It all goes wrong at Kew Gardens! - Visiting Every Tube Station on the District Line

I do think the Underground  might have pulled a Metrolink   Hello internet! Welcome back to a sunny yet very  windy London I am here at Kensington Olympia it's a Saturday so it's just easier to get trains here on this day You still get them on other days but it's just easier today I am continuing to try and tick off every station on the Underground And today I'm going to be going as far  as Richmond and Ealing Broadway Play the music! Here comes my train Let's do this! No surprise that I've got the entire train to myself [The next station is Earl's Court] So I'm at Earl's Court As ever, gotta go out front Oh no the Costa is closed! I need coffee!! Fine I'll give in and I'll go to Cafe  Nero I've got coffee Let's go west [The next station is West Kensington] West Kensington I'm not going to fit in here am I? After the Victoria Line yesterday this is a nice change [The next station is Barons Court] Barons Court, it's got nice benches I suspect the stations down this line will be  nicer than that on the Victoria line yesterday [The next station is Hammersmith] [The next station is Ravenscourt Park] So I'm at Ravenscourt Park oh this line is nice i'm liking the District Line so far  Seems like a nice suburban station  not a lot here though... let's move on [The next station is Stamford Brook]   So I'm at Stamford Brook now It's nice but it's a lot like Ravenscourt Park I still like it though Another suburban station, right in the middle of a  residential area Right onwards we go And so we continue [The next station is Turnham Green] Turnham Green has this nice little park  next to it I think more of a break is required Though the sun's disappeared now... the moment i find a park you can guarantee the sun will have disappeared it's always the way Turnham Green station has all of the District  line services calling here The Piccadilly line runs through fast for most services apart from right at the start, right at the end of the day   Piccadilly line just doesn't like stopping  places does it? Also it's gone cold It might be put my coat on time again The train is coming... it's time to find out where I'm going next Looks like i'm going to Richmond next stop Gunnersbury [The next station is Gunnersbury] I'm at Gunnersbury does this place want to sound any more London  it just sounds like default London name So the station here at Gunnersbury is  also shared with the London Overground [The next station is Kew Gardens] I am at Kew Gardens... famous for some plants I believe I think there's definitely some plant action to be had here Maybe there's a coffee place... I wonder i could possibly get coffee? Ohhhhh you're adorable! Adorable kitty! Come to Kew... there's a cat! I have bumped into somebody here Hello! What colour do Brentford play in? Red and white normally And who are you playing ? Tottenham Tottenham are the bad team aren't they? I suppose that's subjective but I actually hope you win! I don't know if I'm going in the right direction... I hope i am So I think i found Kew Gardens just over the other side of the road   so I'm not actually going to go in the gardens  I've just come here to get that shot But I've also spotted an ice cream van I want some ice cream That detour was worth it just for the ice cream That's annoying Severe disruption? What does severe disruption mean? Am I gonna get stuck in Richmond? I don't like that that sign said there  was severe delays on the District Line   I do think the Underground might have pulled  a Metrolink. Here at kew gardens it's all gone to pot all of the underground services have been cancelled Luckily it's a shared station there's an Overground in  two minutes so i'm going to jump on that one   get to Richmond I might not be able to do the Ealing Broadway branch today depends if i can find a way to get over there from Richmond We'll see how this goes I'm getting on an overground Because I just don't know when the next  actual Underground service is going to be so [The next station is Richmond, our final stop] This isn't how I expected to arrive at  Richmond when i'm visiting every Tube station   so I've at least got to go  and see the tube platforms   It does seem nice here I just need to work out how  I'm going to do the branch up Ealing Broadway I think I need to get the  Overground back out of here This is a lot of people waiting for District  line trains and I suspect none will come judging   by what the guy was telling me at Kew Gardens I have a plan this will either involve a bus or a little bit of walking My feet say get the bus [the next station is Gunnersbury, change here for London Underground District Line] [Remain on the platform] I'm back at Gunnersbury Station my plan is to  walk over to Chiswick Park If in doubt... walk I think this is the right way Is it time to play that track? [8 bit music] Okay this is further than I expected My feet are hurting now [8 bit music] Made it to Chiswick Park and carry  on with the last part of the video   This is a bit of alright isn't it? I like Chiswick Park It's good to be on the go again  even if my feet now hurt [The next station is Acton Town] Acton Town's a bit of alright as well isn't it? So I've got two more stops to do  Ealing Common and Ealing Broadway [The next station is Ealing Common] Welcome to Ealing Common I'm at Ealing Common station which is like Ealing but just  a bit more common so I should fit in   around here More importantly I have found  somewhere of interest Yes it's what you think it is I've only got one more stop left  I need a coffee to finish up with Happy Jen!
