they had annual passes back I'm not a big fan of having to buy full day tickets and stuff normally I would buy a evening ticket um but I don't want to wait that long for that so as you just may have figured out you can buy multi P one day tickets for the two parks cuz there's no park hopper option so if you want to hop between the parks you're going to have to buy separate one-day tickets or if you want to wait later you can buy a evening ticket and save yourself some money so there you go that's my little tip for you today um yeah I got two one day tickets that's what I did so you can come back just make sure you get your hand stamped you can't really see it it's like a black light stamp so they're going to check with a black light so even if you wash your hand um they should still be able to see it just don't you know purposely wash this part of your hand in case it does come off completely cuz they they will check and they'll also check your Park ticket as well so keep that in mind I just want to say thank you so much for being here I never in a million years snow there at the Tokyo Disneyland hotel what I like about the monitors here on the Tokyo Disneyland monreal is uh you can see where the Montreal is so you can see The Orange Box blinking there so that means it's at Resort Gateway station and it's about to leave and there's another one that just left Bayside Station I love transport in Japan it's so wonderful especially for me coming from Royal Canada where you have to drive everywhere public transportation is just you know not it there the resort plan is now arriving please stay clear until the gates have open here comes the mon rail come here last night but the windows were so fogged up I couldn't see anything so we're coming up on Bayside Station I should be the next English voice announcer bside station please disembark here for the Tokyo so you can see the construction oh they started the construction for the Space Mountain so they're definitely rebuilding it you can see it right there that is awesome look at that ooh yeah that is cool so you can see where space Mountain's going wow when it comes all the way back here what are the what are you what are you guys up to huh H interesting and here we have Fantasy Springs which opens officially on June 6th 2024 it's been a long time for this expansion and I am excited I didn't get a vacation package because the dates I wanted sold out really quickly so I'm going to try for the hotel only when it opens in a couple of days but this is the hotel the hotel is basically split into two there's the fantasy side and the grand chatau side Grand chatau right over there you can see that's like their luxurious wing and then here's like the regular Hotel still pretty expensive it's like 60,000 yen to start and then this starts at like 300,000 Yen or 30,000 yen 30 yeah 30,000 yen [Music] sanant here we [Music] go that is definitely the Peter Pan ride without a doubt and there's Tinkerbell and Frozen and there's uh Tangled as well o it looks like it's coming along I am really looking forward to this it's going to be uh I I I don't know how to put it without uh using profanity it's going to be difficult to get in I think it's just going to be very busy cuz you have to get Disney Premiere access or standby pass for the attractions to even get into the land so you're not going to be able to just freely walk in the land into the land for the time being once it opens and that's for regular day ticket guests if you're staying at the Fantasy Springs Hotel you can come and go from the new area as much as you want which that's how it should be if you're paying that much for the hotel and then guaranteed entry into Fantasy Springs comes uh with this one special one- day ticket that you can buy when you're staying at the Fantasy Springs Hotel so yeah I have that all explained on the website so I'll put a link in the description for you uh there's there's a lot to go through oh I love love this yeah there's not a lot of snow left but something not for me is not so much oh I was hoping there was going to be someone not promethus that's okay we'll still walk around and see see what we can [Music] find and you can see Toy Story is all covered up cuz that's also closed for [Music] refurbishment and I love when they do this the pylons traffic cones witch's hat whatever you call call them what do you call them pylon I call them pylons I think in Australia people call them witches hats witches cones still got some snow left I love when people W I keep hitting the window exit to the left okay I will exit to the [Music] left [Music] [Music] when you get off the Montreal don't rush down there's a beautiful photo spot right here you can see right into Tokyo Disney SE and this is also really good if you don't have a ticket for Disney C you can ride the Montreal and just come here and just look into the park truth be told I do that sometimes I just come here and just listen to the music and that is the beautiful hotel meor Costa right inside Tokyo Disney SE so Tokyo Disney SE is going to have two hotels inside the park one on each end how Wild is [Music] that okay let's head inside made it inside lot of the snow on the top that was there last night is all melted or washed away I love this theme park I've been coming here for a long time my first visit was in 2010 and I never grow tired of this park I mean the last little while it's been I'll be honest lacking a little bit in terms of entertainment cuz this park is known for its entertainment but the last few years it's been kind of severely lacking but there is no denying that the design of this park is is topnotch Pinnacle of theme park design in my opinion I'm sure once Fantasy Springs opens um we'll start seeing entertainment maybe go back to what it used to be I hope so cuz I love this park so much look look at this entrance how could you [Music] not oh they the greeting happening yeah it's the rain version of the greeting yeah so I think a lot of the entertainment is just going to be the rain [Music] version Oh that was very short all right we hope you enjoyed let's celebrate with hel due to weather conditions this performance was presented in an alternate version by alternate they mean they zipped around tce and then I mean fair enough it's raining so I just saw there's people on the balcony there that's oano which is the buffet inside Tokyo Disney sea so it looks like they're allowing people that are in the buffet back out to watch performances that was like they weren't allowing that for the longest time since 2020 so that's good to [Music] see all right uh which way do I want to go uh you know what let's go right let's go right and see see what we can see with snow could you imagine if it ever got cold enough that this water would freeze that actually be pretty terrible if that ever happened but just imagine this like all frozen over that'd be wild so they've added vending machines to pretty much every area area at Disneyland and Disney SE always so well themed I just want to check what the wait time for soaring is because soaring is always a high weight time it is at 120 Minutes I mean the queue is absolutely gorgeous it is easily the best out of all the so rings and our ending is unique everything else is the same as the other the other ones so I'll let you decide if you want to wait for it or not the serious Island's probably going to have the most snow if there's any [Music] just cuz there's a lot of little nooks and crannies as you can see where snow can accumulate and stay for a little bit even after all these years I'm still in awe of just how welld designed this park is like I know everyone wants to come and do all the attractions and whatnot which you should 100% but I implore you to just take your time and just appreciate all the fine details throughout this park cuz there's so many people put in so much work into this park and it really shows like this open in 2001 and of course it was in development way before that too and Timeless that's all I can say it's Timeless oh they have some of the walkway all blocked off interesting okay it looks like they're clearing the snow uh you know what snow would have been falling off that's probably why that makes sense you can see some snow not not too much yeah a lot of it's being washed [Music] away ah 20,000 Leagues is also down there's a system issue again either way it's gorgeous gorgeous in this area ooh volcania just ate Chris you just ate I know but I can always eat those of you at home you've you've seen my videos you see how much I eat in the day yeah some snow snow on [Music] there not too much though you know what a good idea will be getting on that the trans and steamline and going around the park ooh we're going to do that because I am lazy today it's just cold and I'm I'm just being lazy yeah they're cleaning up the snow there Journey to the Center of the Earth is also down they're saying uh system Jose which is like system issue or something wonder if it has to do with the the weather I'm not sure cuz usually rain doesn't uh affect outdoor attractions here so uh not sure anyway we're going to walk around to let's go to Arabian Coast let's go there you know I have my own built-in filter oh oh the FR for me is [Music] erupting perfect [Music] timing in the evening if it erupts you'll notice the lights will start flickering and stuff like a minute or two before it starts to actually erupting which is such a fun little detail come on you can do it warm us up with your lava please can hear the rumbling okay wa did I miss it no good enough okay fine I guess not watch as soon as I leave they will it'll it'll erupt look at the stuff isn't it neat I could be a singer so we're heading to Mermaid Lagoon here of course the inside it's all indoors so you know no snow but it'll be nice Refuge from the the cold but we got snow all along the sides here I was hoping to see some snow on top of here I guess I missed it oh there's still like some like there we go I'll take every little bit I can get and remember what I said about taking it slow yeah come and just look at all the detail here look at this that's [Music] gorgeous some really good detail there but daddy I love him yeah Eric is down there the statue that's a play area down there as I mentioned this is a nice Refuge from the elements no matter the time of the year summertime it's nice and cool in here during the winter it's nice and warm [Music] today is a very casual video as you can tell I did not plan this I usually plan out my videos pretty well today I am really just wigging it but you know sometimes that's that's the best approach I do have like other videos like I have a team Lab borderless video that I was supposed to get out before this one but then the snow happened and I thought well I need to do the snow stuff so I'm doing that and I still have my shangai not Shanghai uh Beijing videos to do I still got that and I have a vacation package video that I'm trying to finish cuz that one's been kind of a a slog to get through there's just a lot of content with that video so yeah there there's lots of videos coming but sometimes uh plans just go out the window cuz uh it doesn't really snow every day here so anyway I'm walking over to Arabian Coast but I want to show you Fantasy Springs you can kind of see a little bit but here so you can see the hotel there I'm going to use the umbrella you can see the hotel and there's a little bit of green can you see that kind of I think I'm pointing at it right nope I'm not it's over here there's some green right there I think that is to kind of go with the blending from fantasy land because there's the big like mountain painting range Thing by beating in the Beast so I think that's maybe there to kind of help with that perhaps I'm not sure I'm just not guessing here but we can get closer cuz I know there's some I can see some Greenery over here so let's walk through Arabian coast and uh see what's up oh yeah the magic lamp theater's also closed for refurbishment yeah even though this is like a slow time of the year a lot of stuff tends to close for refurbishment so it's kind of a trade-off you know I mean that's what life is everything's a trade-off right nothing's ever going to be perfect anyway not a lot of snow he in The Raven Coast which I guess makes sense agall covered in snow unfathomable so you can see where those walls are that is going to be the entrance into Fantasy Springs and you can see there's like boards with foliage going over them that's obviously themed to go into Fantasy Springs I'm so excited I can't wait for that to open I know it's going to be such a it's just going to be a pain to get into and challenging but I still looking forward to it at the end of the day you know it's it's theme parks we're here to have fun I know sometimes it's very frustrating and stressful I know I I I get it we've all been there but uh doesn't mean I can't be excited hey [Music] birdie oo it's what's the wait time for a Sinbad storybook Voyage 10 minutes 10 minute wait I guess cuz there's so many rides close I guess makes sense eh whatever but yeah do simbad starbook Voyage if you've never been here do it and if you've been here before do it again you know funny story this attraction now I don't ride very often but I remember back in the vine days I made like my very first Vine on this attraction back in like what 2012 2013 very long time ago I don't know why that sticks out of my mind very strange anyway that's my obscure story of the day for you and I just walk through a puddle that is amazing any here the construction walls for the entrance into Fantasy Springs I love how it's theme to the area I think that's pretty cool look at the snow I feel like I'm just I am screaming at the bottom bottom of the barrel here with the find snow at this point this is basically tur into a rainy day Vlog oh well any day is a great day at Disney C there we go that's what I wanted that is adorable this is Raging Spirits is it even running I don't know more snow and more snow it's very quiet back here kind of enjoying it actually I think we will get on the trans and steam lighter I'm going to go on the one from Cape Cod cuz that one will go around the park these ones just kind of go from I believe so I you know I can never remember off the top of my head I believe this one here from Las River delta just goes to M terrain Harbor whereas and then the one from Mart Harbor just comes here and I think the one that is in uh Cape Cod does like the full circuit yatan base camp Grill what what do you have on offer today special set oh Duck Butt Duck Butt that's what is on the menu today there's three ways to get across there's a bridge over there that we just walked by then there's this bridge here which is my preference cuz I just like this actually there's another one over there but this while it doesn't swing it kind of reminds me of so my mom that's I of the family grew up in cus Manitoba which is small little town outside of Brandon and Brandon is a city that is 2 hours 2 and 1 half hours from Winnipeg and in cus they're famous for their Swinging Bridge and this just gives me that vibe that Swinging Bridge Vibe and uh I it just makes me feel at home I guess comfortable I don't know it just it just makes me feel nice so that's why I like to walk across here oh for a second I thought I forgot my wind screen on my microphone and I thought oh no if I forgot that the audio is probably going to be blown out thankfully it it was on I took it off earlier but I remember to put it back on oh Duffy's meaning but it's a 60-minute wait don't really want to do that you know what one of my weaknesses is colorful flowers in the snow I just love the contrast is there a Mickey over there Mickey snowman I don't know it's just a it's just a mound of snow maybe if I squint hard enough one of my favorite details here in Port Discovery is sometimes the waves will come through here so if you listen you hear like the machines under underneath here we'll be pushing the water to make waves which I really like I love that little detail I don't think they're on I have a feeling they're not I could be wrong though I don't know I I don't know what the interval is for them to happen there is a lot of snow right here [Music] though if you would have told me 10 years ago I was going to be here filming snow in a theme park I would have probably looked at you and thought huh oh look at that snow down there beautiful 8 out of 10 don't question my rating methods okay A little bit of snow on top of aatopia there not much but you know some oh this is cute have a good Voyage Mickey and we got all the Duffy and friends there so do you know the story of Duffy and friends so Duffy was made for Mickey by Minnie Minnie was basically playing God and she created Duffy to accompany Mickey on his sea voyage and then eventually Shelly May was created as a companion for Duffy and then all these other friends just kind of ended up showing up over the years so now we have this gang of characters I do love them they're adorable and we made it the transit seam liner and it is oh he's changing it 20 minut from 15 to 20 well you know what I'm not going to wait for much today but I am willing to wait for this so let's let's get on it as you can see it says round trip 20 minutes it's nice to get out of the rain that line over there that's for meeting Duffy always ly to meet [Music] [Music] between Duffy and Shelly May so you just have to check it's a 40 minute wait the outdoor show jambur Mickey Let's Dance is definitely going to be cancelled it's all Outdoors it's not covered whatsoever so that's definitely not happening today especially in this rain M no there's something I want to tell you about the tower Terrace let's pop over there so right now they're doing a special version of the Tower of Terror so they do this usually every winter like January February March is typically when they do it and right now they're actually doing something a little bit different this year so in the past they've done Tower of Terror unlimited and Tower Terror I think unlimited it was called Tower Terror level 13 and Tower Terror I have a sheet sheet here so I'm reading sideways shadow of shiriki and um so this year they're kind of doing shorter like they're doing multiple versions so the first one actually just ended yesterday it was from January 9th till February 4th and it was Tower Terror level 13 and right now starting uh on Monday the February 5th until March 6th they're doing toar teror level 13 shadow of shiriki and then after that from March 7th to April 7th they're going to pick which version to do based on people's votes so you can go vote on online through the official website and basically they added some extra special effects in in there which is kind of nice and they make the drops randomized and put more in so you can have anywhere between 4 to S I believe if I remember correctly someone can correct me if I'm wrong um cuz the normal version is actually very tame this is the tamest version of Tower of Terror it does three four drops and then it's done but with these Special versions it's randomized and has more drops and stuff and some more special effects so you know if you're here it is definitely worth doing it's 110 minute wait that's a lot that's a lot for this I might come back do it and do it later we'll see I want to see if the weight time maybe drops later tonight oh so the Toy Story area is uh very much blocked off they must be refurbing all all of this stuff here like this the gate I mean well obviously cuz it's all covered up why else would it be yeah there's a lot a lot closed right now I'll put a link in the description uh for you so you can check closures and stuff I don't remember all of them off the top of my head I am bad with dates I mix dates up so me rattling them off off through out my head is not a good idea cuz I will get it wrong nine times out of 10 man even the New York Deli has closed I was actually going to go there for lunch well that's not happening well as you can see the snow really didn't last I guess goes to show that when it actually does snow it really doesn't stick around all that much so it makes it really tough to plan for snow so my advice would be don't plan for snow CU when it does snow it it doesn't stick around right so if you can stand the cold yeah this is you know this can be a good time to visit obviously this year we have a lot of things down for refurbishment my guesses are probably trying to get get things ready for Fantasy Springs because once that hits in June it's just going to be busy I think for the rest of the year probably into the next year so getting everything ready for that makes a lot of sense obviously I don't know that for a fact but that's me just guessing remember those chapters I was talking about the free chapters you can get for our guide book Tokyo Disney and University of Japan while the chapters are when to visit and it talks about things like this like what to expect if you visit in January or February there could be snow things like that so if you haven't enjoined the mailing list make sure you go and do that okay go and do that right now I'll wait okay I did my mobile order for Dockside Diner and it's for 5 minutes in the next 5 minutes my mobile order time is here so we're going to head inside get a seat and wait for my order I got the spicy chicken rice bowl I've actually never had this before I think this is relatively new I literally waited like 5 minutes yeah super quick better than waiting in the standby line definitely do the M boarding I know I keep like every time I use I always say the same thing use a mobile ordering use a mobile ordering so I never had this like I mentioned so there's spicy chicken and there looks like there's some salad on top with I think some spicy sauce and then it's a rice bowl so there's rice rice and look like rice and [Music] cheese yeah that's that's some spicy sauce that's the spice I wish the curry had [Music] earlier it's decently spicy too the chicken's actually not that spicy it has like a slight kick to it but it's more Tangy than anything nice and juicy though I like the cheese with the the rice it's actually pretty solid very much a comfort food yeah and this time I got the iced Hong today was a very casual Vlog I didn't plan this at all so yeah I got some decent footage I showed you around a little bit not as much though as um probably last night but hey it is what it is at least you know kind of what to expect anyway let me know
